Its you basic gas station with an attached Weinerscnitzel / Convenience store. The store was pretty big and stuffed with all kinds of snacks and the bathrooms were clean. Lots of pumps and the window cleaner fluid and squeegees were clean and in good repair. Went in and purchased the premium car wash waited 20 minutes and the car wash broke down I pulled around and requested a refund from Taran and was told only a manager can make a refund and he's not here I will never come here again paid for something I didn't get it waste of money and time! Filled up my car and the receipt paper was empty. I asked for the receipt from the guy behind the counter and he grunted at me and motioned to the end of a long line. I had to wait while others were buying stuff. Normally, I wouldn't bother to go in for the receipt, but I had purchased a car wash so needed it for the code. Long story short I came here because I had to get gas. The machine was not working, so I had to go inside in order to pay for my gas. The clerk at the register named George had no well mannered customer service and I felt like he was a racist due to the conversation he had with the previous customer regarding his ignorant belief after a few times it asking him for my receipt. He finally gave me my receipt and then I proceeded to go outside to pump my gas when I got back to my car the pump did not work so I had to go back in and inquire about it again he looked upset and started pressing on the machine afterwards just pointed outside to me without saying a word I had to ask him is the machine working now and he finally said yes read more

The payment system at the gas pump triggers and error, then I go inside and pay. Come back to pump the gas and it's pumping at a snails pace. Took more than 10 mins to finish pumping the gas I paid for. Went in to tell the attendant. They look clueless. Bathroom was flooded from an apparent roof leak. This business really needs to step up on maintaining their assets, property and the pieces that make a business productive. Don't waste your time, money or energy here. I gave this gas station another chance to just get frustrated again. Jaswinder the rudest employee I have ever met. Tonight the car wash stopped on me and when I called to let them know, I could hear the attendant on the phone telling the other employee to "be nice, be cordial, don't be rude to the customer. Wow what a day" all while I was still on the line. (That's not a good sign). Jaswinder came out and proceeded to tell me that I broke the car wash had me pull around while he attempted to fix it. He told me to go into the store and get a new code, I pulled out parked, got him to then clap his hands at me and then whistle at me like a dog to come back and then told me he would get the new code and get back In line. After I pulled around, he told me to "follow the instructions and don't break the car wash this time". He said he was gonna turn it back on. It did not turn back on as a line of cars far behind me formed and starting honking and flashing lights at me. I pulled out of the car wash and when in the store asked for a refund. The gentleman at the cash register gave me a refund and looked annoyed and defeated I came in. From the sound of the phone call I'm sure the employees at this store must've already been having a challenging day but that gives nobody the right to be rude and blame customers for a car wash that obviously doesn't work consistently if you look at the comments, already posted on yelp. read more

After several weeks of waiting for a reply from a written complaint against this gas station. I finally heard back. Very cleverly written letter they denied any responsibility for the faulty gas pump with low pressure that caused an overflow of gas in my car resulting in a very expensive repair. They don't get a two star rating without trying. Avoid this business. read more

Always more expensive than anyone else...how do you stay in busines??? Most of the workers.are.rude, and not helpful. Bought propane and paid about 30% more than anywhere else for bulk propane. The clerk made me wait for 5 min out in the hot sun before he came to fill my tank. When I asked him how his day was he just looked at me and said nothing. At first I thought he didn't speak English...but after the cylinder was full he said 2 words..."pay inside". Rude and the opposite of customer service. No thanks. read more

Jaswinder is an employee at extra mile. My husband and I were taking a trip to the bay. On our way home we stopped at extra mile to get gas. We went into the store and paid, we went to pump our gas and it would not load. We went back out of the store and he had informed us he out the gas on the incorrect pump and someone has stolen our gas and he couldn't reimburse us our money. He didn't want to release if his cameras were active in the store. He was very dismissive about stealing our money. I do not recommend trusting this store with any credit or cash. They're irresponsible with their customers money. read more

As much as I hate to pay top price for gas, every now and then I do get a full tank of Chevron gas, in case their Techron gas really does clean the fuel system. The bathrooms are clean and the store has all the things I think I might need, chips, sodas, and candy. These help lessen the pain of overpaying for the gas. read more

