Just giving a shout out to Cellairis . Hubby shattered his iPhone screen last year (October)& I brought it here for repair. They recommended we also buy the tempered glass to protect it from happening again. Hubby also gave me the green light to get the tempered glass for my phone as well. I purchased it & bought the warranty. My daughter dropped my phone last month & it took me a while to make it to the mall, but I finally made it today. If it were possible to give 6 stars- I would. These guys are AWESOME! I had to get a replacement for my iPhone 6 last year due to the internal antenna going out. It wasn't under warranty. Purchased a new one from Apple directly. Less than 48 hours later, I shattered the screen. After trying to figure out what I could to do fix my brand new phone, I ended up at Cellairis. Eamun (sorry if I'm not spelling it right) provided excellent customer service and the price was great! I also ended up purchasing a tempered glass screen protector from him. But he didn't try to up-sale me into doing so at all. Months later I returned with a crack in my screen protector and he replaced it at no charge. And today, I was back because my screen coloring was messed up and it had a big black streak on the right side (no doubt from dropping it!). He gave me a great deal on a new screen and case, and again replaced the screen protector for free. I will absolutely be returning here for repairs and accessories, even though it's about a 30 minute drive from where I live. I have recommended Cellairis to friends and family since my first visit and will continue to do so!! I had just cracked my screen on my LG V20 and I called this place first before calling others. After calling other places with no luck, I decided to go with Cellairis. Gilbert was the man! I called Cellairis for a quote, and for $100, I was sold. The best iPhone repair service I've ever encountered! The manager was really nice and personally repaired my screen. He was not too chatty but very friendly and informative - he went through the repair in about 20 minutes and told me about other accessories I could get to prevent this screen from shattering again. I came to this place after calling a few different places for price quotes on my husband's Samsung Galaxy S7 (which got ran over and shattered both front and back really bad). This booth is close to Macy's and is bigger than most other cell phone booths at the mall. This was the first one we stopped at to get my husbands phone screen replaced. We decided to just have them do it instead of asking around because the two gentlemen seemed very knowledgeable. We left the phone with them for about 15 minute and it was done when we came back around. The phone had a little bit of problem starting up but we gave them another few minutes to figure it out and they were able to fix it with no problem. The screen looked great! Great quality and brand new! We noticed that there was a screw missing at the bottom of the phone but the guy was nice enough to provide one with no additional cost. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to get your cracked screen replaced or if you want a new phone case. They have great great and reasonable prices. read more

My screen was shattered, I called around and couldn't decide on a place to get my iPhone 6 fixed at. I checked Yelp and this place had the best reviews. It's not a store but it's a booth inside the mall. The guy helping me was named Pouya, and he's good at fixing phones. In fact as I walked up he was fixing someone else's. The whole screen replacement process from me handing it over to him handing it back took less than 10 minutes (it was longer because there were a few other people asking him questions while he was fixing my phone) Afterwards he tested my phone to make sure it actually still worked and was very professional and amiable the whole time. If my kids decide to play catch with the concrete using my phone ever again, I will be coming back to this place. read more

I'm only giving a review with 3 stars because I was misquoted. I went to 4 different phone repair places and requested quotes, and they all quoted me 150+. I finally found this place on yelp, and sent over a quote request. I was told for my iPhone 6s it would be $119! I was amazed, I went in today and it took only about 20 minutes so I do have to say great service. At the end though they gave me the bill and the total came out to around $164.. so I guess it just sucks as I thought this place was cheaper than the other places but it was just as expensive. read more

We live locally in the E Rosevile area and have been to every cell phone case kiosk at The Galleria and this one by far is the worst kiosk. Bought my daughter an "Otter Box" case from here and it ended up cracking in less than a month. The crack ended up getting worse as time went on and in 3 months the top of the case had completely separated from the bottom half of the case. Went back to this kiosk with my receipt and they wouldn't honor a return for what was clearly, a defective product. To make things worse the boy at the register insisted that it was my daughter who broke the case and acted as If we were out to get one over on them. It's a measly $30 case! Haha If you want quality products and good service look elsewhere. This place is horrible! read more
