Parking is available in the garage that's attached and you can get validated in the store for 90 minutes. Use the QR code for the site to "reserve" a spot. I accidentally found myself in the garage without going through this method since I didn't see the QR code initially and the staff was nice enough to let me out. Two kiosks inside to order and a couple of tables and seating but most orders are probably to-go. My favorite here is Taro Ball Green Tea Latte as I prefer the taro over the tapioca. Staff is friendly/helpful and service is relatively fast with a screen to show you which orders are in-progress and which are ready. They were also showing World Cup games so some people stuck around for a bit. Overall, this location is on par with the other locations although I really wish they would bring the Taro series here.

I love Chicha San Chen, but outside of the Arcadia location and locations in Asia (yes I got boba from them in Hong Kong lol), I find that their drinks are sweeter than I'd expect! Same quality is there and unlike a lot of their other locations: there's decent seating area, a clean bathroom, and even the World Cup playing! Downsides is they take a lot more delivery app order at this location than others (I don't think you can get delivery from the Arcadia; Rowland heights was pretty limited from what I remember) so the store can look empty...and you could still be like 8th in line for getting a drink. They take their time setting up every drink and the staff are helpful (almost everyone was wearing bubble tea earrings ahaha). It was hot as hell inside so keep that in mind lol. If you're a fan of the Arcadia location, ask for less sweet here!

Can order at kiosk or at counter. It was pretty busy on a late afternoon holiday! We got some drinks. They let us have a sample. The cups come with twine handles to help when walking! The drinks were satisfying!

I'm so happy they opened a chicha here! There's plenty of street parking around as well. I got my usual order to see if it's just as good and it was. The honey osmanthus oolong tea is my absolute fav and this location didn't disappoint. They also have taro balls right now! It's usually a winter/season topping but I think because it's a new location they had taro balls for a topping option.

Order: milk green tea, perfect, normal ice, bubble Price: $8.25 Overall: 4/5 Fresh bubbles (pearls), were sweet and had a nice chew. Perfect sweetness was just right for me, it wasn't overly sweet. The taste of green tea is subtle and floral. If you like more of a milk forward milk tea rather than tea forward, Chicha San Chen is definitely for you. The staff were super friendly and helpful when answering my questions about their drinks! There was limited seating inside, but the space was clean and comfortable.

I had to try the Michelin star boba near me! Chicha San Chen had a short 5-10 minute line on its second opening day. The service was friendly and quick. I ordered the bubble milk tea and it came out in about 5 minutes. It was really cool to see the tea machines and fresh tea leaves being brewed for every order by the cashier. The inside had some greenery on the wall and had white and gold decor. There was some small seating on the inside but it was really busy. Definitely, better for just getting your drink and then leaving. The bubble milk tea was solid. The black tea was strong and flavorful. It was not too sweet at 30% sugar. The milk and cream was delicious. The boba was also perfectly cooked and at a great sweetness level. Only thing is my drink was over $8 and pretty small, so I think it's worth trying but won't be my new go-to boba shop.

I was super excited that Chicha San Chen opened a location in K-town since I've been going to their other spots in Arcadia. We were not greeted at the door and just stood around until we saw they had a self ordering system near the front register. There were only a few people waiting inside, which was deceiving as I noticed the guy at the end was constantly busy putting together orders for UberEats and such. Then there was back to back customers coming up to pick up their orders, so my order took awhile to be ready. My friend was also annoyed that they gave him a small straw instead of the jumbo one since he ordered mango toppings with his drink. My drink was good, so no complaints there other than the long wait.

The tea is very smooth and refreshing. And the best thing is the taro balls and the cute bag holders for each individual drinks. However the pricing is very high. My drink ended up being around $10. And I wish the staff would let you customize your own drink without judgement. Validated parking available, just make sure to scan QR code prior drive in

First off, I will start with the positive. Their konjac was chewy and they gave a lot of it and the boba was refreshing. Neutral: there was a kiosk to order the drinks. The service was alright. The place wasn't busy, but it took over 10 minutes to get the drinks. Ambiance wasn't outstanding, just average. HOWEVER, their menu options were very limited and their boba honestly just didn't stand out. The boba was just like any other place in terms of taste. Honestly, I don't think I will be coming back, and if you're looking for life-changing boba, it won't be here, but this place wasn't too bad or too good, just average.

