I stopped in to try Cenario's Pizza, we enjoyed the food and the service. We were greeted by Carl immediately entering (he stood behind the counter/bar) with a huge smile. I like warm friendly welcomes. We ordered the Hawaiian Pizza with feta added~ yummy,BBQ wings (small order), and a pitcher of soda, and it's it ice cream sandwich. The total was about $30.00 not including tip. The pizza was tasty, but the wings were most delicious to my son. A happy child is important when it comes to me going out to eat. Okay kids, tonight I wasn't really hungry, but I knew I had to eat, and I wanted to go to some place that I liked, and I knew that Cenario's was the place to go. As usual, the staff rocked it for me! Jodi and Eric worked the front, and the Manager, Joseph, was even there, workin' his butt off in the back, along with Jody's husband, Jaime. What a great team! Good management really shows, but even more importantly, surrounding a good manager with excellent employees ALWAYS pays off. When I got there tonight, the place wasn't packed, but pretty darned close to it....made me really happy to see so many customers in there! Oh, and by the way...the food was really good! Ok this place customer service really sucks ...this is 2 times now that I have called to order and decided not too. Their first response when you call is "can I put you on hold" and they never come back...I decided to hang up and don't order.. Their Pizza is not worth it and the place looks unappetizing ..there is always no-one there . I live pretty close to this location, so I guess that is why my pizza is always perfectly hot when we get it. Everything is fresh and you can tell. It is a great bargain for the price. They are also wonderful with customer service. They are very quick to apologize and fix their error. This is the first time ever having an issue with this place. Our household loves Cenario's pizza. Best pizza around and it's our go to place when we don't want to cook dinner. I'm giving 4 stars because again out of many times this is the only time I've ever had an issue. Mike's pizza across the street is less than desirable, walk over to this place and wait at the counter for 5-7 minutes without even having been acknowledged by the staff. Food was good, the people suck. Styrofoam water cups, only given paper plates and plastic silverware and charged for all of it!! No one would come to the table to take our order so eneded up having to go back and forth to thw counter, all while dining in the restaurant and ordering 4 pizzas, wings, drinks and salads. Womens bathroom was closed and mens was disgusting and had no toilet paper. Nice way to treat people from out of town. Some regulars walked in while we we're wraping up and get waited on and get actual silverware and dinnerware and glasses for water. Really disappointing. read more

This place can be easy to miss if you aren't looking for it with all of the newer buildings that have been built closer to the freeway recent years. The owner actually works there with his staff and they are all super nice! The food is always fresh. I've never had an issue with my order, whether it's dine-in, pickup or delivery. I've been getting pizza from here for years, and their quality of product and service have always been consistently outstanding. I have to say that there is something about a restaurant where the owner and staff take pride in their work that makes a place extra special. At the chain places, you will sometimes get the bored looking person behind the counter who is more interested in talking to their friend who also happens to work there, or they act like you are interrupting their screen time with their phone. That doesn't happen here. They are always happy to see me and treat customers with respect and are warm and welcoming. Dining in is nice and they have that family friendly local pizza place feel. They will often have sports on the TV, but it doesn't have that loud sports bar feel to it. Really! It's got that friendly corner pizza joint feel that you never get with the chain places. I try to dine in as much as I can because there is something wonderful about the fresh and super hot pizza being brought to the table where you want to grab the first slice and dig right in, but know that the cheese will probably burn a hole in the roof of your mouth, and you rationalize that waiting the extra 5 seconds is probably good enough to let the pizza cool down even though there is still steam coming from the pie. Then you take the first bite and it tastes sooooo good until you realize your mouth is on fire and now you can't taste anything, and you are caught between trying to save the smoldering stub that is left of your tongue and wanting to take another bite of pizza because the crust has that fresh out of the oven crispness to it, and the cheese is so melty. Only reason not a 5 star was the Fred Bread was a bit undercooked and the square shooter pizza was very lack lusting of cheese. Very late for delivery again. Last time they were two hours late. Now we have a big order for a party and they are over 30 minutes late. Would never order from them again but local options are very limited. Back after a three year hiatus. I should have stayed away. Was told 30 minutes for two pizzas. Drove from San Diego. Got here hungry. This place is next door to the la Quinta inn, our destination. Very good flavor to the crust and sauce. Did the happy hour cheese sticks that were very good, considering that it's just mozzarella and sauce. Nice and crisp. The crust on the pizza is my primary reason for commenting. See in the pic, it's golden brown crusty. No under cooked or burns. Nicely done. Also talked to the manager about a non food question and he was extremely friendly and accommodating. If you want pizza and a beer, come here. A few more selections on beer would be nice but coming from SD I'm more than spoiled on beer selection. read more

