I visited this location on Sunday after church with all of my family, 10 of us in total. We were greeted with smiles from the staff and the store was so clean that we felt very comfortable dining in the restaurant. There were a variety of offerings which looked appetizing, and fresh. We ordered salad and the signature bowls. My family can be very picky when it comes to spice and portion sizes when we are out to eat but surprisingly everyone was very pleased with every aspect of the food. For a large party we were served quickly with no issues with orders, the servers were attentive to our special requests and everyone was pleased. We will definitely come back after services again. WOW! I loved this place :). The food is incredibly healthy, tasty, and freshly made. The Greek salad is packed full of healthy protein and low in carbs. I highly, HIGHLY recommend the pita chips: they are so crispy and light, making a nice complement to the salad. Lastly, I tried a Mexicane Cola - while not specific to Cava, I greatly enjoyed the semi-sweet, bubbly taste :). What I also liked about the Mexicane Cola is that I couldn't recognize its taste (i.e., with Sprite or Coke they have a distinctive flavor, but the Mexicane was more mysterious‍). There is a cute, well-lit seating area with a sleek, modern interior design. The chairs are fairly ergonomic as well - I sat for 3 hours straight and didn't notice the chair at all (which is a good thing)! Chill place where service was friendly and the food was great! I will definitely be stopping by here again.

My big question is when will CAVA come to Seattle? I really love this place for its quick grab and go Mediterranean food, think Chipotle but way, way better. First you can pick from six set bowls or my way is the pick your own items. Choose from a variety of proteins and mine was the honey harissa chicken (extra $1.30 but worth it!) with splendid greens, harissa and roasted eggplant dips. For toppings I get the firey broccoli, fire roasted corn, pickled onions, cabbage slaw and Persian cukes. I mix the dressings with lemon herb tahini and Greek vinaigrette. Service is no frills order at the counter and the server whips it up. The ambiance is modern and the layout is mostly concrete and wood interior. It really doesn't matter which way you mix it up and it's all about preference since they all taste yummy! Come on bring to the PNW like soon! read more

My daughter turned me onto this place. I've only ordered take away, but boy was it good! I've only ordered one dish, but the flavor was wonderful, it was filling, and I actually feel *better* after eating their food. You can customize orders easily. I order the Balsamic Date Chicken and substitute the Spicy Lamb Meatballs for the Grilled Chicken (the Balsamic Date is the dressing), but you can customize your bowls to be anything you want, with choices for the Greens, Grains, Dips + Spreads (e.g. eggplant dip or hummus), Mains (proteins), Toppings, and Dressings. I never write reviews hopefully this one could help! The service here is absolutely horrible. The workers and rude and dismissive. They act like what you are ordering is an inconvenience. They are moving so fast they don't even stop and listen to you, yet when they're busy they move like snails. Or they won't even look up to look you in the eyes. They are consistently rude every time I have come which is many times over the last year. The place is usually dirty and tables are never clean. Previously this place used to be a good place with good customer service, but today (Oct 12, around 9:40 pm) the tall guy who was preparing our salad was horrible. Some toppings were almost empty, and instead of refilling, he was just dropping the leftover water on my salad with spatula. After I insisted, he grudgingly refilled the tomato salad. He didn't refill anything else, and was behaving annoyed when I asked what the other empty bins were. No wonder my bowl tastes watery. Won't recommend anyone. read more

I eat here regularly because we're into nutrient dense food without seed oils and sugar added to everything. I've always been satisfied with their food. I love the food at Cava, but I was disappointed in my last visit. Not sure what was going on, but all the tables were dirty, we weren't greeted when we arrived, staff wasn't very friendly, and food line wasn't prepped. One guy was making To-go orders and never looked up from his orders. He was very robotic. I counted 4 workers. Only one person was working the food line and was also the cashier. Cava will need to hire more staff and step up service if they're going to stay in the game. read more

I came in this morning at 11:30 am to only buy side sauces (I normally do this once a week at this location). Sometimes they give them to me for free, the most I've ever paid was 50 cents for each side sauce. Today when I went in, the Caucasian short female manager tried to charge me $15 for 4 side sauces and she was super rude about it. I've been a retail manager for the last 7 years and she just had TERRIBLE customer service. It's unfortunate that the managers at that location are so rude. Luckily, Ryan (her boss) was in the store and after I explained it to him and Cici they were able to ring me up for $4. Cava has been a college station favorite ever since coming to town. However, in the past few months I have noticed the service beginning to decline. Today was the straw that broke the camel's back. I didn't mind the line, as I went during a busy time of day. However, the first staff member I was greeted with seemed to be lost when I ordered a greens and gains bowl. I didn't blame him because he could've been new. But, after consulting with his team member, Dallas, he proceeded to fill my bowl up almost all the way with just arugula. I kid you not there was 95% arugula 5% rice. After, the first incident Dallas was hostile towards me and had a laissez-faire attitude. I've never felt so much disrespect from an employee anywhere in my life. Luckily, the rest of the team was nice, so that made it a little better. I hope this won't happen again especially when I am paying a premium for this type of food, and hopefully I don't get sick from too much arugula intake! read more
