We ordered a large item from Build.com and Build used this company to ship the item via freight to our building in NYC. And the guy who made the delivery got the item out of the truck himself ( we have had 3-4 drivers from other companies ask for my husband to climb into the back of the truck to help with no gloves or work boots like they were wearing) ... not this guy! He managed to get everything out and ready for us to sign the paper and continue on with our day on his own. I know its odd to be impressed by that but considering all the other companies this was a refreshing change. Honestly I wish I remembered this guys name to give him a shout out for being so efficient and quick. Overall if you have a choice, go with this company - they actually pick up the phone when you call, have real time updates online and are polite and professional.
