All of my personal belongings were inside my car--my wallet, phone charger, everything--so I was left stranded and had to walk over 2 miles late at night just to get to the tow yard. To make it worse, they charged me over $600 for having my car for less than an hour. That is beyond unreasonable--it's straight-up exploitation.
