I would love to share my experience from this fast food restaurant. Very good food, tasty, clean and great service we received my friends and I from the employees, thank you so much. I would also love to share a personal incident I experienced at this restaurant. I choked while I was eating and the leader/manager saved me.... Really good ramen! The broth was rich and flavorful, the noodles were cooked perfectly, and everything tasted fresh. It's Waba, it's close to work, it's good enough for lunch. Been away for a while due to Panda Inn maybe providing better value, but recently dipping back in to try to be healthier, kinda. Due to less crowd during lunch, I can order and prepare my sauces and get food and walk out in less than 3~5 mins, so this is my go to when I want to quickly be back in the office to eat hot food. Always feel there could be more protein on the plates or bowls, but it is what it is. Maybe just eating less of things is better for me anyway. read more

The last 6 times I've been here, this place has managed to get my order wrong all 100 times!!! I almost need to give them the wrong order for them to get it right. This place keeps getting worse. First time to Waba Grill and at this location, the service here was awful. The cashier Nathaly V. had a horrible attitude from the moment we were looking at the menu. She directed me to the menu near the register instead of allowing me to look at the menu over the counter. I could understand if the location was full but it was empty. When we asked about the QR code we had for the text promo Nathaly said we needed to order it online.. we explained it was a QR code that needed to be scanned, she said no do it online. Her manager Araceli was no help either she said we don't have a scanner. Needless to say we lost the offer when time expired on it. When we again let them know what had happened... they were both again both very rude and said "I don't know what to tell you and began speaking in spanish and laughing ...the whole while we are still waiting for our food. Not the best experience at all. I will advise you to have your patience cap on if you come to this location, or just simply don't choose this location. I have called to pick up my order. I went in and telling the cashier that I'm there to pick up an order. Some white lady came in AFTER me and they took her order first. There was no "excuse me" very disrespectful cashier. I was so disappointed even the manager was disrespectful. I was discriminated and treated lowly. I don't want to come back at all, I told them that was not fair but they just got mad and treated me lowly. I don't want any spit on my food. Don't bother going to this place, maybe other branch. Waited for about 20 minutes, then the "manager" Araceli tried to give me a plate that had been sitting around for about 12 -15 minutes opened with out the top. When I told her I wouldn't take the open plate she then yanked the receipt out of hand, then tried to give me back a refund but it wasn't the full amount I paid, she then tried to play it off when I asked for the rest of my money back acting like she couldn't hear me. I still like the WaBa Grill food, but their deceptive pricing practices have caused me to knock 2 stars off of my previous review. Fellow customers, they did not update their pricing increases on their drive-thru menu. When we went to pay, we noticed the difference. We confronted the customer service worker in the drive-thru about the price discrepancy, she said, "They just haven't changed it on the menu yet.". She couldn't tell us when, or even IF, they will get around to changing it. Even though our bill came to a few dollars more, it still left a bad taste in my mouth about their business. read more

This review applies to this location only. In general l dig Waba .I always eat in Waba grill in different locations in town. By far this location was the worst. Chicken was cold and over cooked while vegetables were over heated. Restrooms out of order, no fly fan at door which means lots of fly circling over the food and finally the cook put the ladder under the hood and suddenly started cleaning or fixing the hood while still restaurant was in service. I hope corporate sees this rating and takes action . However I like the crew there were trying their best to please the costumers . I'll still go Waba but not this location.
