What's frustrating is that they never seem willing to fix the mistakes, whether it's my order or someone else's. I only come back because it's the closest coffee shop to me in Seal Beach. Otherwise, I would definitely go somewhere else. Management should really pay attention to the countless reviews mentioning how rude the staff is. At this point, it seems like a recurring issue that needs to be addressed.

I said "are you sure? I can buy a muffin or something" she said "seriously it's no problem." And because of that, I went back a few hours later to get an iced chai, and now bogarts is the only coffee shop we'll give our money to every week in seal beach. Funny how not being cheap and a penny pincher with your paying customers will benefit you in the long run. Javatinis could learn a thing or two from them... I tell all of my seal beach family and friends to only go to bogarts from now on.

Reliable online ordering! I use the business website to input my order whether it's for food or drinks. The timeliness of completion after my order is sent always reaches satisfactory. I routinely use the online ordering system to pick up my food or drinks prior to heading to work, and the business never fails me. ~~~~~Service: Accommodating and prompt to cater to each individual. No problems on this field. ~~~~~Food: If you're hungry, for the price I'd recommend the Combos (comes with an entree and a drink of your choice). My Go To is... - Curry Chicken Combo (w/ salad & dressing, corn, rice/noodles). The entree comes in a black lunchbox with dividers, so in a perspective everything is weighed out. The rice is slightly on the loose side and the noodles are chow mein style. ~~~~~Drinks: - Thai Milk Tea w/ boba. 2 pumps - Green Milk Tea w/ boba & pudding. 2 pumps. - Almond Milk Tea (Hot is most enjoyable) w/ boba. 1 to zero pumps is advised. First time here :) I work at the VA across the street and thought I'd give this place a try. It felt like the first day of Spring and it was a nice 77 degrees out so I was craving something cold and refreshing. I'm no stranger to boba milk tea joints and this place was really a nice treat! Walked in and they have a seating area- seemed somewhat full (around 3p on a weekday), but I had plans to just grab and go anyways. The woman helping me was nice and offered up great suggestions. I hate super sweet drinks so she gave me some guidance. I ended up getting something tried and true, a Mango tea (unsweetened). Before the girl poured it in the cup she had me try it to see if I wanted to add any pumps of sweetener. It was super sweet on its own so I didn't add any. Delicious and refreshing! Oh Cha for Tea, I loved you since forever! I remember coming in here my senior year of high school and throughout my years at CSULB. I've seen you gone through many changes and workers. Even though you're pretty overpriced and you have given me less and less food each time.. I still come back, I don't know why.. maybe its the crack you put in the Almond Black Milk Tea! I used to love coming here to study (during the day when its quieter), having get togethers with old friends, random club meetings or just quick drinks after a long day. But you have changed and I'm sad. The assign setting annoys me, the new workers mess up my drinks and you give me less portions each time. This isn't my favorite tea house, but it's pretty good when you need a fix. Don't get me wrong, the teas are great. They have a huge selection of regular teas and milk teas. I really like that you can customize the sweetness because I usually find milk tea to be way too sweet. Their boba is nicely cooked, not too hard or gummy. The food is just okay, a little bland. But the service is usually good. They are always polite and peppy. I recommend: . iced silver needle white tea . almond milk tea with boba (not so sweet) . crispy chicken dumplings . crispy chicken (get it medium) . my sister likes the pork sausage . calamari balls Parking is a beast sometimes, even though they have a parking lot. I stopped by when I saw the name, and really, I regret it. I went in for the tea, and I suffered sticker shock-$5 for a cup of tea! Now, admitted, this was good green tea; Dragon Well. The preparation was odd: they steeped the tea leaves in a large glass--uh, I don't know what you call it, I have never seen one before, but it was conical and made of glass. They put a timer on for 3 minutes, then poured that good tea into a paper cup! Unlike any other coffeehouse I have ever been to, they did not give you teabags, nor did you get the tealeaves, just the tea liquor itself. I recently had the pleasure of trying the best Boba in town and I have to say, I was blown away. The shop, which is conveniently located in the heart of the city, is called Boba Bliss and it truly lives up to its name. Upon walking in, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff and the inviting atmosphere. The menu was extensive, with a wide variety of flavors to choose from. I ultimately decided on the honeydew Boba and was not disappointed. The Boba was perfectly chewy and the honeydew flavor was perfectly sweet and refreshing. The only reason I go to cha for tea cux thats the only place that has decent good boba drinks in long beach. I usually get the green milk tea with boba. Sometimes they make it right, other times its really sweet. However, they have really awesome customer service, they would always ask if you need your drinks to be adjusted after they hand it to you. They always greet you happily and service is quick. I never have an issue with their service. I do think the food is overpriced and not that great. There's outside patio to sit , so its great option for the summer. It always get crowded during lunch time due to CalStates student and people off to lunch , try to avoid that time if you are in a rush . read more

This place is hands down my favorite boba spot! Whenever I'm in town, it's my first stop, without fail. Their mango green tea is my absolute favorite--it's so refreshing and flavorful that I always get it. But honestly, everything on their menu is top-notch. From their drinks to their food, you really can't go wrong. I've never heard anything negative, only glowing feedback from my friends. The Crispy Chicken Dumplings (10pc) were absolutely delicious, perfectly crispy on the outside and filled with flavorful chicken. The Strawberry Colada Cooler (Large) was a refreshing and tropical delight that paired perfectly with our snack. I was at CSULB studying for a few hrs then my stomach started to talked to me. So I decided to head to Cha since there was free wifi and just grab a bite while i study. I got their grilled chicken plate and a lychee black tea with boba. I was impress with the tea, it wasnt too sweet and the boba was soft and delicious. I do love a good boba drink when I find one worthy. Cha does it up right. I've had other boba that is very chewy and tough, this place is the real deal. The boba is firm, but delicate, not tough or chewy. I got a milk tea which is my Favorite, but also tried their Thai tea. Both were really good. Everything here is entirely too sweet! Even the dinner items! Everytime I eat here I leave not satisfied, like I ate fast food or something. The thick toast with peanut butter on it is good. Classics such as the brown sugar milk with boba and jasmine green are my go-to's. The atmosphere is bright and cheery, though I think the majority of customers (such as myself) mainly order grab-and-go. Service has always been friendly and I always try to swing by whenever I'm running errands on this side of town.

The parking lot is shared with a nail and hair salon and a relator place, so it's pretty busy. I was lucky to get parking. I think there's street parking on Obispo Ave and Freeman Ave, otherwise park in the parking lot where the Big E Pizza place is and walk over. The inside is really cute! They have a lot of nice decorations, comfy couch like chairs, and the overall aesthetic is minimalist and clean. They have a small menu because most of their items are made in-house, which is awesome. I got their Jasmine Milk Tea - Oat Milk, 30% sweet. Tastes very good, not watery, the oat milk isn't overpowering, and I can still taste the Jasmine. I should note that the Oat Milk here is only $.50, whereas other places it's a $1 or more. I'll be back!

We ordered the Monster Latte and the passion fruit milk tea with golden boba, and both drinks were delicious. The Monster Latte was refreshing for a hot day, and the passion fruit milk tea had a nice balance of sweetness and tea flavor. The golden boba also had a great texture. What can I say--just really solid boba when you need a cold drink to cool down.

Had good strawberry flavor to it. I'd skip the boba next time, though. Friendly service - I really liked how they made some suggestions and mentioned some of their favorites.
