Not only was my food outstanding but the dear lady who tended to my needs, putting my food together and handling my payment... Her name was Cam... was a superb CAVA representative. From her clearly explaining my "bowl" options to letting me taste before deciding, my food was put together perfectly.... to when checking out, seeing her beautiful heart ... so grateful for my coming and ready to help in any way, ... the way was paved for another A+ visit and meal at CAVA! Our go to takeaway spot pretty much every time. Consistently tasty, always on time for pick up, good seasonal options, and great choices to form a variety of meals from vegan and vegetarian to double meat. Gluten free, paleo and keto options abound. For a "fast food" meal it is a wonderful option with great Mediterranean flavors. read more

I like Cava but unfortunately whoever is working there seems incompetent. Me and my family ordered 4 bowls at 5:35 and didn't receive our food until 6:35. Unfortunately we only received 2 bowls and the delivery driver from Door Dash even mentioned to them that there were only 2 bowls but 4 on the receipt. The driver said that Cava said that was it. So he delivered it knowing it wasn't complete. Upon delivering it to us, my husband mentioned the missing food and the driver told him the story and said he would go back to get it. Well, an hour later, we still don't have our food hence the review. I'm tired of these restaurants and I'm tired of the delivery services. Basic reading, checking and understanding go a long way. This place prioritizes walk ins over ordering online and deliveries. I sat here and watched well over 20 people come in, order their food, get there food and sit. This is all the while it seemed that their were two managers sitting down yaping away while there is a rush. I never understood that. Not sure if these guys are just slow or don't care about online orders. They should be treated the same. Been sitting here for 20 minutes and still waiting for such a simple order. I may not be back soon due to the lack of mask enforcement, even though there is a sign near the food that asks people to wear a mask. On my last visit, only one customer even tried to to wear a mask, and this was a surgical mask only tied at the top, not the bottom, making it nearly useless. There is a sign near the food that requests people wear a mask and says that a mask will be provided for those who do not have one. On the previous visit, nearly every customer wore a mask. My husband and I both enjoyed the falafel meals with spinach, saffron rice, and lentils, the two types of hummus, plus eggplant, along with all the veggies we can get. We'd try garlic dressing if we needed it for dessert. Both of us appreciated having vegan options available. Most of the staff is very friendly and professional. We went to CAVA three times on the last visit to the area. That is how much we appreciated healthier vegan food options. The lack of mask usage among customers pretty much guarantees we won't be back again soon. We live in D.C. which has indoor mask mandates and will soon have a vaccine mandate for indoor dining, theaters, gyms, etc. When everyone is wearing a mask, CAVA is one of our favorite food options for this area. YUM! I absolutely love Mediterranean food and I love CAVA. Ever since moving to VA, I've craved CAVA after first eating it in Westwood, CA. The ingredients are fresh, flavorful, and filling. My fav is the Harissa Honey Chicken -- it's just the perfect combo of spicy with a flavor punch. There are so many different combinations that you can mix and I always get a pita on the side. The reason that I give this CAVA four stars instead of five is because 1. I drove 40 minutes to eat here and the bowl I usually get was not filled to the brim like it usually is -- my husband and I were both left feeling hungry as our bowls were a little above half filled and 2. My pita was not soft but really crispy -- it felt like I was eating a pita chip. I'd still come here to eat, but definitely expect a little more! Don't forget to check out their fresh juices! It's a refreshing addition to a delicious meal. read more

Had heard good things so I decided to try. The line was painfully slow. Took 45 minutes just to get to the front and in-line ordering was backed up for hours. The AC doesn't work, or they might not have any -- idk. Just machines recycling hot air and blowing it to give the illusion of cool. My first experience wasn't great and as a new business first impressions are very important... Hopefully they get better over time. read more

Went there for dinner tonight, food was ok. The service was fast as the place was empty, not surprising considering no AC! It was 91 here today with heat index pushing 100. I ordered a "crispy" Pita Felafel. The filling was tasty. The Pita was like eating a bread marshmallow - the dough was undercooked. Ate the filling, left the pita. The counter person was very new, and as slow as molasses in winter. However, the manager flitting around taking pics with her IPhone did absolutely nothing to assist. Will not be going back. read more