Glad they finally opened in ktown yay!! There's a lot of street parking and they do parking validation too! There's some seatings and the line moves fast. Such a cute store and there's some seatings! Drinks are yummy as always

I love this place! They focus on high quality of teas. I'm soo glad they open up in ktown. First time I tried it was in Vegas and I was obsessed with the tea! Now I know why it michelin star quality. The ambiance is cute, very fresh, relaxing, as. Vibes, have some seatings and you get 40mins free parking validated next to the store. The service is amazing, everyone's friendly and explained really well what their tea is about and their most famous selections! I love the taro bubble and the mango options they have soo refreshing! There's plenty of refreshing options that focused on clean, high quality tea. I will definitely comeback to try their other options.

This is one of the best milk teas I have ever had with boba. I will be back, please don't leave KTOWN! I got the Bubble Milk Tea, black tea, 10/10

If you get lucky and see a short line, check them out. Their tea quality is good. I highly recommend their honey osmanthus oolong tea.

I didn't interact with the staff since there's an iPad kiosk at the counter for ordering. I got the Traditional Oolong Milk Tea and the Peach Fruit Tea, which came out to about $14. Traditional Oolong Milk Tea: Simple, but really enjoyable. I got it at 70% sweetness, and it was perfect. The boba was chewy and delicious. Peach Fruit Tea: This was tasty, and I liked the balance between the peach flavor and the tea. It also came with peach chunks, which were a nice touch. The only downside was that I got it at 70% sweetness, and it was still a little bitter. Overall, I would definitely come back!

Luckily, Yi Fang is one of those spots where parking is rarely an issue. They have their own parking lot, plenty of nearby street parking, and even additional parking near a church close by, which makes visiting much more convenient compared to many other boba shops in LA. The store itself is on the smaller side, with only a few chairs and seating options available. They offer both a self-serve kiosk for quick ordering and a front register if you have questions or prefer ordering with staff assistance. Yi Fang is best known for their fruit teas, which are considered their specialty. Personally, I tend to prefer milk teas, and while the drinks are still good, I found the quality of the grass jelly and boba to feel somewhat inconsistent compared to other boba places I've visited.

WOW, one of the busiest spots at the mall! Atmosphere was a bit congested with so many people sitting and standing around. It was hard for me to picture this place in its quiet and peaceful space. They have special merchandise and tea for purchase. Extremely long line all the way out the front door. Once we got closer up to the counter, it went swiftly. Since it was our first time at Chagee, I asked the young gentleman for his recommendations. He suggested Boya Jasmine Green Tea Latte was one of their most popular drinks so that's what I got. Thank you young man! My daughter wanted to try the Chagee DayDream Frozen Blended so that's what she got. I know she already got coffee, but there's always room for more. I was surprised the prices were so very reasonable. I thought their prices would be higher based on their high end tea name brand. Another WOW, I was impressed with the unique and exquisite flavor of the tea in my drink. It was quite delightful and addicting to say the least. I loved it! My daughter loved her blended drink, too. A+ for both! Here is the not so WOW part... wait time was a bit long due to the busyness. Also I asked for a bag to store both drinks. The young lady said sure. She opened the pretty designed blue bag and handed it to me. I was shocked by her behavior... such lack of service IMHO. I would have expected her to place my drinks in the bag. I guess not. I bagged them myself. All good. Hence, minus 1 star! Thanks Chagee for staying true to your well crafted tea creations at very reasonable prices! But please work on your customer service. The full tea experience deserves excellent service first and amazing teas second.

When we arrived at the Grove, the first thing we wanted were some drinks so we headed over to Figure 8 Tea Project. I ordered the literal first thing I saw on the counter and that was the Sparkling Yuzu Lemonade. The taste was fantastic, my thirst was quenched, and I left definitely knowing this is a place I'll be returning too in the future.
