If I could give zero stars, I would. This isn't my first time coming here--I usually order the chicken and have never been charged extra just to swap a drink for water. This time, Magdalena tried charging me additional for water, which made no sense. On top of that, I was charged for dressing even though my meal already includes a salad, plus a $1.50 card fee. Altogether, she attempted to add an extra $5.50 to my total for things that have never been an issue before. To make matters worse, the chicken I received was not fully cooked. This place is great...time after time it's consistent. The food is served warm, made well and very tasty. This is not your typical hamburger stand. They offer an array of breakfast, lunch and dinner choices. There is plenty of parking and you're greeted with a smile when you enter. The location is clean and the service is fast and friendly. DISGUSTING! This place is the most disgusting diner I have ever been to! Poor service and old, disgusting food. Just take a look at the brown chicken in the sandwich I posted, which was supposed to be a charbroiled chicken breast sandwich. Burrito had burnt, brown eggs. The people there didn't seem to care they were serving food like this to their customers, so unless you want to get sick or have food poisoning, avoid this place at all costs. It is no surprise that they have an empty parking lot and empty tables inside. I have come to Olympian burger since my mother and my self moved to this area (1997) this place have been great and it's our "fast food" to our kids and husband. We must have this at least once every two weeks. It's our favorite chicken comparing it to any other place that we have eaten. The chicken with fries and salad it's our to go always. The prices have gone up but...... still so worth it. Employees always nice and can order by phone and they will have your food ready when they say they will. I wanted to take some time and update my review for such an awesome restaurant. I wanted to show my appreciation for a team member by the name of Anna. She was the first one that took my order on my first visit. I feel she is very sharp, polite and quick. My husband and I have to drive a couple of miles to get to this restaurant, but the team members here make it worth it. We did a phone order last night Tuesday 8-13-19 with Anna. When really didn't think the food would be ready when. We got there because they stay crowded. When we arrived the food was ready and waiting. I love the Anna deals with the customers. She has a very "Yes Sir and Yes Ma'am" attitude and make sure each customer leave happy. It's team members like herself that give Olympian such a good name. read more
