Tried the yuzu matcha lemonade. It was interesting. Since the store wasnt too busy, the staff was pretty nice and patient. It was decently quiet this time

Came in to show my friends from Spain some matcha and the servers were so polite and friendly! Delicious matcha.

Such a great spot!! This place knows what they're doing. 1000%. The matcha is always delicious, the service is always great, and it's an awesome location. There's a lot of seats inside, where a lot of people tend to be there mingling. Cha Cha Matcha delivers every single time, and I'll definitely be back!

Nice shop for cool matcha drinks. I got the Iced Yuzu Matcha Lemonade and my son got the Nitro.

Cha Cha Matcha in NYC is such a fun and refreshing spot, especially if you're a matcha lover. The aesthetic alone pulls you in it's bright, trendy, and perfect for a quick pick-me-up. I tried the cold strawberry matcha, and it was honestly a standout. The balance between the earthy matcha and the sweetness of the strawberry was perfect, not too sugary, just really smooth and refreshing. It's definitely one of those drinks you'd go back for. Service was quick and efficient, making it an easy stop whether you're on the go or just popping in to relax for a bit. The overall vibe is upbeat and Instagram worthy without feeling over the top. Overall, Cha Cha Matcha is a great go-to in NYC for high-quality matcha drinks with a fun atmosphere. I'd definitely be back for that strawberry matcha again!

Draft matcha was similar to a Starbucks matcha, but it was quite convenient in the Amtrak station to enjoy while waiting. There was no line.

OKAY, I LOVED and we need one in the DMV area. SO SOOOO SOOOO GOOOOD! Located in the Amtrak NYC Train station (Pen Station). The matcha quality is great, the staff were very kind informative and the interior was clean and aesthetic, I ordered the strawberry matcha. I loved it so much. I opted for almond milk, but I'm thinking a creamy oat would've been amazing with it! Pricey though that would be the only con I have for this spot.

Every once in a while the matcha bug hits and Cha Cha Matcha's adorably cute and pink & green space drew me in. The team was kind and friendly and the space really is wonderful. The specialty lattes all sounded so good, but the one I was eyeing was currently unavailable so I went with just a classic matcha latte. Solid drink, but nothing too spectacular or worth the high price. I probably wouldn't stop in again.

It's safe to say it isn't all hype--they have good matcha whisked to order, friendly employees, and thoughtfully designed stores--but I don't think I'd come here regularly. Cha Cha feels more like a place I'd go to treat myself. Still worth a visit!

I've recently become a big matcha fan so I stopped by. I got the lavender matcha and it was good. Not too lavender-y and ube-y once you mix it up.

First time trying matcha. I got the strawberry matcha and my friend got the pistachio cloud matcha. Both were good but I preferred the pistachio cloud matcha. With the strawberry matcha it was very chunky. The atmosphere in the place was stunning. Very inviting and aesthetic. Only complaint was there was no bathroom. Service was fast and kind. Will come back!

I've been a Cha Cha Matcha regular for years, but my most recent visit was genuinely awful. The new cups they're using are extremely flimsy and low-quality. My friend's completely collapsed under the lid, causing matcha to explode everywhere. It splattered across the counter, the napkins, my clothes, and her hands. It was such a mess that we had to clean everything up ourselves, and they didn't even remake the drink! Accidents happen, but what made this experience especially disappointing was the lack of accountability or care. I emailed the hello@chachamatcha.com with photos explaining what happened, hoping for a resolution or at least an acknowledgment... and never received any response at all. This was honestly unacceptable to me. I truly hope they address the cup issue and take customer feedback more seriously, because right now the quality and service are nowhere near what they used to be. My coworkers and I will be choosing a different establishment for our afternoon matcha walks.

Super cute & girly. Good selection of matcha & other drinks, small selection of baked goods. Service was kind and quick

There are different types of cold treats: gelatos and more slushie like consistency frozen confections that are served in a cup. My vegan friend appreciated that he could choose from multiple vegan flavors, not just be limited to the one and only offering, which is what most places usually have. Melon flavor was incredible. Tasted like frozen melon was crushed with ice and chopped into an ice/smoothie blend. Super refreshing. Very sweet, though. All flavors are very sweet, so a small portion can be shared and you will feel satisfied. I personally enjoyed their in-house special flavor of gelato: honey cream with crushed almonds, pistachios, and hazelnuts. That was bombastic! Love how nutty the consistency was. I love nuts, so this almost reminded me of a chunky peanut butter situation: just more fine grained and smooth, with gelato being the base. Highly recommend trying this flavor! Focacia was okay. A bit too dry and bland for my liking, but still decent. My favorite item was the pistachio bombolone which is officially now my favorite dessert. This was magnificent! The yeasty dough was so light and airy--perfectly light and balanced. The filling of pistachio cream was very delicate and not sweet at all, which was such a nice surprise. I do not like saccharine dessert. The fresh raspberry jam was a perfect balance to the pistachio cream. I never like jams in my desserts, but this was a perfect complement. Woooow, what a treat! Can't wait to return for it and to try more of their other flavors--hazelnut & chocolate, coconut, white chocolate, tiramisu. You could taste the superb quality of the ingredients. Highly recommend.

Upon arrival we noticed the difference in crowds. Not as busy and packed sidewalks. Also it was a lot cleaner than Chinatown. Since we just ate at C-Town, it was time to find a good dessert place in K-Town. So we walked and we walked until I saw a banner sign showing shaved ice desserts. Then I noticed the name of the business is Grace Street. How fitting, because that is my wife's name. So we went in and what caught my eye was a mango shaved ice with mangoes, mochi, strawberries, and condensed milk, however I was over ruled by my wife and we went with the black sesame and mochi and condensed milk. It also had red bean, but that had to be on the side, since that gives me gout. Such nice staff taking orders and we went into the dining area to find a seat. What a large spacious area with many tables. Our order came out and it looked so good. The black sesame shaved ice or snow as it's also referred to as, was perfectly sweetened by the condensed milk and the chewy mochi. Definitely cleaned my pallet from our Chinese lunch and it helped cool me down from the New York heat. We got water, but there was no ice offered, so I asked one of the workers and he was kind enough to get me some. We are through that dessert like, if we didn't finish it fast, it was going to melt. We did not give it a chance to melt one bit. The staff here are efficient, as they saw we were done, they asked to clear our dessert bowl away. It was a nice experience even if it was just dessert. They definitely had more dessert options to offer, but i
