As a patron who was not with that group, I was uncomfortable for some of them at the table. I am not sure of the nature of the complaint, issue or comment, but that was unnecessary to behave in that manner regardless if you believed the customer was in the wrong. There was only one waitress working, she appeared to be doing her best, but they were not busy and food & drinks times were long. We have not been to Coopers in a while, figured we would try a local place for a quick bite & trivia, but most likely will not be back if that's how's complaints/issues are handled.

He was SUPER FRIENDLY, very courteous, knowledgeable about the menu and exceedingly efficient. Taking drink orders shortly after seating us AND they were delivered minutes later.
