The chicken cutlet sandwich was everything I had hoped it would be. Tangy, savory, and the cutlets were the perfect thickness. Full of great flavor and fresh mozzarella made this the perfect lunch today. The bread wasn't too soft, nor was it too hard. Baked PERFECT. I would eat this every single day if could. Amara loved her pizza and is excited to have some left over for later when she's playing her video games.
