I wish I could give them 0 stars. We requested service on Tues 8/2. They contacted us on Thurs 8/4 and made an appointment for Fr 8/5 that they cancelled via text on Friday morning. They rescheduled for Wednesday 8/10 but when the tech arrived, he looked at our sign requesting anyone coming in to our home must wear a mask (immunocompromised adult in our home) and he said oh hell no and shook his head. He rang the doorbell and started walking away 56 seconds later. I said hello as he was walking away, he turned to look and kept walking. I said Excuse me and he just proceeded to load his vehicle, got in and left. I have this all on our security cameras. Who doesn't even wait 1 minute for someone to answer the door? I strongly feel he just left because he didn't want to wear a mask. Of course he told the company that we never came to the door which was a lie. I told them I have it on video but they don't care. They keep telling AHS that we didn't show up for our appointment. Now it's Friday 8/12, still haven't heard from them. Horrible service from this company. read more

Went through CDs appliances to fix my refrigerator. I called for help because my fridge wasn't cooling and my food was spoiling fast. I talked to the office personnel, Jazz and she was quick to be able to send a technician to my home. My technician was I think Cliff and he was very knowledgeable. I was going through American Home Shield and they scheduled this vendor for me. Technician came out (and said it's an easy fix just need to order a part. Confirmed with Amanda at their office and she said the part is on order. Fast forward 2 weeks later and no status update I reached out several times and left voice messages....no call back. Received a call from American Home Shield saying that they spoke with Amanda and she said they're unable to move forward....no reason given. Terrible customer service, absolutely no communication. In addition, the service technician had a 3 hour window from 8am - 11am to arrive. He showed up at 10:57am. NEVER use this company! And BTW....it's a microwave repair request. I would buy a new one quicker if not for AHS that I have already bought into. read more

This was the worse. First you call to make an arrangement and do a video with them and then you can never get back in touch with them. We needed a refrigerator repaired just something to keep it from frosting up. Warranty company sent the parts to them but they kept saying they don't have the parts. After reading some of the reviews I was nervous about the service I was going to receive. American Home Shield is my insurance company that chose them for me. They called me to set up an appointment. Israel came out first to diagnose and had to order a part. My issue was my ice maker on a Samsung refrigerator. Israel was very nice and professional. He said it would take a few weeks to get the part in and they would call to reschedule. Which they did. Today Cliff came out. He was friendly and made me feel confident he was going to be able to fix the issue. He had to test a few things but... Yay! He fixed our problem. From the women I spoke to on the phone for scheduling, her name was Jazz, to Israel and Cliff, I had great service and response from all 3 of them. I am very frustrated with this company. It is to long to go into details but they have not finished the job and will not return the calls or emails. Last Friday 3/20/2020 Jazz told me Cliff would be back at our home between 9-11:00 AM on Sat 3/21/2020...He did not come or call and I have not been able to reach them since. Not sure where all these reviews are coming from but has to be my worst experience by far. Not one to write reviews but this one deserves it. Tech came out and spent 2 minutes "diagnosing" the problem. Couldn't find the part number on the oven (really?) and said he couldn't fix it unless I sent him the part number. Sent him a picture of the part number label and was told parts would be ordered. Almost 2 weeks later, no call, nothing. I called in and they said parts were there and tech would be out the next day. EVERY LOCATION FOR THIS COMPANY HAS AN "F" RATING WITH THE BBB. THAT SPEAKS VOLUMES. Please do yourself a favor and go to ANY other company but this one. The most unprofessional and dishonest company I have ever had the misfortune to be sent to. I have been hung up on multiple times, I have been lied to more times than I can count, my husband has been lied to, Cliff lied to the home warranty company that HIRED HIM, Cliff refused to take my husband's calls (fear, perhaps?) and after more than 4 weeks, which was initially 3-5 days, I am still without a repair. I could go on...Cliff, the owner who has hung up on me personally, apparently hired the tech who came to my house to "build and improve" his business. This place is a train wreck. Cliff is nothing more than a liar and a cheat and the worst person you want in ANY sort of service role. This keeps up and he'll be out of business in no time. Which would be my suggestion...And is my hope so that no one else has to deal with this idiot. My complaint is filed. read more

