The shared plaza restrooms are directly outside Sunright's rear glass door clearly visible and only a step away. Your employee told me the restroom required a key and that nobody had one. Obviously, Sunright's employees must use a restroom somewhere during their shifts, so who provides them access? Saying plaza management maintains the restrooms doesn't explain why nobody working at Sunright supposedly had a key or why it couldn't be provided to a paying customer. That feels like a dodge rather than an explanation.
