I never write reviews but let me tell you I RAN to review this location and 3 ladies who helped me because the level of service was SO good. I can't begin to describe how professional and accommodating Alaiya, Dulce and Jazz were. I had a large order for 40 people and they never made me feel like a burden. They made me feel like I mattered and would do anything to accommodate my request. They could've easily told me no but spent time asking me exactly what I needed. You can tell they love their job because of how attentive to detail, customer service and professionalism they are. They truly made me feel like my service mattered and their attention to the quality of the food was above and beyond. These are the people you want representing your restaurant. They are a team and work very well together. The ambiance and cleanliness of the restaurant further demonstrated the love of their job. Please thank them profusely for their help. When I initially arrived the 1st young lady that assisted myself and my co-worker made me want to turn around and go elsewhere (she has 2 nose piercings) as new customers to Cava she failed to assist like we had questions.. what's good, what do you recommend, a smile .. nothing. Lunch was really yummy! The ingredients are always fresh, and the employees are always full of smiles!! They have plenty of inside seating as well as a nice little patio with umbrellas. Overall, the menu is pretty healthy. You can order bowls or wraps, adding grains and/or salad with your choice of protein, veggies, dips, and a variety of dressings. I had a combination of arugula and romaine, meatballs, kalamata olives, tomatoes and cucumbers, hummus, and crazy feta. The cucumber mint beverage is my favorite. This is my go to lunch spot. Shout out to Kara who went above and beyond with customer service. If anyone eats at this location give her a thumbs up. There fryer has been down for weeks, I come up here often hoping to get there garlic and ranch chips and she has noticed me, so I ask again today and still no fryer so Kara gives me her meal of the day. I told her not to do that but she insisted. If that's not the best customer service out there I don't know what is. Kara is the reason I go back. Cava on old Decatur road. It's never a dull moment when I visit this Cava Location in Fort Worth. I truly love the team that works there!! Starting with the night manager Marquita, she always has a smile on her face and always ready to service. I admire the front line working she does, even though she is the manage, she is upfront working hard with her team. Updated review : The last few times we've went after I got off from work they have started closing almost an hour early, shutting down registers 45 minutes till close trying to refuse cash, said they were "out" of this & that, when I could tell they just didn't want to make more. I know how it is. I'd understand if we were those people that came in 10 minutes till, but it's consistently been 30-45-1hr early that they jump the gun on closing duties and make it the customer's problem that they started their tasks way too early. read more

3 star: Tried to eat here twice this week. My orders were immediately cancelled one at 9:20pm the other 9:25pm different days. Called the store to see what's up mail box is full. Went online and they close at 10pm both days. Lazy don't make money. I'd be upset if my employees were doing this. UPDATE: 3rd time ordered and finally got food during middle of day. This place exceeded our expectations! The service was amazing and the food was great! Let me just say, we came in right before they closed and everyone behind the counter immediately spoke and welcome us in! No attitude, and took the time to explain the menu and the different food options. Star is Absolutely fantastic and did not rush us to make a decision. When you come it's a must to get a bowl!! My first time at Cava, and i will DEFINITELY be coming back. Keyndou took my order, she was SO NICE. And she was really patient as i built my order. some places like subway make me nervous because i feel like i'm in a hurry to pick what i want, but no Keyndou was so helpful and kind. We have a favorite restaurant, and it is CAVA! It never disappoints! Number one, the people there are awesome, especially Kennedy at the noon time. We feel we have a friend there now that we see often, but did not know before. There also is no better food in Ft Worth than Cava. It is Mediterranean, but can be Vegan as well. There was so much to choose from that it was hard to decide but I got the bowl with saffron rice and lentils, harissa chicken and all the toppings that would fit. Everything was fresh and delicious.
