Most dealerships close at 5 on weekdays, so what am I supposed to do? Brian and Tim offered to stay late to meet me on a Monday night--they ended up meeting with me and test driving the car with me for an entire hour after they were scheduled to close for the day. They were completely straight-shooters. Couldn't ask for a more direct negotiation. They took the time to listen to my story and understand my situation (I was unfortunately underwater with my current car and had $3000 of Negative Equity), but they didn't try to take advantage of me. Right up front, they offered me $3000 more for my trade than anybody else did--They basically did all my negotiating for me! In addition, they had priced their car perfectly. They are not a greedy dealership, they truly care about putting their customers in the best cars at the right price. When the Bank was being extremely difficult, Tim fought hard for me to get me a great rate and a great term on a new loan (and my credit is only above average, so I didn't expect him to be able to get me the deal that he did). All in all, I am extremely happy with my experience at Putnam Ford. I will absolutely be looking back to them FIRST when I need my next car. 5-Stars, well-deserved. Congratulations to them. Was told I was "out of warranty oil changes". When I questioned why, service guy said "your beyond you 24,000 mile warranty oil changes". I was at 24,756. He said he can change it for $60. Funny I can change it for far less then that in my driveway. When I began to explain about what we had been told when we bought the truck, his reply "yeah I hear that all the time, it's not true". Great. Thanks. I'll take my business elsewhere. He NEVER even tried to make it right. BTW I looked through all my paperwork and see nothing about mileage restrictions on my oil changes. Paperwork states "free oil changes for 2 years from date of signing".

Having the lights coming on poses danger on the sleek road condition in winter time, so I wanted to have that taken care of before the winter arrived in October, 2022. I wanted to make sure that they can fix the problem this time. Upon my asking so, Neil assured me that they know how to fix it because his assurance was important for me. I took the word for it from Neil, and I brought the car on the scheduled date when I went to ask the question. Neil charged me about $1700 including fee for fixing a break problem. After picking up the car making sure that none of the lights coming on, I brought the car back home, the lights would come back on and staying lit. The story follows is more than six or seven times of me bringing the car back to Neil's repair shop to make the lights go away because Neil did a temporary fix and he kept his fingers crossed hoping it has been fixed: the bottom line is Neil and none of the other mechanics know how to fix the issue once and for all. Apparently, Neil and his crews made a promise on lack of skills to fix it. I am seeking to get the refund for the money spent because it ain't fixed still more than one year and ten months. Neil seems like a nice person, but he needs to get a clear picture of their technical know-hows and give customers proper guidelines.
