***NEW OWNERS!!!*** Here's my story, My screen cracked on my phone, apple wanted $250, these guys wanted way way less. So I went to these guys, and man am I impressed! They gave me the exact glass I needed on my phone as opposed to these other places giving a knock off, or not the correct one. The work was quick and easy. And they told me if I ever had an issue or questions I could always come back and they could look at my phone to verify my glass. Is still in good condition. To me, that is pretty damn good customer service. I've gone to this place before and have noticed it's under COMPLETELY NEW OWNERSHIP., Yes there is a few bad reviews, but those are not for this new owner at all. This has to be the worst mall counter ever. In a rush, bought an iPhone charger for 15$ when the real price for these non-certified counterfeits is $5. When I came to return the charger because it didn't work with my cellphone the salesman was very rude and refused to return 15$. After the situation wasn't resolved, he just started ignoring me. Please never visit this place, it's right in the middle of the mall when you come in, right next to the food court. They will take your money and sell you lowest quality stuff from China for Apple Store prices. They will top your terrible experience with the customer services worse than DMV. Went to this store to get my ipad's screen fixed. Went home and just look at the pictures . Ipad sitting on the car got broken. Immediately went back and said he cant do anything about it.SAID "THAT'S WHY I OFFERED YOU SCREEN PROTECTOR" wth. Sadly, can't do anything bec I PAID CASH for a few dollar discount. DO NOT GO HERE! I came here to replace my IPhone 6S Plus screen. Total rip off it was $75 ($5 cheaper than other places) and my phone started typing on its own, opening random apps, and turning black (still playing the music) while trying to watch videos on YouTube. I went back two days later to have them fix it AGAIN, but it still does the same thing! The guy tried blaming Apple for slowing the older IPhone generations. It just so happens that all of this happens on the same day I get my phone screen fixed? So $75 wasted on my screen that absolutely sucks! He messed up my phone not Apple. It never did these things prior to getting the screen fixed. read more

Worst service ever! I bought an iPhone 6plus case with a desk stand for $27. A couple of weeks later, in the presence of my family, I took the iPhone out and found out that the desk stand was Broken. I had used it only a couple of times. Well, I went back to Cellaries and the owner discredited my story in front of my 7 y/o son, and was firm that he wasn't going to give me my money back or a case replacement. Then I asked for their customer service number and he provided me with an out of state telephone number which ended up being someone's cellphone number. I left messages and I have not gotten a cal back a month later. What bugged me the most was him basically calling me a liar in front of my kid. The case was no longer of use to me and I tossed it in the trash can. I wish there was a zero star option for this review. If you are going to do business, do it right! I made the mistake of not reading yelp reviews before purchasing a phone cover here for my s9 for $27.38 ($10 to replace with receipt thereafter). After 2 weeks it started bubbling in the center and today it completely peeled off! We went straight to them today to have it replaced it but on our way out of the car my daughter accidentally hit it out of my husband's hand and it cracked the corner. The salesman/repairman rolled his eyes at least 3 times when we explained. Stating the phone was was clearly dropped and the cover must have been peeled off because it wouldn't happen on it's own. After arguing for about 5 min I was ready to walk away and tell him to shove it but my husband made him put a new cover on. The man still charged us the $10 replacement fee but made it a point to say he "trusts" us as he rolled his eyes a 4th time. I have never felt so disrespected. I bought a case for my iPad from them. The stand kept coming out. They told me to come and he would give me a new one. I get there and he tells me to put a piece of tape on the back. He said he could not resell the case . The case I have had less then a month. Bad practice. I will never send anyone there or buy anything from them anymore. I've used their service several times and have been completely satisfied. Unfortunately, not so much on this last go around. Got the glass replaced on my phone, bought a screen protector and a case. Almost immediately had issues with the phone such as the screen unresponsive to touch, no sound in the speakers or audio jack, screen was unresponsive to touch when charging and the case started peeling immediately. So, I went back expecting them to change the glass (which they are) but have adamantly refused to replace the case. The clerk's response is that I must have "overused" it (how does one overuse a cell phone case?). Not only is it insulting that it's only been a short amount of time that I've had the case (12 days) but that she would insist I've purposely done something to cause the damage (it wasn't cracked or broken, the graphic has started peeling off). I asked to speak to the manager and was told I can come back on May 15th as he's out of the country. Like I stated before, I've been here plenty of times; replaced glass screens, bought protectors and cases. Why she would choose to lose business and have a negative Yelp review over a $15 case is beyond me. Buyer beware, they do not stand behind their products. read more

I bought a phone case ($32) here and a screen protector ($15) on Monday, by Wednesday the screen protector was lifting and the phone case (bejeweled) was falling apart and because of this it was attaching to my shirts and snagging my clothes. I brought this back on Friday and the employee/owner was nothing but RUDE. He acted like he was too busy to help me. Well I'm sorry that the quality of the products you sell makes it so I have to return but that's a problem your company caused by selling cheap products !! I spent almost $50 and this company doesn't appreciate its buyers! I asked to exchange the case and they refused. UNNACCEPTABLE. They offered me a discount to buy A new case, which of course I need one so I bought a very simple case that (hopefully) won't fall apart in two days! They replaced my screen cover for free. I went to this place to get my phone screen fixed. First of all the fix was crappy, the home button isn't working great and the screen is beginning to come off after just ONE WEEK! They told me I had a lifetime warranty on the screen protector I got and when I went to get a new one (as the last one chipped) they told me they don't do lifetime warranties! I would give no stars if I could. I got a glass screen protector for my iPhone. However when I dropped my phone the protector did not break at all but my screen did. I when to the store to ask them to fix my phone because their product did not do what it was supposed to to. And figure out why it happened. The response I got was less than acceptable to me. The manage was unsympathetic and told me that I was just unlucky. As if luck is what makes their product work. However She did offer to sell me another screen protector. read more

Please do not approach this business. I can't begin to describe my horrific experience. These people only care about getting your cash in the their register. After that, any complaints are met with I'LL CALL SECURITY. My daughter and I went to the kiosk to look at a new case for phone and was talked into having her screen fixed. The manager said she would include the case and a screen protector. The phone appeared to work great and I gladly paid for the service. The case we picked out came with an attachable strap for carrying around your hand. This broke the next day. We went back to the kiosk and showed it to a young man who was working behind the counter. He responded with a heavy sigh and just stared at the case. After a few moments he said to my daughter "Did this break or did you rip it off the case?" At that point I asked the condescending young man to please just give me a refund. He got on the phone, called his manager and told me to come back to the mall in 3 hours and his manager would help me. I then asked him to just exchange the case and I was told to GO WAIT BY THE DOOR while my daughter picked a new case. I was told to WAIT BY THE DOOR by a teenager right in front of my daughter!! She was extremely uncomfortable and quickly just pointed to a random case so we could leave. We went back to talk to the manager hours later to try and have a normal customer experience. I also wanted to point out that the screen protector was already coming off the screen at the sides and the bottom. The first words out of the manager's mouth was "I am very upset with you and how you treated my employee". She did not ask what had happened or how she could fix the situation. She then grabbed the new case we picked out earlier, removed my daughters phone and handed her the original broken case. She then threatened to call security if we did not leave. I have never been so blatantly ripped off in my life. And my daughter got to experience all of it first hand. As other's have commented, I would give no stars if I could. read more
