The interior was spacious and the tables were clean. My bowl of chicken, veggies, olives etc was pretty good and filling. 5/5 My drink was refreshing and not too sweet, just the way I like it. Sorry, I can't recall what I had. This spot reminded me of Chipotle in regards to the concept but it's way better and their food is of better quality for sure. First time at a Cava, and I'm so sad it took me this long to come in. I can't believe I didn't get a picture of this bowl I put together, it was amazing. The two ladies putting the bowls together helped me, super nice, they were wonderful. Advice on the base and proteins and sides, really helpful. Almost every single thing was excellent, the saffron rice, the chicken (not shawarma), tomatoes and onions, olives, hummus, a teeny try of the harissa, and CRAZY FETA!! This bowl was so good, I have no words. The only thing I didn't like were the falafel. I don't know if it was the cooking process or ingredients, but it didn't taste much like falafel, and it had a weird, day old texture on the outside. The blueberry lavender drink had a pretty color but tasted very watered down, I could barely make out the flavors. Regardless of the falafel and drink, this was still a really great meal. I ended up buying four large sides of the crazy feta to take home, and if this place was closer to me, I'd go broke getting bowls every day. lol read more

We've come to this Cava location several times since they opened and have always been pleased. They're quick and the food always tastes great. This is top notch for fast casual. It's essentially the Mediterranean version of Chipotle except with more options. It's oh so tasty, clean, and the people that work there are friendly. If you're looking for a fast, healthy option this is the spot. So many tasty toppings you can put in your bowl, lots of choices for a base, so many protein options which are all good. My last order was a bowl with basmati rice, hummus, roasted eggplant, spicy lamb meatballs, Kalamata olives, Fire roasted corn, spicy broccoli, tomatoes and cucumbers, topped with tahini Caesar dressing. Delicious and fresh. This is a build-your-own bowl/salad/pita place. There are some huge perks here like black lentils and a greens blend that pairs broccoli, kale, chicory and other leafies. The falafel is delicious and so is the harissa honey chicken (which is pretty spicy). They also have some pretty great pickled red onion and a good number of sauces. I saw every single one customer who was in the line before me, ordering, and getting their food also before me.. I asked the cashier (the one with two stars tattoo on her left eye) if she can tell me how much longer I have to wait, and she told me know. 15' later, a lady asked the same and she told her When I asked her how come and she can give an answer to someone else but not to me, she told me "you didn't asked that". Let's start- I am a big cheerleader for healthy food and salad places here in the land of BBQ. I check out every menu before I eat at an establishment to order the easiest thing on the menu that fits my food requirements without making a big fuss or bothering the staff. The menu online is lacking several details regarding ingredients. I've been trying to call this place to find out what is in "splendid greens" to make sure that I don't have any insensitivities or allergies. Every restaurant number nearby and corporate number goes to voicemail. A CAVA is within 10 minutes from my house, and they can't even bother to answer the phone over the course of several hours? Then I try the place and I have some thoughts... I order a salad, and I'm not asked which greens I want- I just get whatever is (I guess) on the menu. I'm pretty sensitive to kale, so I'm still waiting for the person to ask what greens to use and they are already ringing me up. Then I get no option for dressing on the side. NOPE! I have to deal with the soup tossed all over WHATEVER lettuce I got, wilting everything. So much soup that the feta in the salad is now part of the liquid mess. BONUS- the hummus was put on the bottom of the bowl under the lettuce, so the dressing soup is now hummus-feta-mush-soup with leaves in it... the photos don't do it justice. Oh- on top of the little bit of romaine I got- it was mostly from the bottom of the lettuce that can't be properly cleaned. I honestly wish I ordered this on DoorDash so that I could get a refund for the sad mess. read more

WORST CAVA location!! Every single time I come to this location after 5pm there is no steak! The manager refuses to cook any steak after 5/6 and they are open til 10! The cook says no I am not cooking that. Multiple times. That is a lot of hours and hungry customers that they are turning away. On top of it the to go section has steak sometimes and they won't allow the in person customers to order it! The manager is SOO rude about it! No customer service. Horrible work ethic. It's so disappointing and you should spend your hard earned money at a different cava that will appreciate its customers. read more

I hope they open more Cava around the DFW, another Fort Worth location is coming near west 7. The bowl very filling and tastes delicious.
