Since we were social distancing and the other side was crowded I decided to go the opposite side which was not crowded. The entire time I was being watched by the woman that works there. When I opened the dryer door to put my clothes in she tells me from the next aisle that I cannot dry there because she was going to mop there so I said ok and went back to the other section to dry. I put my loads in and then went to put my cart back. The entire time I was being watched by the lady. When I went closer to her she says I cannot dry there if I am not washing there and I said I don't understand. She said don't you speak Spanish.( mind you the entire conversation was being had in Spanish ). I said yes I do but I don't understand why I cannot wash here if I am paying for the service. She said if the manager would see me he would not be happy about that. I said ok that's fine not a problem I will go somewhere else. I just needed to dry my clothes because I need clothes for work tomorrow but it's fine I will go somewhere else next time. I live pretty much across the street from this place and now I will have to drive across town and find somewhere more hospitable for the time being. Not a good experience here and my business clearly was not appreciated. I am very disappointed in the way they conduct business here. Only good thing I can say about the experience was that it was clean inside. Outside there were glass bottles of beer in the parking spaces. Please be kinder to your customers, it's really not that difficult.

Upon entering, the friendly attendant asked if it was my first time and if I had any questions. What really stood out to me was the cleanliness of the establishment. The floors, counters and especially the wash machines were the cleanest I've seen in a laundromat. On my second visit, I noticed the attendant wiping down the machines, inside and out. What amazed me was how clean the soap dispensers in the wash machines were. Usually there's a combination of built up soap and fabric softener scum and in many cases mold in the soap dispensers of the places I've been. Not the case here! In addition, every machine was in working order, the first time I've seen that. The prices of the machines are about the same as other places, maybe a bit higher but I'm a believer that you get what you pay for. I'll gladly pay a bit more for better service and quality. If you're looking for a nice laundromat, try Cc's. I think you'll be impressed by this place, I surely am.
