Whether he meant it as a joke or not, it was completely inappropriate and instantly destroyed any trust I might have had in the shop. To make matters worse, he also criticized a previous estimate I had received from the same shop, saying that the original estimator "didn't know what they were doing." I reserved a U-Haul with Ogden Automotive Center weeks in advance of my move. When reserving, they…read morelet me know that the store would be closed on Saturday but that I could do a fully online truck pickup process. That was fine with me. When I got there, the U-Haul was in the parking lot and Ogden Automotive Center was closed (as expected). However, when I opened the app, it let me know that Ogden Automotive Center had not left any instructions at all on how to pick up the keys to the truck. After contacting U-Haul customer support, they let me know that there was nothing they could do to get me a truck from this location. It was an expensive, hours long process to find a new truck for my move that day. Would not recommend this store to anyone
