Normal, professional, business interactions. Josh comes on and my car has been shut off TWICE in the past month!! Once over the 4th of July weekend! I worked all day on Friday (the 3rd - the day my payment was due) and then the holiday was Saturday (I worked all day again) and Monday he shut the car off. I have had the car since Oct and it has NEVER been shut off until Josh took over. And, 4 days late - over a HOLIDAY WEEKEND - entitles a power-hungry finance guy to shut the car off??!! No phone call? No email? You just press a button and I'm at your mercy?!?? What if my young kids were stranded in the 90 degree weather at the grocery store while food is going bad, and you were on your power trip??? I have always made my payments - sometimes a little late but, always made them. Nothing that justifies the car being shut off on a Monday when the payment was due on Friday (after a holiday weekend)....that's insanity. People work and have lives and sometimes need a reminder. Josh is NOT the guy for this job. Your car will be shut off and you'll be stranded - no phone call no nothin'- with a trunk full of groceries and kids tryin to get home to have lunch. It's hard right now - we should NOT be treating each other with such a lack of understanding. We are ALL going through this. A little flexibility would go a LONG way right now. I have an auto loan with AAA Banking, it is on auto draft…read morefrom my checking account. I had been paying $400 extra to pay the load off early. On June 17 of this year I got statement showing I only owed $457.90. On July 14 AAA banking drafted 857.90 from my account. On July 25, I called AAA Banking, I sent them proof of the over payment. I called back on August 6th and was told everything would be sent back to me. On August 13 there was a draft from AAA on my bank account pending for $401.14, I called and AAA said that it should be rejected and put back into my account. On August 14 that $401.14 came out of my account. I called AAA again and spoke to a manager, the manager said she would look into it, that I should be the $401.10 and the overage of $00 back. Today August 15, the money is not back in my account and again I called AAA, AAA says I should only get back $377.10 from the July draft of $857.90. and they rejected the $401.14 and if its not in my account I have to dispute that with my bank.