Just run. I honestly wonder if this business operates out of a garage and they have technicians who have no whatsoever knowledge or education or experience in their field. I was connected with these guys through my home insurance. The gentleman has been to my house 3 times in the course of about 3-4 weeks and my washer is STILL not repaired. And I'm lucky a technician made it out to my house because good luck getting a hold of them. They just lie and say they tried calling you or say they will call you back and never do. Absolutely terrible. Used AHS they selected this horrible contractor. They supposedly scheduled an appointment with me, didn't happen. Then they show up at my door a few days later, which was unexpected. The tech was very nice, however after 10 days, my appliance is still not fixed. I called AHS multiple times and the contractor just now updated the notes to say they cant service my appliance and state a brand which is not related to my appliance! Do not recommend, avoid at all cost if you don't want any headaches. read more

Steer away from Cliff. A liar and the most unprofessional svc tech I have ever encountered. He was rude from the moment I opened the door when he arrived 2 hours outside the scheduled time. Made it only half way to the kitchen before I had to ask him to leave my home. As he left my house he shared "My fridge is cold, too bad yours is not. Mine works fine". Cliff is a liar and a thief When Cliff came to clean out the mold inside my washer, he accidentally broke a part while trying to take off the rubber hose. I chalked it up to an honest mistake. He said if I ordered the part, he would come back and install it for no additional charge. So I did that. The next week when he came to install the new part, there were 2 metal clamps included with the part which were supposed to be used to secure the rubber hose to the part. He noticed that there were only 2 clamps instead of the 4 which were needed. However, he said he could reuse a couple of the existing ones which were an older design but still worked. Before he left, I asked him if he installed the new clamps on the front end of the hose or the back, to which he responded, "I don't remember." I thought that was strange considering he had JUST installed the part. I said that we should turn the machine on to test it and make sure it works, to which he responded, "I already did that. It's fine." Well, about an hour and a half after he left, my son started a load of laundry. Lo and behold, we were downstairs and water was leaking through the celing from the A/C vents. My husband immediately went upstairs to turn off the machine and soak up the flood all over the laundry room floor with some towels. We called him right away and he said he would come the next morning to fix it. When he arrived the following day, he opened the washer. I looked in and saw that he had NOT installed the 2 new metal clamps at all. When I asked him where they were, he said he could not work while I was watching him. He had been caught in a lie. I refused to leave and he left the machine open and left the house. I asked for the clamps back but he never returned them. Afterwards, my husband reattached the existing clamps properly, and found out that Cliff had not connected the main large hose underneath the new part, which is why the water started running out the bottom of the washer the moment it flowed into the machine. Which means that Cliff also LIED about testing the machine the previous day. I warn others not to hire this technician, because he damaged my part, stole pieces of the new part, and worst of all, LIED about it. I spent over $78 on the replacement part and have water damage now to my ceiling downstairs which will be costly to repair. DO NOT HIRE THIS DISHONEST PERSON!!! read more

Worst experience I've ever had. They were assigned through our home warranty company. Process goes like this, three weeks ago they showed up and diagnosed problems. Ordered the part which took 10 days - during which there was no communication on their part letting us know when to expect them. You'd call the office and they'd tell you they would call back but never did. Fast forward 10 days. The tech came out and oops he ordered the wrong part. Begin same cycle. After five days or so we begin calling for update and no feedback. Owner hung up on wife twice and lied to warranty company about repair status. Through further conversations with repair company they did not even solicit approval to order part until the day I called the warranty company. Unprofessional, unreliable, poor quality and they lie. Owner has never called me though I've asked and been told he would numerous time. Run to any other company but these guys. read more

I had a technician come and look at my dryer and said that he would order the needed parts and get back to me. I took the day off work and they called and said the appt was for the next day. I corrected them and said the appt was for today and they send a technician. When the technician arrived he said he was coming to see what was wrong with the dryer. I called the office and was very upset and I let them know that. The lady I spoke to said before she put me on hold she wasnt going to be yelled at (I never yelled at her I said I was upset and explained that I hadn't had a dryer in over a week. They said the part was in winter park and there was nothing they could do until the next day. I asked to speak to the manager and explained to him the situation and asked them to please repair the dryer today so that I did not miss work the next day also. He told me it was a mistake and he didnt realize I was perfect and reduced to come and fix the dryer until tomorrow. I have insurance through american home shield so if I would have cancelled I would have to wait another week for another company so I opted to keep my appt but feel completed disrespected. They are very disorganized and would have given zero stars if I could. Stay away from this company, it is not worth the headache and disrespect. read more
