The car…read morewas also being noisy and starting to act up and we had mentioned that as well when we made the appointment. Now when I say "acting up", search "Ford Fiesta Transmission" and you'll see the problems this and many others with the PowerShift Transmission have endured. The recall was never mentioned in any of the return paperwork and I was still charged for them to tell me my car acting up was likely due to the transmission. The solution was they needed to take the car apart to look at it for X amount of hours at X amount of dollars. Or they told us we could pick from all the cars for sale too but we won't give you a trade in offer until you find a car you like. Today I received ANOTHER notice reminding me that my recall had not been fixed yet (confirming my suspicions). Other Ford dealerships (even Ray Haskell Ford) have worked on and patched the other issue at no charge in the past. I have ALL my paperwork confirming this... I don't know why this time was different? The shuttle was in Augusta so we told them to call us when the shuttle returned but never received a phone call. and The waiting room was at a limited capacity due to COVID and we were unable to sit inside. Ended up walking 7 miles home... Luckily for us, many coworkers, friends and family have been purchasing cars and we've convinced them so steer clear of you. It's a Hassle dealing with Haskell.

    This would be a one star but I really like Mike Lubier. He sold me my charger a couple years ago…read moreand I really liked his professionalism. Unfortunately he will not have my business in the future because of this problem. On the other hand, I have had quite a bit of a fiasco with their service department. The Ram that I bought from them in August had a starter issue and I called them to bring the truck to them and they said they couldn't get me in for 3 weeks. This is in the middle of the winter and I have a 200-ft driveway with a plow on my truck. I could not wait so I went to Darlings in Newport RAM and had them repair the truck for me the next day. Next thing you know I get a bill for $881 from them saying that Chrysler Ram in Waterville will not release the tie back. So I called and made sure that everything was good to go and the service manager named Eric Davidson told me multiple times that it was good to go and it was not evidently because Ram in Newport says that they have a lock on this tie back. Now I am constantly getting bombarded with invoices from Ram in Newport telling me that I owe them that money where this was covered under the $7,000 warranty that I bought for the truck. I left a specific message for him ( Eric Davidson) and he did not respond This is the outcome of that

    This review is of the AutoZone in Palmyra…read more My power driver's seat somehow became stuck in a much-too-far-forward position as I was making my way through Maine, en route to Montréal. On a whim, I stopped at the Autozone, where they advertise "free advice." The employee I spoke with offered to come out to the car to take a look, and had pinpointed the problem within a few minutes. A small button-cell battery had somehow gotten into the rail on which the seat moves. He fished it out and all was well again. I offered him a $20 bill but he wouldn't take it even on my third and fourth tries. He just kept smiling and telling me to spend it on ice cream for me and the kids. He didn't make any money for Autozone with this, nor for himself, but he made a traveling family very happy and relieved. So we sing his and the company's praises!

    INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!…read more Renata & Brad were incredibly helpful when my car's battery died! They helped me select the right battery for my car and later install it. They went out of their way to help me install the battery after the store closed! I had already tried AAA and jump starting the vehicle to no avail. The car alarm simply would not shut off when I tried jump starting the car earlier. Renata and Brad quickly and professionally changed the battery and stopped the alarm from going off, after hours at my college! They refused to accept any additional payment and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend the Waterville AutoZone & Renata & Brad's service.