Been going here for years. We don't have a reason to do delivery or dine in since we live close by. We always do pick up. Can walk or drive to restaurant. Their timing is sometimes off, but only by a few minutes. Pizzas are topped nicely, and flavor is great. My new favorite is their Mediterranean experience. Staff is friendly. I've gone to some of their other locations and Cordelia is my favorite. This pizza is definitely 10x better than the other pizza places in Cordelia junction, and even in the area. THEY ARE THE SLOWEST PIZZA SERVICE EVER. We ordered ahead FOUR HOURS before the scheduled delivery time and it never came. We called them and they said they didn't get the order and will deliver it in another HOUR. This isn't the first time this happened with this particular Cenarios. I called yesterday to place an order and they put me on hold for at least 10 minutes, and never got back to me. I called back several times and was placed on 5 minute holds. Ordered online at 7:48; was told it would arrive by 9:05. Ok, it's a busy Friday, understandable-- though I have ordered from busier/better pizza places and received pizza in 45 minutes. Regardless, by 9:20, we still had not received our order. I called to inquire; the woman on the phone said it was out to deliver. Keep in mind Cenario's is less than 2 miles from our house. 9:48 - 2 hours after I ordered - and it still had not arrived. Yet the online tracking app said it had been delivered....? I call again. A man answers the phone and tells me that the delivery guy "forgot" parts of my order, that he had come back to get it, and would arrive any minute. Long story short, the food arrived almost 2.5 hours after we ordered it. The delivery guy said the KITCHEN forgot part of our order. Which was it, the kitchen or the delivery guy? Seriously, it wouldn't be that huge of a deal if whoever was responsible took accountability, apologized and made some kind of effort to rectify (I.E. free meal or something). Despite the ridiculous wait and blame shifting, they still forgot part of our order. The pizza was cold. Never ordering from here again. read more

Why offer 15% through Yelp if you don't want to honor it? And as I presented it to the cashier, he proceeded to reach over my phone and push the "mark as used" button and it was removed. He asked me to pull it up again, but obviously you can't once it's been marked. But he said he would give me the discount. Then he slides the receipt over for me to sign and I notice the discount wasn't added! Like c'mon guy, I'm Asian, you didn't think I would notice or check over the bill? The pizza here is pretty darn delicious. And cheap. The crust has it's cheap qualities, but it doesn't matter when you're practically starving from a hike at Rockville Park. I got a small size for $3, but the better deal is the lunch special for $5. You can get a small pizza up to three toppings with a salad (win) or the Fred Bread and a soda. Then again, I don't drink soda, so I ask for a can and give the soda to someone else when I take leftovers home. There's probably a 20 minute wait for the pizza, which is a tad bit long. We stood at the La Quinta hotel, and decided to check out this pizza place since there was nothing but fast food restaurants around the area. We came in around 9:00 PM on a Sunday night. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and an order of wings. Angel was our server for the night, and he was exceptional. He was energetic and always attentive to our table. The food didnt take too long to come. The pizza was good in tatse, and the bread wasn't too thick, it was just right, but I have had better pizza. The wings on the other hand were some of the best wings I ever had because of how big they were, and how they were cooked. The sauce was delicious, not your typical vinegary buffalo sauce. The prices were fair. They also serve pasta and beer, but we did not try that. Thank you Angel and Cenario's for the excellent service making our visit wonderful. read more

Cenario's is our go-to pizza place. We live in Cordelia and even though there is round table, and mountain mikes here in the area we still find ourselves ordering Cenario's for take out or dine in. The workers there are really nice and accommodating the only down side is that because the pizza is really good, they get REALLY busy in the evenings and weekends. It's good to order ahead of time if possible. Prices are good and usually they have specials! Check the website for coupons! read more
