I was so hungry after my flight and saw the Cava sign! I'm from CA and had seen people talk about it so I tried it. The line was super long, but moved fast. Got the Greek salad and added spicy meatballs. I thoroughly enjoyed my bowl and loved the flavor of the meatballs! Wished we had Cava in California

    Old lettuce.

Salad old. Pita dry and cold. Bad idea for Mediterranean food. $14.00for this. Messy service bar,

Like its counterparts, this airport-based Cava outlet maintains a clean and tidy environment. The service was generally good, and the spicy chicken with avocado was flavorful and seemingly healthy. However, having a wider variety of food options would be beneficial.

I ordered the mixed kabob (salmon and vegetable) and everything was tasty, hot and delicious! Everything had just the right amount of seasoning. Even the grilled pita bread had a nice light sprinkle of seasoning. The white tsiki sauce was creamy and had a nice texture due to the slices of radish. The salmon was tender and flaky. I'm definitely going to try more items on their menu on a return trip and I'm going to recommend to friends to try this humble eatery that's serving hot tasty Mediterranean fare!

After locating my friend, we discussed her recommended dishes since she frequented Cafesano. She eventually stated that I wouldn't be disappointed with the skewers, so, I decided to commit to the Steak and Shrimp Skewers. With the busyness of the Friday crowd, I expected there to be a wait time with ordering our meals, however, the order line essentially was non-existent, which was a win. The cashier was nice and efficient. However, when it was time for my food to come out, it took quite a bit of time. But, eventually my food came out fresh off the stove, which I appreciated. On to the taste of the dish. Unfortunately, with the promising words from my friend paired with the reviews, my expectations for this dish may have been quite high, causing immediate disappointment. I sadly felt like everything on my plate lacked flavor. The meat could have been seasoned/marinated better giving a more flavorful skewer experience. The portion size was good and price was very affordable. As it pertains to parking, the options were abundant.

While there are some good things about the place, which I will list first, there are some not-so-good things. The good --- When we arrived, the place wasn't busy at all. There were a few people sitting outside. The dining room was empty. Throughout our meal, we had the place to ourselves. Our server greeted us and seated us. Masha was very friendly, polite, and efficient. The dining room was decorated with artificial hanging plants. Also, there was a large mural of Eve holding the apple with the serpent coaxing her to eat it. Now for the not-so-good things --- getting to the entrance wasn't easy, especially for my husband, who is waiting to get his knee replaced. To reach the entrance, you had to walk down a paved path with descending steps after parking the car. Upon entry, we had to climb a somewhat long staircase. On the way out, Masha stated that there was a ramp and pointed to a door leading to the kitchen and said we could go out that way. We chose to exit the way we entered. Also, they don't have any printed menus -- just a QR code to scan for the menu. We found that to be off-putting. Fortunately, we had already decided what to order before coming here. We chose to start with "Zaytoun", which consists of "Mixed Pitted Olives Tossed In Extra Virgin Oil. GF". This was a tasty starter. There were a few different types of pitted olives. However, we didn't think that there was any olive oil in the small bowl; rather, it appeared to be brine. For our main course, we both chose "Beef Kofta" which consists of: "Beef rolls served with Lebanese Couscous, Refreshing Tomatoes, Cucumber, & Labneh". The beef kofta was very dry. Growing up, I sometimes had Kofta, and it often turned out quite dry. The kofta did have some kick, and the small amount of very tasty labneh helped mute the spiciness. The Lebanese couscous portion was huge. That, too, helped give moisture to the kofta. This was a filling meal, and we ended up taking some home. Weighing the pros and cons, the cons, alas, outweighed the pros for us.

I'm a local customer and live just a minute away, so I've visited more than once. I came in for lunch today with my wife and our 1.5-year-old son. After placing our order and sitting down, the server loudly yelled from behind the counter for us to come get our water. It felt uncomfortable and unprofessional, especially with a young child. When I placed my order, I asked for extra white sauce, and I asked again when the food came out. Both times, the request was ignored. I also mentioned that we hadn't received our drinks, but instead of addressing it, the server again yelled for us to get the drinks ourselves from the cooler. The food itself was okay, but the bread was very poor--hard and barely edible. I even called the restaurant later in the evening to share my concerns, but was told the server was off at that time. Overall, very disappointing experience, mainly due to the customer service. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to improvement.

Seasoned well, cooked well and has a delicious char. Yellow rice was a great compliment. Salad was wilted underneath the chicken but that's my bad. I should've known better. It also came with a yogurt sauce and sultana sauce. I love tzatziki but this was like a watered down tzatziki and I didn't like it. Sultana sauce is a seasoned mayo- not spicy. Good! Cajun-y? Chicken faroge wrap- grilled chicken, pickle, sultana sauce, garlic sauce in a wrap. The chicken, sauce, and pickles are good. The seasoned chicken with two sauces were super flavorful and not salty. Chicken was dry and wrap even dryer. I dislike the wrap- it's not soft like pita or crunchy. It's more like a dry pita bread that's thin. Sultana is located inside Dulles Town Center food court (upstairs). Fast casual. Service was fast (5 minutes) and friendly.
