For the most part they are good. I have been to a couple different artists and they all have their pros and cons. Cathy, the owner, is really good. Only complaint I have from her is the lack of consistency. For example sometimes my eyelashes will be super full and other times just enough. And her attitude - sometimes she's super nice and perky and other times just reserved and to the point. But everyone has their off days so no biggie. Finally, I wish they wore face masks or pop a mint to avoid their breath in my nose for two hours. read more

Love my new lashes! This is my second time trying extensions. The first time I tried extensions, I got them some where else and hated them (had them removed in less than a week). As a person who's new to extensions, one wouldn't know where to begin with all the options/combinations available. Cathy took her time to explain the various styles, curls, thickness, lash ratios, etc. She even had a guide explaining all this, with pictures and everything. She was very gentle and took her time applying the lashes and didn't make it feel like she was rushing to churn out customers with lashes. Where do I begin...this girl (Cathy) has passion to what she does, its an inspiration to see her work her hustle. Which means she really cares of the outcome of her work and only wants the best experience for her customers. I couldn't be more than happy how my eyebrows turned out! I remember how I used to have loopy brows :( but now she turned it where there's an arch and made it really look good...it helps to boost your confidence to know that you don't have to wear makeup to cover your flaws! I got a volume full wispy set with Teresa 3 weeks ago and my experience was very pleasant. Teresa was so kind and attentive. She constantly made sure I was doing alright since it was my first time getting lash extensions. Her lashes came out very beautiful and perfectly dramatic. Today I went in for a refill with Cathy and she cleaned up my lashes very well. Even though after 3 weeks from getting them done my lashes still looked amazing. So I went to cathy for my very first time getting lash extensions... I waited 2 years until I finally decided that I wanted to get them but I took my time on deciding when and who (because I'm quite picky tbh) and also I have sensitive eyes and skin so that was always a concern for me before I got them done for my first time. I made an apt right before I went on my Disneyland trip with my boyfriend, & I was so nervous and she literally made me feel at ease, it did not hurt, I could have napped if I wanted to, I was so pleased with the results, I first got a classic set! They literally felt like my own lashes, like why did I ever wait so long to do this!! I loved them so much that 2 days later I decided to go even fuller & cathy made sure she made time for me and took me in a day before my trip I was soooo happy I ended up with the full volume set! Cathy did an amazing job with my brows. I opted to have the Ombré Powder Brows done. I have very little brow hair so she was working with a "blank canvas" when she started with me. Recently got a facial from here about less than a week ago from Kim and honestly my skin has not looked this healthy in such a long time!!! I struggled with dry and irritated skin before coming in and Kim told me all my problematic spots during my customs facial. Cathy is amazing! I had my eyebrows done by her last week. The appointment lasted nearly four hours, and she was unbelievably patient. I was choosing between microblading and the ombré shadow technique, and she spent the first hour educating me on the difference between the two, providing her personal and professional opinions, and showing me lots of client photos. In the end, I chose ombré and I couldn't be happier! Cathy spent a good deal of time drawing my eyebrows, making sure I liked the look, critiquing her own work, and even having her mother (who happens to own the salon in which she operates) provide a third opinion. Only when we all agreed that my eyebrows were drawn perfectly did she then start the tattoo/shadow process. She talked me through the entire procedure -- when she would apply numbing spray or cream, when she started the eyebrow outline, and when she started to fill them in. She also kept me entertained in conversation with her. She was very sweet and the four hours went by quickly. Cathy also gave me very clear aftercare instructions and has texted every couple of days to check in! She really cares about her clients and work. I'll be returning to her in a month for a touch-up appointment, and look forward to showing Cathy how well I've taken care of my eyebrows! :) Other positives - she responds very quickly to inquiries, her work space is neat, tidy, and fashionably designed, and her prices are competitive. I'm so glad I took the plunged and got my lashes done! This was my first time and I was pretty nervous to be honest.
