I've been to this place quite a few times and it's always been very good. But the last couple of times have been superior. A week ago, we took my dad for his first visit to Cava. The person behind the counter was very patient, friendly, and knowledgeable when it came to helping my dad choose what he wanted (my dad can be very talkative and indecisive lol).. We ended up talking away and having a great visit while our bowls were being made. The food was super fresh and full of flavor. As always, it's very clean in this location. My daughter and I went back today and we were remembered from our previous visit. We were welcomed and again, our food was sooooo good. Thank you Cava. As I have not yet dined in Cava yet, this review pertains to drive thru option. I've eaten here several times already and the food has been great each time. The proteins, veggies, and sauces are all good; they definitely punch above their weight. My only gripe is that every time I've picked up, there seems to be an issue with my drinks. Mind you I am only ordering 2 drinks at a time. The first instance is they only gave me empty cups; the second time around they gave me 2 of the same drinks; the third time they flat out forgot to give me my drinks, even though they were already prepared, leaving me to wait in the drive thru for like 5 minutes. It just seems like their awareness is off when it comes to drinks. Other than that, this place is good and I highly recommend it! read more

Ordered online for digital drive thru pick up. Order was ready on time. My complaint is the amount of food given is no where near the amount of food we receive when we dine in. It was about half of what we usually get when we dine inside the establishment. Very disappointed. My first visit to Cava! I was craving for tasty Mediterranean food in the area, so I was pretty curious about this restaurant. There are plenty parking spaces as well. The location offers a modern, energetic, and vibrant atmosphere. A great place that is casual and welcoming. Cava's staff are quite friendly and quick! There are curated bowls and pitas, but you can also build your own. I actually had a staff's favorite bowl, Kary, because I did not know what to pick. She was so kind, welcoming, willing to go over the options along with her favorites and store's popularity with me, and her patience with me. Thank you so much for your assistance for today. You are so sweet! It is the entire highlight of my visit. Kary, you've made my experience at CAVA a great one. The food is quite tasty, and I would highly recommend this restaurant. Horrible service. The restaurant in Rancho is so much better. Rialtos serving size is super small and charged me 3.25 for three pieces of steak. The service was rude and the prices are too high to get half a bowl of food. Rancho fills the bowl and is very helpful in answering any questions you may have regarding the toppings. Where do I begin? This franchise has been a favorite of mine for some time, and I was very excited when a location opened up down the street from me! I came in this morning for a post-gym meal, taking a walk from the gym to the restaurant to get some extra cardio in (one end of the shopping complex to the other). Tatiyana (I know I spelled that wrong) made my bowl and it was absolutely delicious! When it came time to pay, I reached into my pocket only to realize that I had left my wallet in my car ‍ I explained the situation to the person at the register (Cristiana) and asked if I could have my bowl off to the side while I ran to my car. She was super chill about it and let me leave my belongings near the register. As I was getting ready to leave, the manager (I am blanking on the name, sorry!) stepped in and said to not worry about it and to enjoy the food. I was very surprised, and asked if they were absolutely sure because I did not mind making the run, and they insisted I take the bowl. I get back to my car, enjoy my meal, and drive back to the location, now on a mission to leave a generous tip to say thank you. I wait in line, order my drink, and to my surprise they try to just hand me the cup, to which I insisted that they PLEASE charge me for the drink. I pay, and was surprised to see there was no option to tip. I ask Cristiana about it and she says that they do not accept tips, which honestly bummed me out because I really wanted to say thank you. However, she said that I could leave a review and it would be just as good, so that is EXACTLY what I'm doing This will for sure be my new go-to location for healthy meals, and the genuine generosity and positivity of the staff make me love this location even more. I've been hearing a lot about cava so I decided to check out the Rialto location for a quick bite after some grocery shopping. The concept is simple, if you've been to any kind of "build your own bowl" restaurant it's fairly self explanatory, each station has lists of what you can get and a basic description of what's in everything. The food was tasty and fresh, I personally don't need a "monster" size bowl to feel satisfied, and since this is a healthier option their standard portions are just fine for me. But as someone who worked food service in my younger days, I know there are greedy greedy people out there who would say their portions are "stingy", so be aware that other than toppings, most items carry an additional charge for extra. The employees who built my bowl Stevie and Liliana were helpful, it was a rainy evening and even with a small staff they were efficient. They don't take tips but Liliana said a review is the next best thing! The manager Christina saw me checking out their drinks and told me the juices are made in house and offered me a cup to sample them, she suggested a mix of the cucumber mint with blueberry lavender, because as she said "when you layer them it's kind of pink and green, like wicked!" Which might just be the next collaboration cava should do. All in all, it's good casual dining, nothing fancy, I'll be back! read more

