The guy Gil, he has been working at this place for a good 20 years. He was very nice at first when the sales went down, obviously because he's a sales guy. When it came to actually picking up the tile i ordered, i was deceived, tricked, bamboozled, or whatever you want to call it. Please see the pictures uploaded. This is a classic "what i wanted vs what i actually received". What was on display is COMPLETELY different than the item we received. Gil and all the other employees were no help when I complained. When i first noticed, i went back as soon as possible and Gil was not there that day. His own coworkers told me this was not the first time a customer has experienced something like this and came back complaining about Gil lying or tricking customers (seems like they were sick of cleaning up Gil's messes). By the way, Gil told me he was the owner the first day I was there (probably so he can try to sell me more), so i thought he can help make things right. However, he lied about that too!! Turns out he is only the manager who didnt have much authority to even help out. I very much had a right to be angry and when i said i wanted to return it, they said theres a 25% restocking fee and kept pushing me to take store credit even though i bought everything i needed the first day i came here. Why would i want store credit when my remodel was pretty much complete? I ended up keeping the tile because my time was of the essence and i couldnt waste time returning it and buying from somewhere else. ALSO NOTE, I pretty much had to force them to take down the deceitful display tile because I didnt want anyone else to fall victim to their scam like I did. I will warn anyone and everyone about this place because it really was such a frustrating experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone. If i could give 0 stars, I would. Do not come here!

Upon showing up, it was the wrong color and not the one I picked out in the shop. They made it my problem and said there is no refunds and the color I get is what I get as that is what was cut.

They charged me $450 to drill the holes and paint over it and now I have to hire someone else to fix it. Don't hire these people. Their guarantee is BS.

My apartment manager hired this company to glaze my kitchen sink. At first glance, it looked like…read morethey did a good job. Look closer and you see they did a terrible job. Uneven surface at the bottom of the sink, peeling all along the right side and at the garbage disposal. They left dust, white powder and little pieces of orange tape on the kitchen floor. Zero attempt to clean up after themselves. The sink can't be used for up to 72 hours after the work is done, and now they want to come back and fix the mistakes. I'm glad i took pictures to show the property managers. I don't know why they thought this was acceptable work.

Flooded my newly renovated kitchen, dining room and required flooring throughout home to be replaced. Later had water backup in my master bathroom only to find out there's a sag in the plumbing they ran for my shower and toilet. Many of the tiles installed in my shower have cracked - presumably due to cutting and install? Notified Willie of the leaks and cracked tile - said he'd be right over - came over and never heard from him again...until he reached out months later asking for a copy of my original contract that had been drafted by his then co-owner of GM Renovations. Willie - get in touch - you've got some work to repair / repay. This fiasco has left my home uninsurable with conventional home owners insurance so now have to pay a premium for the hazard insurance offered through California.
