I'll join the long list of customers who have been duped by this guy. He sells broken - not…read moredinged, dented, or used - BROKEN appliances. He'll then claim to have ordered a part or some other excuse and then he will disappear completely. I bought a washer and dryer. The dryer shuts off after 10 seconds due to a faulty heat sensor. He brought me a "replacement" dryer that screeches metal on metal as it runs. We haven't had a properly working dryer in nearly two months of steady phone calls and texts trying to get it fixed. At this point, I have to go out of pocket again to have someone reputable make the repair. I wish I would have seen the reviews before I did business with him via Craigslist but he's good at changing phone numbers and classifying his company as "out of business" as a way to avoid the bad reviews or being delisted from Craigslist. Please avoid at all costs! The guy is a criminal and should not be in business.

After he tried to fix it twice…read moreunsuccessfully (with my having to buy ice every day b/c the fridge didn't work), I asked for a refund, but then he just disappeared. He doesn't put his business name in his craigslist ads, probably because his reputation is so bad, but then he shows up with an "Austin Appliance" truck. It's the same guy depicted in one of the other reviews here. This listing keeps getting changed to "Out of Business", though he's clearly still in business, just under the radar. It's either getting changed to Out of Business because he keeps changing phone numbers, or else he's falsely telling Yelp himself that he's out of business, to prevent people from leaving more negative reviews.
