    Update *** Thanks for reply my review . I really appreciated for your help ! Now everything is solved . I checked online and see the ATM correct and refunded to my account . I was get so nervous when it happened. Tried call Cefcu but can't contact anybody at the Lincoln branch . I leave the message for the phone agent who speaking to me . Thanks Cefcu was taking care it serious and solve it quickly. ***** I deposit my money to the ATM . it shows error and didn't accept the money but no return it . ATM eat my money and blocked the door . You only can withdraw money or deposit check . 1st time it happened to me . Last week I went to another ATM , they took my money but no printing recipt , and not showing up the amount on online banking until 4:00 am next day . What wrong with Cefcu atm right now ??

    They are very polite and helpful. They have great mortgage options for a home loan. There is lots of easy parking spots.

There are a handful of parking spots under building but they all seem to be taken even when the bank is empty. I'm never comfortable using the outdoor ATMs with all the homeless nearby. National call center support is friendly but be prepared to wait even if you are a "preferred" customer . I think I waited 40 minutes and did not get any assistance today. Counter and Desk Loan Staff is always quite friendly. Good luck getting into your safe deposit box during Covid as it's a two day wait just to get someone to call you to make an appointment.

A new debit card was issued to me at this bank and the customer service rep helped me with my check deposit using that new debit card. In fact, she opened another new saving account for me and transferred all my saving to that new account without letting me know. Also, she took my previous debit card. I wonder if this is a fraud? How could a bank closes the account owner's saving account and transfers all the money in that saving account to a new a account without letting the account owner knows? After this incident, I called Bank of America, none of the customer service rep can help me. No one can really tell me where my saving is being transferred and where my check is deposited. The only thing they told me is "WAIT".

I would especially like to shine some light on Horacio who I've known since he was a teller and is now a member service officer, he's helped me secure personal loans that have helped with everything from veterinary bills to small business purchases. Horacio has always delivered incredible customer service, helped me make financial decisions, and has educated me on PremierOne's many financial products.     I have been a loyal customer of Premier One Credit Union for over seven years, and I am extremely…read moredisappointed with the customer service I received recently. I spoke with a customer service representative who said they would transfer me to a manager for further assistance. After speaking with both the representative and the manager, neither of them were able to help me with my issue at all. There was no solution offered, no flexibility, and no effort to support a long-term customer. For a credit union that has been in business for years and makes millions of dollars in fees, the lack of care and support was shocking. Being treated this way after more than a decade of loyalty felt downgrading and dismissive. Customer service should value long-term members, not make them feel like they don't matter. Unfortunately, this experience showed me that loyalty does not seem to count here. Very poor service, and I expected much better.

    I have always had good experiences at this branch. I usually do the drive through (or rather, drive…read moreup & hop out since I'm short). I appreciate that they have so many ATMs so you don't have to wait. Parking is good and far away from the insanity that is the Pruneyard. There's always cash in the ATMs and it doesn't shut down for maintenance as soon as I walk up. I had to go inside for the first time today. First off, it was very easy to make an appointment with a Banker using the app, and then reschedule it when something came up. I was warmly greeted and asked to take a seat while I waited for my appointment. Yes, the line was long. Yes they only had one teller. Why? Because the other two were sent home by the manager because they were sick. You don't want a place that forces sick people to work, do you? They do have a greeter who tries to triage and I thought that was very helpful. I did have a comfy seat while I waited. And then the manager came to help me herself. It could have been complicated but she found a way to make it easy for me. So thank you. Everyone who was shocked by the long wait times, remember it's difficult to hire right now to get people to come onsite. Remember people get sick and you can't have anyone sneezing or coughing onsite. Let's all be a little more patient and appreciate what they are able to do with what they have.
