This is the worst cava location I have ever come across. Do not order delivery from this location. They will literally scam you with the portion size. If you go in person, they'll fill your bowl up. If you order delivery, the portion size is unbelievably small. Not worth $20 at all. read more

Food was delicious, I'm vegan and they have enough options to keep you satisfied. Things clearly labeled so you can tell what is and isn't vegan. The ambiance was chill. I think the people that work there create the culture and vibe and I wasn't disappointed. Madi and Rai provided the best service you could ever ask for! I put an online order for a Harissa Avocado bowl and they only put 4 pieces of chicken in my bowl !!! My bowl was half empty! I paid $23 for a half empty bowl, when I talked to the staff about it they were beyond rude and rolling their eyes. They wanted to charge me extra for more protein. It's ridiculous, this CAVA location is the worst they have. USC needs to do better and get rid of this franchise or tell them to step it up. read more

I got the greens and grains bowl. For my protein I did the chicken. I love customizing my own bowl and switching it up. With all the different toppings the combinations are endless. The food is always so high quality. We have never been able to eat there because it's always packed. People sit at the tables before they order. I love Cava, but not this location. Every single time I order via Postmates or Ubereats, they mess up my order. Every single time, it's been absolute minimum 5 orders I can specifically remember. Cava does nothing to assist and says I must take it on with my third party, however, uber and Postmates do nothing offer refunds anymore (which many are aware of). So I consistently lose a very significant amount of money and they simply offer nothing not even a credit. I understand I order through a third party app, but Cava is responsible for preparing my order. If you guys are low on chicken or out of stock on items, you should cancel the order, or at least sub it for something. Not take the money and not give me what I pay for. I honestly have a bad taste with Cava now due to this and will refrain from supporting this business due to my experiences and lack of care unfortunately. If you go, DO NOT go to this location. On December 1 at 7:15 I walked into cava to pick up my order. They told me it wasn't ready so I waited 45 minutes for my order I asked again and they said it wasn't in their system. I gave them my receipt, my order number, my name and showed them the completed transaction on my phone. They told me they don't see an order for me and are not going to give me my food even though I was charged for it and had a receipt and order number and was at the right location. They were very rude passive and not willing to help stating that it was not their problem. I'm so disappointed I also used my points for a free kids plate. I should receive a partial refund for partial serving of food. Also, I didn't receive all the extras for the bowl. What a disaster. I would have like to received a safety sealed drink. Cava is great and so is this location! If you have not had Cava, you have gotta come. My 16-year-old and I absolutely love Cava. We were at USC for a few days and ate here every day. The ingredients are super fresh and even the avocados are quality. I read the Yelp reviews on here and there are a bunch of weenies crying about having to wait. This spot gets super busy. Of course you will have to wait. The weenies on here whining about waiting should reach deep into their pockets and whip out a hand full of patience. Go get fat at Mc Donalds if you feel a need to complain about waiting. I am 100% a fan of Cava and this location. Despite its raving reviews, I unfortunately fail to find myself a big fan of Cava. Their options for protein were all lacking before they added steak to their menu, the chicken was always looking dry and crumpled, and the lamb meatballs only come with 3 despite paying extra for them. The sauces are a little too heavy but the bowl is too dry without them, the condiments like the pickled onion are a little too sweet or leave something to be desired. All in all, I'm maybe just not the biggest fan of Cava since it commercializes Mediterranean cuisine while also stealing from Chipotle's intellectual property.
