Their initial estimate was a lot higher than my insurance company, and even though they weren't my insurance companies "preferred" supplier they worked with my adjuster without me getting involved. They went back and forth a few times, and the entire bill was covered without anymore out of pocket from me besides the deductible. Their communication is also top notch from the initial estimate to status updates on the car. I never felt like I didn't know what was going on. When they gave me a date on when they would follow up again they hit that, and they completed the car ahead of schedule. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to everyone I know.

Whether he meant it as a joke or not, it was completely inappropriate and instantly destroyed any trust I might have had in the shop. To make matters worse, he also criticized a previous estimate I had received from the same shop, saying that the original estimator "didn't know what they were doing." That level of disrespect toward both customers and coworkers was unacceptable. In the end, I decided to take my vehicle elsewhere for repairs--and I'm glad I did.
