Brought a wrangler in, they did the rear brakes, failed inspection for e-brake. Brought it back in, they fixed the e-brake but failed to secure the tire properly. Half way home, tire was coming loose, limped home, got tire off and lugs were cross-threaded and loose. Brought it back, they promised to fix whatever got damaged, called and said everything was fine as is, all in good shape. There were metal shavings coming out of the drum, obvious cross-threading and issues with lug threads. Too bad I bought the 3-year alignment plan, because I trust them touching my vehicles again.

Dispatcher Kayla did a great job keeping us informed about the arrival of Alex, the tow operator. Based on our situation, he did the best he could to help us out. Due to the distance from our home to their shop, we decided to transport the car to Pleasant Street Auto for repair. On Monday I spoke with Steven to discuss the situation, and he was very thorough and analytical as he listened to my story leading up to the car breakdown. The shop was able to repair the car Monday afternoon and I picked it up Tuesday morning. Considering we were in a bind and at their mercy, I feel that we were treated very fairly and not taken advantage of. Walking into the office to pay the bill, I could tell that they take an interest in the concerns of their customers - even offering a box of Girl Scout cookies as a "thank you"! I would give this place 0 stars if it were an option. Had my oil changed here a few times. The last…read moretime they torqued the oil filter housing too tight and caused a leak. Prior to this oil change, I had no leaks. Post oil change, I notice a few huge oil spots in the driveway. I brought it to them to look at and was told it was the oil pan gasket. I asked for suggestions on where to take it. They suggested Sorels garage and gave me the address. I took it there and they put a UV dye in so they could see where the leak was coming from. I returned to Sorels for them to look at it and it's not the oil pan gasket, but the oil filter housing. Back and forth with Valvoline who keeps insisting it's the oil pan gasket even though I show Morgan (the manager) video of it leaking from above that point. File a claim with corporate. Fast forward to today after the housing was replaced and over $400 spent on said repair and they tell me the video was reviewed, my claim was denied, but they will pay half. Nope, they will pay 100% of the repair because there was NO oil leak prior to that last oil change. DONT GO HERE. First they tell me it's not the filter, then it was the filter and the oil pan gasket, then I bring it back after the repair and they acknowledge it's no longer leaking and they denied my claim but we will pay half. If they weren't in the wrong why would they offer to pay half? Because they are in the wrong and they F'd up my vehicle, now the area manager call me back. I will probably make the news because I will be back there tomorrow on the sidewalk telling all customers that pull in there NOT to get their oil changed there.
