AVOID!!! My husband and I called for an estimate on our backyard and the owner/estimator, Steven Salomon, was 10 mins late. He didn't provide a courtesy call before he came to the house which other companies did that we got estimates from. My husband had to ask Steven multiple questions to understand what the company offered. He was very quiet and didn't explain anything about what types of landscaping designs that they do. He was only focused on measuring and taking pictures of our backyard. After he was finished, he didn't say much and only looked at us like we needed to say something. Husband had to ask again, "So what is next? Are you going to explain anything to us?". Steven's reply, "oh, I have to put it in my 3D computer." Didn't say anything after that. Very unprofessional and he had a chip on his shoulder attitude when dealing with us. As new customer, Steven rushed us and didn't provide the comfort and information needed to understand if this company is okay to deal with or not. As an owner of a company, Steven was dressed very unprofessional with tattoos showing on his arms and his attitude matched his appearance that showed a punk rock appearance. His attitude was wanting to show us up (tough guy attitude) instead of a professional business individual, especially towards my husband. Steven Salomon is a middle age European immigrant, trying to start his own business thinking he can do whatever he wants or acts thinking his business will survive forever. Steven told us that he was going to email the estimate by the next week, but we still haven't received one. Huge lack of accountability on himself as the owner and his company. Just imagine how accountable the backyard is going to be?? We dealt with an estimator before he came around 2pm and he was way more professional and communication was excellent. Both of us do not recommend CenterPoint landscaping!!! Please do the research on this company if you do not believe!! BBB website doesn't recognize this company as an accredited company and only has been established for less than two years. There are no reviews on yelp before we called them and now know why. Very poor communication and customer service!! A few reviews on google with 5-star ratings is a lie. His family and friends commented 5-star reviews to make his review decent. Don't be fooled. That's why there are no comments under the 5-star review. We were afraid to run into these types of people but unfortunately, we did. We want to let as many people as we can so they don't have to experience what we went through. read more

I have had Jason maintain my front and back yard for 5 years. He has done an excellent job with the upkeep, planting, and has installed a sprinkler system and paver side walk and patio, I sold my house and had a new one built that had no landscaping in the front or back. I called Jason, from CenterPoint landscaping, who scheduled and appointment to come out and measure the square yards to be landscaped and discussed my ideas and budget for the design. I was emailed a beautiful 3-D computer graphic design for the front, side, and back yard, with a list of proposed materials from Steve Salomon with his email and cell phone number to call and discuss any concerns or changes I might have. I found Steve easy to contact and very readily acceptable for the changes I had to his design. My yard took about 5 weeks with their crews working 8 hours a day. They grated, leveled, installed french drains, laid out paver flower beds, paver sidewalks, custom made fire pit, worked with my pool company on the paver the decking around the pool, widened my paver driveway,(total of 21 pallets of pavers), installed irrigation systems, planted 27 trees,150 plants, laid 900 yards of artificial turf, install 52 landscape lights, distribute very large landscape boulders, and spread 11.5 tons of landscape rock. Jason and/or Steve would physically show up to the job site to supervise and discuss the job with me and their foreman who was there from 6 AM until 5 PM every day. The quality of the work was superior and the materials used were top quality especially since I spent over $134K! I have over 100 neighbors in my new subdivision, who have to have landscaping done, who on a daily basis either walk up or drive by and stop to see the superior landscaping CenterPoint Landscaping had done. So I recommend Centerpoint Landscaping and recommend to avoid the disgruntle negative attacks on peoples appearances or reviews by people who get upset with a tatoo! I want to say thank you to Jesus and his crew at Centerpoint. They are amazing. The crew that worked on my project worked hard and was very professional. They always answered any questions I had as the project progressed. I met with Jesus today and his foreman on the job, and it was a constructive and productive meeting. Centerpoint has been wonderful to work with. I didn't know what to expect, but you all have been great to work with. Jesus went above and beyond to address all concerns during and after the project. He always responded to calls and texts promptly. Jeremy played a pivotal role in making the contract process with Centerpoint a breeze. His thorough explanations and insightful suggestions made my decision to sign the contract much easier. Centerpoint designed and built our backyard from scratch (gravel). Mark came and met with us and spent time looking at photos of backyard designs we had seen online and incorporated the elements we liked into a custom design for us, something entirely original. Steve then personally supervised the construction. The quality was top notch. No corners were cut. Steve followed the design, added some upgrades and changes as we went along, and stayed on budget. Company is awful!!! Tried getting a quote, communication was terrible!! I recommend Desert Landscaping. They are honest, on point, cheaper and know what they are doing. 3D landscaping is a way to make your design look good on paper (ONLY PAPER). The final is product is the actually construction of the backyard which was horrible. My friend's house was done by CenterPoint Landscaping and it was horrible. CenterPoint is a new company that wants to charge customers high prices to make a quick buck with the same quality material other companies offer with more reasonable prices. read more

Steve and his crew did an amazing job on our courtyard project! Although it was not a huge project, there were many moving parts that needed to be planned and executed. First, he needed to demo the mess left by another contractor .... just a disaster left by that company! But, Steve's team developed a cohesive strategy to demo and rebuild appropriately, including proper permits, inspections, and attention to detail; and, communication was always timely and accurate. Jason is always responsive and does his best to meet my landscaping needs. He's honest on time frames of work so you are not left waiting and wondering ??? I feel his work is outstanding and he knows what the homeowner needs also pertaining to codes, etc. So far this is the best landscaping company I've had, reliable and doesn't charge me for unnecessary things.
