I called in an order at 7pm for pickup, I was told 25-35 min. wait time, no problem. I show up at 7:30pm and was told it will be a few more minutes, they are waiting on a dish. There are two or three big families dining in and the food looks amazing. 10 mins pass and I am told just a few more minutes. 10 more mins pass and I ask for a receipt to check on my order time, still not ready and I called at 6:50pm. It's now 8pm, two more people arrive for their pickup order and I just ask for a refund. The lady server walks in the kitchen and starts screaming, then comes out and apologizes for the wait time again but she seemed like she didn't want to refund me. As she slowly hands me my money the two other orders come out right away and mine still was not ready. This must be anamazing restaurant but I will never know. I was too hungry to be lied to and I guess you need to eat there to get service. read more

This is my favorite Chinese place in Natomas and Sacramento overall. It's good for dine in (non-COVID times) as well as take out. Prices are very reasonable. Food is authentic and tasty. Portions are good.. My favorite dish here is the mabo tofu but can't say I've had anything bad here. A hole in a wall tucked away in a strip mall. If you're craving authentic HK style Chinese food this is a good option. Their pricing is very reasonable and the portion is decent and huge for rice/noodle type dishes. The last time I ordered a beef chow fun, it was filled to the brim and I thought the takeout box will explode lol. They are also very accommodating with your order, I wanted fried pork chop with crushed salted eggs which is not on the menu. I asked if they can make it and the chef said yes! They only charged $1.5 more compared to the regular fried pork chop and I got a ton of crushed salted egg yolks. When I came to pick up my order, the food just came out. Their timing on to go order are perfect. Had to go here due to my typical Chinese restaurant being closed on Sundays. It was extremely busy when we came for takeout. We ordered the sesame chicken, fried rice and wonton soup. The wontons were made with shrimp, which I'm not a huge fan of and they were a little fishy. The sesame chicken was really dry and didn't have a lot of sauce and the fried rice lacked in flavor. This was my go-to restaurant during the COVID madness. My family ordered here at least 2-3 times a month. The food is always fresh and of good quality. The go-to dishes here are Singapore rice noodles, the dim sum, and the yang chow fried rice. Huge servings, low MSG content, and quality vegetables and meat. I always seem to forget about this restaurant being nearby, but I'm always happy eating food from here. With COVID still affecting everyone, I've been relying on food delivery. This restaurant is not on my usual food deliver app, but they were able to prepare three dishes in just 10 minutes. My favorite dish is the salt and pepper pork. It's not overly salty, and they seem to always give a good amount of boneless pieces so you can go to town on them when you're starving. Some of the best beef chow fun I've had in the area, and I will definitely be ordering again when the cravings hit for this comfort dish. My only complaint is that the steamed white rice is not up to my standards. I am just very picky about rice, so I'll let it slide since it's so easy for me to make my own. I loved this food but unfortunately will no longer be coming back. I went for lunch with my mom and brother and when the bill came my mom paid but left no tip. We usually have enough cash to leave a tip but today we didn't and my mom doesn't work as much and used her credit card to treat us out once a month. The woman came to pick up the check and asked "why didn't you leave a tip". I explained we had no cash and my mom had a limit to spend. In our little group, we tried the soft tofu vegetarian plate and it was very tasty, the Lemon chicken Plate...all I can say is the best we've ever had, the Shrimp Egg Foo Yung Plate was large and thick and yummy, and the Bok Choy with the requested added garlic (which unknown were whole cloves...yum). This place was really special, we came later about 40 minutes before their closing time. They were very cordial and answered all of our questions and went beyond with making some things that are not normally included. The food was fresh and very tasty, and we had plenty to take home for later. They did not pressure us to leave even after they closed.
