If I could give negative stars, I would. So, update to my last post, the contacts and one pair of glasses work when we switched to old prescription. However, the second pair of glasses are still just not right. The vision is atleast correct (after 3 tries), but they don't fit my face right, they are always crooked and hurt my ears, and they are poorly made. I took them to another eye place to be adjusted, and they told me that these were badly made, so it's not just me saying that. So here I am how many months and 3 tries later and still it's not correct. I've considered reporting them to the consumer bureau. It's been traumatizing. I'm afraid to go back again to ask them to fix them or refund them, because I just keep getting no resolution. read more

I went to see Dr. Parker prior to 2016 when I moved out of state. I've recently returned home and it is so good to be back. My prescription has changed quite a bit and Dr. Parker once again has nailed it with regard to both contacts and glasses. Ruth and Candi have been extremely helpful with choosing frames and fitting them to me. Cindy was super helpful with my contact lenses. I saw several different eye doctors while I've been moving around and nothing comes even close. Dr. Parker will work diligently to ensure your prescription is correct not only while initially fitting you but during the weeks to follow. Highly recommend! read more

I have been using Doctor Parker for many years. He is as close as a friend. I am blind without my glasses, a real coke bottle prescription. Ruth has seen to it that I get high style frames and the best quality lenses. As I said I can't see what I look like but I have over the years given the entire thing over to Ruth and have loved every frame for well over 10 years. when I traveled for a few years I had to go get classes in Salt Lake at a mega store. the where fine. Not great but the worked fine and did not look bad. When I got home, my first set of glasses from Cedar Hills proved they are worth every penny, FANTASTIC Quality and Style. read more

Just got back from a great appointment here. I was able to fill out the new patient paperwork online, which saved time, and the staff knew exactly what to do with my insurance and what benefits I had. The optician and the optometrist were thorough and friendly. Plus, they are able to use a scanner/camera instead of dilating your eyes, so you don't have to experience any of the issues you normally do after leaving the eye doc (and you get to see the back of your eyes too!). I will definitely return, and I highly recommend this place. read more

If I were to rate just on Dr Corey, this place would easily get 5 star. Here's why I deducted 2 stars: - Dr Corey, who's easily the best optometrist I've ever met,used to own this place, then he decided to semi-retire and sold the place to Dr Parker. Well, I feel bad to say that Dr Parker is not my cup of tea - I found his chitchat to be not only intrusive but also inappropriate (I really don't care and don't want to hear which of my coworkers are his patients - isn't it violating the patients privacy to blab to me about his other patients?). If Dr Corey ever does retire for good, I'm going to go find myself a different optometrist. - The girl who takes you to the room where they do the pre-exam routine stuff (like my favorite, puffing the air to the eyeball! I love it, NOT) is different every year (that's some serious turnover) and all of them have seemed to me a little... well, uncomfortable in an incompetent way. read more

Dr. Parker is thorough. He listens to your concerns and explains in detail what he suspects is going on if you are experiencing a problem. He will refer you on if need be. I've been going here since I was a little kid, and have always had a great experience. A few months ago I was up all night because of a horrible eye infection. They got me in before the office even opened that morning and took care of it instantly. The doctors both live within minutes of the office, and are able (and more than willing!) to help their patients at any hour of the day. I cannot recommend this place enough! read more

I had scheduled a new patient eye exam over two weeks out, and was instructed to fill out paperwork online prior to my visit. Upon showing up for my appointment the reception desk was very chaotic. There were three people working behind the desk and instead of finishing with the first customer they started checking me in while I was waiting behind her having to share my personal information rather loud. After a jumbled mess of trying to work with three people at one time I was informed that they had me in their computer but they didn't have an appointment for me. I can easily how whoever I made an appt with was preoccupied with the chaos going on in the office within 30 seconds of walking in the door. read more
