This is my second time coming here to Century Collision. The last time was back in November 2012 and they did such a great job on my car I came back for some minor work. My headlights on my 2005 VW Passat were a nasty yellow and needed restoring bad. Century Collision not only cleaned them up and restored them to look like they came fresh off the car lot, but they sprayed a clear coat on them to prevent them from ever getting the old dirty yellow look ever again. Great place!!! My car was hit on the driver side door, totally messed up! Took my car over to Caesar @ Century Collision and got my car back about a week later looking brand new!! I was really impressed how quickly and how well of a great job Caesar and his team did!! My insurance company referred me over to a pretty great spot!!! for what its worth, I am a painter and have been involved in this industry for over 15 years, the products that are being mandated here in So Cal are plain shit, not trying to say that century is not at fault here, but when a new product is introduced such as Water borne solutions and voc compliant solvent coatings, the thing that lacks most of all is durability! considering that century did not roll over on their back and take it in the shorts, may have something to do with the quality of the manufacturers back up policy in repairing the poor products, I read that they have now since changed their product, im sure that proper homework has been done at this point and there are no more problems such as this. Cesar did some major insurance work for me on my RV this last year and I am very happy that insurance covered it, and am totally satisfied with the craftsmanship and knowledge of the products that were used (Yes I asked plenty of questions during the repair process)! there could have been a claim towards the paint manufacturer had the owner of the vehicle asked properly, I dont want to speculate how the conversation took place, but typically in dealing with customers in the past, there are two types, those that are willing to work with the shop in the event of a situation, and those that choose not to work well with the shop. I had my car repaired here after a front end collision and got it back in 2 months. They do great body work, but they are not good with mechanical stuff. Either that or they were negligent. They did not replace my left strut for a new one even though they said they did, i had my struts replaced and that one strut was BENT, i was furious to find out that it was due to the accident. so please if your vehicle needs Body Repairs, this is the plcae if it needs mechanical repairs, do not go there. read more

I had an very unplesant experience with century collision center. it took the a month to get my car fixed, and when they finally did , they didnt even had the courtesy to test drive it or anything, charged me for something that most like ly their tech broke , and i didnt even get a receipt. after waisting three additional days on pushing them to fix my car, they did , but the mechanic fixed one thing and broke another , im not even gonna try getting them to fix it its very irritating dealing with them , lie after lie. it would be intresting to see if their mechanic has any certifications or credentials read more

I have to say this place does a GREAT job on repairing cars. I got in a car accident and my car was damaged so bad and they repaired it like it was new! Then when i got the car i thought everything was good but then my battery died. I called Caesar up and he bought me a brand new battery for my car and it was all good again. I hope this is the same Century Collision Center because I had my 2010 Toyota Tacoma repaired at 830 N Batavia in Orange and the people there were nothing but helpful. Cesar walked me through the whole repair process and even dealt with the adjuster from the Insurance company that was giving me the run around. The facility was beautiful and it doesn't even look like a body shop. I was told by my insurance company that the repairs would take about 4-6 weeks because of the extent of the damage and I only had 30 days of rental! The staff there at Century had my truck ready for me in 28 days!!!!! Maria even got me an upgrade from the rental agency....... Well, it's been 3 weeks and my car is still sitting there all torn up. The estimate was for less than 30 hours of labor, it's been 3 weeks and I still don't have my car back. There are a lot of other body shops around. I recommend you go to any of them rather than this place. It has to be better than this. read more

Keep in mind people that I had my car repaired here a a while ago. Took my car in for front damage I had on my car due to me rear ending someone (I know messed up). Anyways I was told by Caesar himself that it would take about 7-9 business days from a Wednesday to repair my car. Well after 15 business days and on I kept calling every other day to see if my car was ready. Receptionist kept filtering calls for him. "He's not here, he just left, he's not here today" you name it whatever excuse you can think of she gave it to me. Well one day I decided to call and sure enough he wasn't there, he was on lunch. So I'm not joking either, literally 30 seconds after hanging up I asked my co worker to call and wala he magically appeared back in his office and was there. So my co worker handed the phone back to me and sure enough he was surprised. He said it will be ready that in about 3 days. Well once again no, it was not finished. So 2 months later it was finally ready I go and pick the car up and my hood was uneven, my headlights were missing someone didn't close my coolant tank right (mine is pressurized) so it popped open and leaked everywhere car overheated. Man those were some stressful two months. And the paint that was on the front bumper which they repaired is peeling now which should not because not literally anywhere else on my car is peeling whatsoever. Worst place ever. WELL CAESER IS LYING ABOUT ME NOT RESPONDING BACK TO HIM. HE DID NOT ALLOW ME TO REPLY TO HIS COMMENT DOWN BELOW. Stay away! Caesar is so unprofessional and he's the boss! He would say "your car would be ready in two more weeks" two weeks came and went no call. It took over a month and a half to get my car. They never return your calls I always had to call them. The only reason I got my car when I did is because I filed a complaint with my insurance company. The receptionist puts you on hold and never answers your questions. My car window is still messed up and my car alarm beeps at random times. If I can get one person to stay away from this place it's all worth it. I have never left a review on yelp until today. Please stay away! They do not deserve any stars! read more

Do NOT go here! They had my car for a very long time on an insurance claim. They messed up the first paint job and didn't notice it until I had dropped off my rental and went to pick up my car. Therefore, they had to keep it four more days. I finally got my car back and it seemed okay but a while later I noticed the paint was not right and there were bubbles in the pait that were coming up. I informed my insurance who informed me that I had to give them a chance to fix it. Well, they had it another three weeks and it looked awesome...at the moment, because they detailed it. about a month later, the whole paint job is no longer shiny and is satin! Also, they got overspray on the trunk of my car, AND the liner in my trunk was all jacked up AND they lost some screws! Now, just this weekend, my taillight popped out!!!! No to mention, they wrote me a bad check to reimburseme me for my rental!!! I don't know what is going on with this company but they have no customer service and are very VERY unprofessional! They should not be allowed to provide service to customers as they obviously cannot provide satisfactor/good/great/awesome service! Please do not go there ever! read more

First off, I'd like to say that Century Collision did a good job on my Mazda6's body. Looks good. Unfortunately, however, they dragged on and on with the process. They kept my car four days longer than initially estimated and each time I would inquire about getting my car back they would tell me that they were almost done but needed to just wash or detail it. My car was there for a total of 8 days. Now, during those eight days I had to borrow a Toyota Tundra which absolutely guzzled gas. I commute 30 miles both ways (a total of 60 miles) every day for work and so when Century kept dragging on each extra day, I lost more and more money. I lost my sense of humor and patience VERY quickly. Even when I arrived to pick up my car they still took well over an hour to hand it over, citing that they needed to wash it. I wasn't too happy due to being late to work because of this. Eventually, the owner stated that he would reimburse me gas money that I lost while my car was in the shop. Guess what? It NEVER came, despite my calls to the shop. Would not recommend, unless you have all the time in the world. read more
