This place exceeded my expectations. The manager, Ehily, was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The service was outstanding, and the overall experience was smooth and enjoyable. I'll definitely be returning again soon!

Great portions at this sugar land Cava location. Love the pita wrap here with Harissa chicken. Cava is the new "chipotle" and I don't feel as bloated after. Food taste fresh, love all the sides you can add. Definitely worth $12 and you can be full for the whole day after eating. Line goes by pretty quick which is great

    Empty tables all dirty.

Food is great. Restaurant is not clean. There were multiple tables that were dirty with no guests there. There were also 6 employees at the restaurant all in the front talking amongst each other. Just get your food to go.

The food was amazing, it was my first time eating here and Kayla was very nice and understanding while going down the line even allowing me to sample some of the protein options. Overall the food was delicious and the restaurant itself was very nice and clean (EVEN THE RESTROOMS) I will definitely be returning and seeing Kayla! 10/10! 5 Stars

Wanted to try a different "chipotle-style" place for a quick meal. Parking was luckily open but this town square area is usually pretty packed, so keep that in mind! The store is very clean and neat. Their menu is simple enough and ingredients are fresh. Prices are on par with other places like this. Just personally for me I like my Mediterranean foods separated on my plate where I can eat different portions as I wish, rather than having it all mixed in a bowl. I'm not a picky eater but just prefer that with this kind of food. I probably won't come back but in a pinch I would choose this over other crappy fast food as it's obviously their ingredients are better than most.

Every bite crunchy, vibrant, and refreshing. Everything was perfectly balanced! Coming back soon

This CAVA is very close to Chipotle giving them some competition Concept is the same, pick your own grains, greens, and toppings. Food tastes fresh and was filling without making you bloated. One of my favorite toppings is the pita crisps which gives your bowl or pita some texture. Staff were kind. Free parking around the corner and meters at the other parking spot. Lots of space inside the restaurant to eat with a casual atmosphere.

Food was ice cold. The young lady stood there like a mannequin as we were trying to order. Pita was stale and tasted too salty. Not a good first time visit. Not going back to this one.

If you order for lunch, I highly recommended you order on their app or online because their line was long during lunch time. First time trying Cava and it really impressed me. Love it every bite. All ingredients were fresh. I really love the eggplant dip and crispy pita chip. The only thing I didn't like, the lettuces portion were small. I ordered build your own salad bowl.

Food was really good but service was not. Kaylee was rude and serving the smallest portion whenever you asked to add something (even though you can pay for extras). She was not very friendly and seemed bothered that we were telling her what we'd like on our order.

I go frequently but haven't been in awhile. There was a lapse in time at the front of the line, so I looked into the kitchen and made eye contact with a woman I hadn't seen before who was cutting chicken. When I smiled at her she smiled at me and then called me a "pinche güey" to the employee next to her obviously not realizing that I knew Spanish... followed by those of them laughing then her making eye contact again and smiling. Rather than make a scene I figured I would leave a crappy review so that other don't have to be called a fucking idiot while ordering as well. Food looks good as always though if you don't mind being called names while you order!

This was my third time I have given this location a try and this time was so bad I had to write about it. I ordered a Chicken Shawarma and the entire sandwich tasted like fish of all things! I wouldn't be surprised if today being a Friday is their Fish and rice day. So to me this means they have no problem throwing together a "chicken " shawarma sandwich using rice from the fish. How else could the whole sandwich taste infused with it. I paid over 15 dollars to have my stomach turned. Three strikes and you're out Fadi's in Sugar Land. I will NEVER eat there again!!!

For food, we ordered the Trio Plate featuring Hummus, Spicy Hummus, and Baba Ghanoush--each one was fresh, creamy, and packed with flavor. The Chicken Shawarma with fries was spot on, with juicy, well-seasoned chicken wrapped perfectly. The Loaded Fries with beef were a highlight--crispy fries topped generously with flavorful meat, sauces, and just the right amount of indulgence. To go along with the meal, we tried a few of their mocktails, which were refreshing and nicely presented--definitely worth ordering. Overall, everything we had was delicious, and the combination of good food, smooth hookah, and a chill outdoor atmosphere makes this place a solid go-to. We had hummus, tabouli, a Chicken Soltani plate, a Beef Soltani plate, saffron rice, fried spring rolls, baklava and Persian tea. Everything was delicious! The portions are large, and the prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality of the food. This will be our new "go to" restaurant. The space itself was clean, cute, and cozy--perfect for an intimate gathering. The food was delicious as well. When we entered the vibe was relatable to the name of the restaurant but after a few minutes we heard Bollywood songs and I love Bollywood songs but I feel like the vibe of the restaurant should relate to the cuisine and ambiance. It automatically gives an impression that the restaurant isn't Greek or Lebanese for example. Anyway, we had ordered kibeh and lentil soup for appetizers. The lentil soup was the worst lentil soup I've ever had it was frozen we asked them to heat it but it still tasted disgusting. I couldn't eat it. The kibeh was alright the dip with the kibeh was good. For entrees, we ordered the chicken shawarma plate and combo kebabs. The plates came with a salad the dressing was interesting but I'm not a fan of feta cheese so I didn't have the salad. The shrimps and chicken kebab of the combo kebabs were not bad I really liked the shrimps. The hummus was okay and the rice was very bland. The service was quick I believe because everything felt like it was pre-cooked except for the kebabs but the beef kebab wasn't cooked entirely one of the pieces it was raw. The shawarma was not good at all! Very disappointing Our bill was $60 and we were charged a 2.5% fees for credit card!

The local following is impressive, but seeing as they have a perfect rating across different platforms, they're clearly doing something right. I ordered the beef and lamb chunks, a $27 (with tax) which had the perfect amount of char with just a hint of smokiness. Despite the price, I was floored at how delicious it was. The chicken shawarma arabi ($12) is a popular choice, while the mixed grill ($18) provides some variety between the meats. The chicken skewer ($6) and lamb with fat ($7) were both outstanding.
