Cave (along with Modern Market; on Arapahoe and I-25 neighborhood(s)), I switched between the two to get me a quick quality Mediterranean type dish. I chose Cava yesterday because I wanted something specific. I ended up regretting my choice however as the service and the quality if food weren't so great. I feel like the food (especially) is going down in my opinion. The overall texture of the meat was quite dry (you could even tell in the photo I uploaded). I am not much of a dressing person so for a dish like this I tend to ask it to be on the side which I was glad I did because the food was quite salty where had I asked for the dressing to be poured all over, the food would have been saltier to a point where I wouldn't be able to finish the whole dish. The man who assisted me for my food did bare minimum when it came to the service. I didn't feel welcome. The dining area had been quite messy where there was a female worker who was busting her bottom to clean going under the tables (this was disrespect on the diners who had dined there before me.) Bottom line is, restaurants (in general) should be more concerned about what goes into our bodies. Over-salting is never a good thing if they care about us the customers (this is a social responsibility issue) unless they only care about themselves as to how much profit they are making. I think I am taking a break from Cava (at least this Arapahoe location) for a while. read more

This is a great location of Cava. Sometimes they are a little stingy with the rice. But consistently the food is really great for the lunch time rush. Please never take away the kids pita meal, bc it is my favorite! Great quality at such a great price. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service. They discontinued an item that I ordered online and did not fix it. The worker went and asked the manager and came back and told me that's the way it is. Location is clean but in a crazy parking lot, beware! Staff is friendly but don't seem to know what they are doing. They were out of a lot of ingredients which is odd for the lunch time rush. Portions seem small. The place is bright inside with outside seating. read more

Mostly a good experience. You can tell the staff is hustling, you can tell they are busy. Respectfully, they're just not busy enough. Tables don't need leftovers from previous guests, a film or greasy sheen. Translation: wipe them down more often. It is not my responsibility nor prerogative to be post-busing the table. I'm a serious Cava fan and all my reviews, to this point, have been five star. But intensified efforts toward appearances are critical. Get on it! Would not recommend. I placed an order for digital drive-through at 12:35, with a pick up time of 12:45. En route, I receive a text saying my order won't be ready until around 12:59 and to wait to enter the drive-through until it's ready. I wait, and wait, and wait. Eventually I went into the restaurant to see if I could get an update. Of course, there were no staff members available to assist the long line of people waiting for to-go orders. I finally get a text at 1:11 that my order is ready. I return to the car, get in the drive-through, and get to wait a further 10 minutes to get to the window. Swung by to grab a couple bowls this weekend and had a good experience. Waited a few minutes before someone came over to assist, but the girl helping me was able to do both bowls at once and was very knowledgeable about all of the toppings and sauces. We had a falafel bowl and a chicken bowl, and ordered a side of the pita chips. The array of flavors is impeccable and together makes such a great Mediterranean bowl. Even better is the pita chips - they're consistently the best pita chips I've had and have the perfect flavor and slight amount of crunch. Definitely hit the spot! read more

Tried to give this location several tries but they are only consistent at being inconsistent. After ordering from here at least 5 times they have messed up our order 3 times. Really want to like this restaurant but they take way too long to prepare orders then don't get them accurate most of the time. So happy to have this spot in the old Boston Market location. I love this place when Im looking for something healthy but also with great portion to value ratios! You can built your own or order from their menu of salads, bowls and wraps. I've only one the create your bowl option and their crazy feta and lemon herb tahini are absolutely addicting! I can usually get two meals out of one bowl which is a plus and they have a rewards club which always helps you get free stuff! read more

Emily always gives great service as the rest of the team.. the food is always fresh and delicious. The only complaint I have is that when my coworkers and myself ordered door dash my bowl came with a fraction of the protein and rice then when I'm at the store making my bowls which was disappointing and makes me ONLY want to order in person and never delivery. This location was my first time trying CAVA and it did not disappoint. It has become my go-to lunch spot around the area. I have noticed that mon-thurs at noon can be a bit too busy hours so definitely try to go at off times or on off days. I have been getting the make-your-own bowls with half basmati rice, half spinach and then half grilled chicken and half falafels. Their chicken is always been very moist and perfectly seasoned. For toppings, I usually get hummus and their roasted corn with a side of the garlic dressing. I also highly recommend adding a side of their pita chips if you can get them still warm. I'm very been to this location once before around Christmas time. Just came again and ordered with the app. I personally had a good experience at this location both times I ordered my food via the app. It was cool that they had a drive thru pick up for the mobile orders which was easy. As is usually the case we had a split family on Cava. The vegetarians of the house loved it while the Chicken side of the family found the spicy chicken too hot.