Do not order online unless you want your bowl halfway full and little to no toppings. Food is great, but better to order in store than online otherwise you'll be wasting your money. They also forgot my free pita although my order clearly says free pita‍. They will also not add all the toppings you ask for and put wayy less than you ordered. read more

Literally there's so many workers and they don't get the online order on time. I had to wait there. There's wasn't no on at the pick up area and I had to literally go up and asked. Other places would acknowledge and asked if I'm picking up my food. I understand you just open but there's also other cava in the area that can train and help. I felt everyone was lost. I always go to cava in the OC and food is amazing but my food today had no pita on side which I request. The bag that my food came in had food stain in it. Like at least give me another new bag. And food looks messy. It's not McDonald. I gave another star to equal as a 3 cause at least the guy who gave me my food apologized and gave me a free cup for drinks. They are absolutely RUDE! Came inside one time and Kate was making the bowl, she was very rushed and no customer service skills whatsoever . So I decided to do pick up from then on. Today was my first time ever stepping foot into a Cava location. I was having a rough day and wanted to try something new and this was a great ending to my day. I'm really happy I chose the Rialto location because they were so awesome! I stood in line until Vanessa was ready for me and I have to say she was super sweet. I told her it was my first time ever and I didn't really know how this all worked. She explained everything and named out all my options in each of the sections. She gave me some of her opinions of certain items. I was also able to taste the steak! 10/10 it was delicious! Then I was passed over to Lenna (I believe that was her name). She was super nice. And also recommended some sauces. It made it easier since it was my first time. It was really refreshing talking to people who were knowledgeable about the products and so kind to their guests. Looking around eveyone was working hard and busy. Calling out for replenishment. I believe the manager Vey was going back and forth helping with (what I believe was) online orders. And then once it came down to me paying Vey and Vanessa were talking. Vanessa looks at me and says "Here you go, it's on us!" I was so shocked! And Vey gave me a cup to try the drinks they had. Food is great . I like the food. My main issues are cleanliness. When I went, there were lots of empty tables with dried rice and vegetables,the floors are dirty, the male restroom has overflowing trash cans, the sink is filthy brownish instead of whitish, no tissues. I tried Cava for the first time yesterday. I was thoroughly impressed. So much so, I went back today. Here's the problem. There needs to be consistency even in the small things. I ordered the garlic herb dip and pita chips again because they were so good yesterday. Today, not so much. The dip...I can't even describe it. It wasn't like yesterday. Then the line starts moving, and after he makes the beginning part of the food, the girl that it went to up and leaves to take a phone and then the next girl took off to make falafel balls so she's gone and the lady at the register takes off to the pita section so then Carlos is like Who's on the register and she finally goes back and then he asked me if anyone finished my food and I said no because the lady who was supposed to take it next took off. Went to try this out on a Saturday afternoon. Customer service was not great. This is a new restaurant for most and unsure of what our options are. The girl taking our order looked annoyed with my questions about the food. I ordered a chicken bowl, the only thing good about it was the chicken everything else had a weird taste to it. Felt the food is over priced, portion was too small, the restaurant is dirty, and I don't like asking for a code to the restrooms. I'll pass on this place. read more

I have to say I'm very disappointed in the Rialto Cava. I walked in the doors and the first thing I noticed how dirty the dining room was. Food all over the floor on some tables. As for the service, the young girl that helped me was very nice in good customer service. She had to go to the back to get mixed greens to refill. Previously the customer before me, a guy helped her and noticed that the mixed screens was out. He thought scraping the couple of pieces left in the container was acceptable instead of refilling it for the customer who he was servicing and customers behind her. I saw one guy just standing around laughing and playing when he could've been cleaning the dining room. I understand this is a new facility and not opened that long but if it keeps going the way that it is who's to say how long it'll stay open. I know I will never be back, which is a bummer because I love the RC cava. They have great customer service even at their busiest that I've seen it for the most part. Their dining room is Clean. Their customer service is also top-notch. Perhaps RC, Cava employees can come over and train the Rialto employees. read more

I love Cava and I got to say this is one of my favorite location because it's closer to where I live. The staff were friendly and very helpful for example making sure I was getting all the topping correct on my bowl or if I needed extra meat.