Consider other stations in the area! My husband has been fueling his car here and using their brushless car wash regularly for over 4 years. Today he toweled it off as he always does as soon as he got home from the drive-thru wash, but found the towel filthy and soiled black. So he went immediately back with his receipt. The manager insisted he must have returned with a different car, refusing to acknowledge that perhaps there was a problem with the wash system today. They just lost a regular customer! Go anywhere else in the world I have been using this station for well over 15 years and only had one problem about 5 years ago and they took care of it on the spot. Today we were driving back from Tahoe and pulled in to pick up some snacks and get their SUV/Truck wash. I picked an item off a peg that read "Planters Trail Mix - $2.49. When the cashier scanned it the register showed $3.19. I pointed out the error to the cashier and he seemed completely unconcerned with the error. That is, until I took a picture of the peg (with the product still on it) and a photo of the receipt and informed him it would be going to the Solano County Dept. of Agriculture. They backed off and discounted the item. I next asked for the $10 Truck/SUV wash - which I gotten at least 3 or 4 times a year going back to the late 90's. The cashier said they didn't offer that any longer but he had a "Rainex Deluxe Wash" for $8.99. That is what I bought. I pulled up to the key pad and entered the code from my receipt. It did indicate that it was the correct wash I paid for. I pulled forward when prompted. This is a touchless system so that wands work their way around the car. The first pass was plain water (as indicated) and that went fine. The 2nd part was where the soap was supposed to be applied (twice) and the car allowed to soak. The wands made a total of 4 passes around my car and the light box indicated "vehicle soaking". The problem is there was no soap applied. The rinse cycle went according to plan and the light box indicated "Clear Coat Protection" - again, nothing came out of the nozzles. There was one more power rinse and applied the "spot free" rinse - again with nothing coming out of the nozzles. I exited the car wash, parked and went into the store. The same cashier who gave me a hard time about the incorrect price was there along with another, older, man. I asked if the manager or owner was available and was told "we are only cashiers". I explained what happened and was told in no uncertain terms that I was a liar and it couldn't have happened. Neither of these men offered to come look at my car or check out the car that entered behind me. When I again asked for the owner's/manager's name I was told to get out of the store, even after I offered to show them my dash and rear view camera video which was operating at the time. I am going to post the video to Youtube and send a copy to the California Department of Consumer affairs. Thus ends a more than 15 year relationship. This review is only for the car wash. My car was dirty, but nothing a car wash couldn't handle. Well, with the standard Chevron car wash, the water and soap pretty much was distributed over my car, and rinsed. After I went through the dryer, I looked at my windows, and they were just as dirty as they were before. Total waste of $7! read more

Yesterday morning the fam was on the way to the lake and stopped for gas & ice. We spent $ 70.00 there. My husband came in as I was paying to tell me the kids had forgot the water so I went back and bought water. Then he came BACK in and said no we found it. I asked the clerk to return the water still sitting there at the counter. She looked me square in the eye and said simply "no." I told her she could see I had not touched it or opened it but she would not return my few dollars for the water. I told her she lost my business and that I would let people know as this was just out of line. The water had not even left the store. I called this afternoon and talked to a man named Goorick and he told me she was the manager (which is who I asked for) and he would not give me a number of someone over her. If you're traveling, this is a great gas station to make a pit stop. There's plenty of things to eat within a couple of miles (McDonald's, Denny's, Del Taco, etc.). Starbucks and a Frozen Yogurt shop are in the same parking lot as well. The convenience store is decent with plenty of food and snacks. The attendant inside is pretty nice and isn't rude. There's also a Jack In the Box connected with a drive-thru as well. I've gotten food from the Jack In the Box and haven't had problems with their service. I've heard the car wash is average (I haven't tried it myself). Some of the card readers on the pumps don't work and you may have to go inside. Other than that, this is a pretty standard Chevron that hasn't given me much problems. read more

Took my truck to car wash there, where the machine struck the drivers side mirror and just stopped. Clerk did not send anyone out to fix the machine, or to remove the arm that was resting on my vehicles mirror after i called the store stuck in the carwash. In the end the clerk could not reset machine, nor give a refund. Was told to call the manager the next morning, who ended up nonchalantly blowing me off by giving me $9 for a $8 car wash, not inquiring if there was any damage, or the fact that i had a truck with soap all over it and now had to make more time to wash the truck and their soap off. read more

Wide open! This is a great place to fill up if you are towing something. The parking lot and gas stalls are wide and have plenty of room to turn around. It is fairly new and always clean, combine that with the proximity to Starbucks and the freeway makes this a great place to get gas. read more

To pay for credit for a car wash, I had to sign the receipt in two separate locations. It was very suspicious in this day and age. The water from the car wash flowed down the pavement into the landscape. Wasting water in this way is not helpful for our drought. The car wash cleaned the car well. read more
