This is going to be a quick one. I usually like to write reviews when people go above and beyond, and today...Andre was that person. I rolled up with my 2 young daughters, my wife and no experience with Cava, to your everyday server it may have been intimidating. In swoops Andre, recommending a little bit of everything. Maybe some Lentils AND power greens, maybe some spicy chicken and marinated beef to try 2 meats instead of one and dont forget the tahini dressing. We were in and out in 5 mins, everyone was EXTREMELY satisfied with their eclectic bowls, and I am one happy dad. Everyone was friendly at Cava. Since I heard so many different reviews on Yelp about ordering online, I order dine-in while I was there. Ordering was quick and easy. This place often gets really busy because the food is delicious, light and fresh on an assembly line so these employees are often working double time in the weeds for large amounts of time. That being said, aside from the occasionally glassy-eyed and ready to tap out server the service has always been great. Be kind, empathize, know your order or be willing to ask questions and make decisions quickly and kindly to keep things running and you won't be disappointed. This rating is NOT on the food but the poor quality of their online prep team for delivery. The food? It's good- definitely worth a look if you like some spicy harissa chicken and tasty grain bowls but the food isn't the issue. This is now the 4th time in a row this store has let my family down big time. 1st time: We ordered bowls and were missing most of our fillings- we were refunded 2nd time: We were missing a side and a drink- this was no biggie we thought, until we opened our meals and once again- were missing filling- protein in this case that we paid extra for. 3rd time: We ordered three meals, and two came- one was not even on the order slip but was on the online system- full refund. 4th time- tonight: My wife and I ordered two bowls while between school functions tonight. Two bowls with Harissa chicken, a side of dip and a lemonade. Door Dash pulls up our driver was great and I receive the meal. Hmm it feels awfully light. I ask the driver if there was more than one bag in the pickup area with our name on it- he said there was only one bag and actually showed me a picture of the pickup (extra points for the DD driver who is awesome). One bag- no drink cup. Open the bag and the drink and an entire meal are missing. Who is making these meals? I get that it gets busy as all get out in there but missing an entire half of an order? Definitely a hard pass from me. You lost my patronage Cava- for good. Tip to management: Hire people who pay attention to details- not just speed of creating the bowls. Also- big ups to Door Dash for refunding the full order for me. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

We really enjoy the food. Unfortunately every time we order and pay for a side of Pita we don't get it. It's happened every time so no more sides. The last time when i went in for pick up the restaurant was empty and the staff was just hanging out so please no excuses about being short staffed on this night. They completely forgot my entire meal and when I called them to explain the issue, they proceeded to tell me that the dasher for doordash did not speak english and that's why they forgot to put the food in the bag... first of all, how does that even make sense? Clearly the employees forgot to put the food in the bag or if there were two bags, then maybe chase after the dasher and give him the bag unless he sprinted to his car which I highly doubt he did. The employee had an awful attitude on the phone as well as the manager who basically told me in a shortened way that I can come get the food because it's not their problem. I've ordered from this location a few times, and once I even went in person and every single time my order was wrong. when I went in person I'm not sure if they couldn't hear me but there wasn't much noise and she still put in the wrong thing. Don't waste your lunch break going here. The most terrible establishment customer service wise on the planet hands down. The food looked okay, but the horrible customer service and terrible attitude of the employees will make me avoid this place like the plague. It was our first time at Cava and we were not familiar with the place and the concept. Taking even a second longer to choose a condiment or ingredient got the people working here so worked up. They were making faces, rolling their eyes and laughing at our family. In the end , we felt hurried and humiliated. I'm gluten free and could not even ask if the food was allergen free. I built a bowl (and paid for it) , but chose not to eat it. The employees here did not care at all even after we told them about why we did not touch our food. Have you heard of fasting? I've contact hello@cava.com, and call the direct location and they haven't responded, or answered - ever. Calculating all the missing items, I've been shorted about $27.60. The fact no one will even pick up the phone or reply to an email (first one sent in November, have sent 3 others each time my order is missing items) is beyond unhelpful and they'll likely lose me as a customer. I had the harissa chicken bowl, and it was okay. They put way too much harass sauce on top; I didn't enjoy it. The feta cheese became just a bowl of gooey salty cheese; I had to throw it away. I will try it again, though. I will just make sure to ask for the sauce on a side and will pick my sides more carefully. Everything else in the bowl tasted very good. read more

I've ordered from CAVA every week for the past 5 weeks because the food is absolutely AMAZING ! Last week I decided to finally stop by the restaurant and order instead of ordering from uber eats. What an awful experience...When I walked in one of the employees was on their phone texting with his gloves on and was on his phone while making someone's order who was dining in. The woman who helped me was super rude. I ordered the greek chicken pita and when asked if I wanted anything else I told her I wanted an extra pita with crazy feta - she seemed bothered so I was hesitant to order something else. I did anyways and was given attitude again in between her huffing and puffing. There was someone behind me ordering (the man who was texting when I walked in was helping him). He went down the line and told him what he wanted on his order. He kindly asked for extra olives, the man serving him put something else on and when the customer tried kindly correcting him he gave him the absolute worst attitude and was practically yelling at him for asking for the correct thing. I'm not the type of person to speak up but I sure as hell wanted to. I felt SO bad for the customer. I've worked in the food industry so I know how difficult it can be and how stressful it is and I also understand that some days you are just not having a good day but these people didn't seem like they cared to be there at all and the customers were being treated poorly because of it. I walked out of CAVA not ever wanting to order food from here again because of how terrible of an experience it was but because the food is really good I will continue to. I however, will probably never step foot into this restaurant again and will continue to order online when I can. read more

The food is always on point and the portions are appropriate no skimpy because they don't wanna make more. It is a busy location so if you order app service do yourself a favor and chekc your order.
