On top of that, there were obvious new stitches added that hadn't been there before, and they didn't even remotely match the fabric or color of the knit. I also brought in a trench coat, which came back with all the same stains untouched -- honestly, for the best considering what happened to the dress. When I returned to show them the damage, there was no apology, no accountability, and no attempt to offer compensation. I had to request a refund myself. The employee handed it to me and simply walked away without even acknowledging the inconvenience. This place used to be excellent before the ownership change. Now it's an absolute mess. Please do not trust them with valuable clothing, especially anything sentimental like a wedding dress.

I have been going to this place for almost 2 years now unknown to the blond haired horrible woman…read morein the morning. I bring my laundry, my 13yo and 4 guinea pigs. I've been doing this for over a year. No issues not one and when I tell you the woman at night is tough if I leave 1 piece or hay she's serving my head on a platter. I tried to explain, I had already shaken it out, it was a small bag which I attended to. "No you did not look here I see stuff right here." To which she tries to pull out every single item and maybe a few hairs and one peice of hay shakes out. I'm trying to explain what happens and she's continuing to yell and berate me. Lady if you she any idea what these looked like before you would know I did a fantastic job. She then decided to call the manager and get me banned from "washing my guinea pigs stuf". If I cannot wash my furry haired children I most DEFINITELY will not be washing any of my other stuff. You do not deserve another coin from me and I'm honestly annoyed I have to dry my stuff here. My wife had her wedding dress altered here for our wedding and then dry cleaned afterwards. Yang was professional and courteous throughout the entire process. The alteration process was a bit long, requiring multiple visits, but Yang was receptive to any changes that we wanted. I appreciate that after any work is done, he allowed us to check his work and if there was anything we weren't happy with he was opening to making the changes. Overall, I feel like his prices are reasonable for the work he does. My only strong word of advice is to make sure to call ahead before coming into the store to make sure that whatever work is done because usually he's behind schedule.
