He then ran each of the 6 stations separately to visually inspect all working well and no leaks in any of the lines. He went over with me and I felt very comfortable with him and the service. I made several attempts to reach out afterward by phone, text and email, but did not receive a response. As a result, I will need to hire someone else to correct the work. I am left with a pipe that runs across a doorway and sticks up higher than the threshold. It is unsafe. It's a trip hazard, and a high likelihood of a broken pipe if it gets stepped on. Running the pipe above ground doesn't even make sense. They bypassed the existing below ground system and ran the pipes along the side of my house going across the doorway. In addition, I was quoted a price by Noe, and the next day he texted and told me Steve said it will be $400 more. I should have just said no at that point. I'm very disappointed because I used them a few years ago without issue. But leaving me with such substandard work and then completely ghosting me when I tried to reach out is totally unprofessional.
