Sean is awesome! I'm not saying the other guys aren't, but Sean was who I dealt with on July 24th, 2020. The place is clean and organized. They had a great selection when I was there (slightly smaller selection when I left, Lol). Very friendly and helpful staff in general. Showed me several items patiently. I checked out a locking case that already had a good price on it. I asked to see the keys so I could test the locks. There were no keys so I was offered an unbelievable discount and bought the case. Checked out a nice pre-owned Citizen watch. Up close it's in like-new condition and includes both inner and outer boxes. Price is ~33% of MSRP, 40% of the same exact watch online. Couldn't pass it up. I'll probably be going back soon for a couple more items. I would not hesitate to recommend Central Mega Pawn to family, friends, and the Yelping public in general. read more

Additionally, they are the only shop that allows you to pay taxes on an easy-to-use phone app. Places like Rocky's Pawn Shop in Palm Springs and Indio lowball their customers, knowingly taking advantage of desperate individuals who are dealing with some type of crisis in their lives. This place will give you a chance to get your things back after you, your family, or your friends get back on your feet. Chris and Randy helped me a lot more than they know, so I'll always send people over to their shop. Well this used to be the only pawn shop I would deal with. They had a 100% loyal customer until I went in last week and had the most horrible experience I've ever had in a pawn shop! Then to top it off the tall Caucasian guy with a flat top haircut had the audacity to kick me out of the pawn shop because he said I had an attitude. Well let's see, I went to pawn my brand new electric bike that I had just paid 400 for. It was close to Christmas and I still needed to get a couple more Christmas gifts for my kids. First thing he said was....well this is one of those cheapie bikes. My answer was well idk I paid 400 for it so then he says well yeah it's on the cheap end. Now listen to this...he then tells me, well here's the thing let's say I give you a hundred dollar loan for it well because we just don't have any room for it I would have to charge you a 120 dollar storage fee on top of the loan and interest so you will be paying me back well over 200 to get it out. I said what do u mean? Does the computer generate the storage fee or do you and of course he says no I do. I have to measure it. I have never heard of a pawn shop charging a storage fee that's more then the loan itself. What kind of idiot did this guy take me for. He made me feel low I mean really low like if I was some bum who needed a fix! So I told my uncle who was next to me if he can go explain what he said to my girlfriend and let her know that it's the same guy that's always treating me like dog shit. You see, not only this time but it's every time I go in that pawn shop he turns me away and says oh no we're not taking that. Everything I bring to the pawn shop is pretty much brand new or it brand new still in a box and he still turns me away. Not only do I have things in there as we speak but i also purchase things from them that they are selling. I've been a good customer to them. And to get treated this way for no reason is sad! Once I get my stuff out i will never ever be back in that pawn shop! Oh and fyi, when I got kicked out that day I ended up going to aj's pawn shop in Pomona off holt and town and guess how much they charged me for the storage fee??? 2 FREAKING DOLLARS... that's it just 2 dollars! This will definitely be my new pawnshop. Thank you aj pawn for helping me out in a time of desperation and not taking advantage of me and basically robbing me of my bike. After some recent unexpected medical costs I found myself talking with Adrian at Mega Pawn. I could not have been treated with more respect or dealt with more fairly. I was able to come up with the cash that I needed quickly and would not hesitate to do business with them again. Do yourself a favor and not go to this pawnshop. First they do not give a good price. I bought my wedding band here 2 days ago it needs to be resize they told me to come back the next day and it will be ready, i came back and it wasnt ready. They told me to come back cause the guy is still working on my ring (i told them my wedding is in 2 days which it is in 2 days) Now im here cause they said to come back today and guess what i talked to the manager and he told me "oh the guy wasnt here for 2 days and hw just came back today) when the other guys told me he's been working on it. They just lie and lie and lie to your face. And wasnt being apologetic about it. Over all a horrible experience. UPDATE! UPDATE! UPDATE!! The place seemed super cool with a lot of stuff I didn't know I needed at good prices! However one dude was so super rude for no reason, I had to write this review. I called and came in to inquire to sell some silver coins. By maybe a mistake in checking, one of the employees claimed it to be fake (which it was actually 100% authentic). Anyways the rude dude could not let it go. Everybody else seemed cool, calm, and collected, but this man-child acted like he just loved the idea that somebody came in trying to sell fake stuff and got caught or something.
