I had came to this Cha Redefine due to winning their giveaway online! For this location though, I would recommend to go to another location just due to a struggle with parking. They do have a parking lot; however, the time I had went was full. I had received 3 drinks from their peach and mangosteen series! Service was great and everyone was super nice! Based on drinking their drinks, they were super fruity and I did taste more of the peach flavor than the mangosteen! Yet, they were still very tasty and binge worthy to drink!!! I would definitely recommend this to any boba connoisseur! But be wary of parking! Tip: There's no restrooms in the store! The store is a bit small so I don't recommend this as a place to hangout for a long time.

Charged for a large matcha but both drinks were the same exact size

7.12.26 - saw that this place was in the same plaza as KazuNori so we walked over after lunch. Thought the name was a bit strange but the photos of the drinks looked good! The place is small but there was seating available I saw a couple of different ones on the menu that sounded tasty. I ended up going with the Matcha Matcha, their number 1 drink, and my cousin went with the Mango Mango, their number 2 drink. Loved my drink! They use high quality matcha here and you can really taste it. Also loved the matcha cheese foam in it. I would recommend this choice. The only issue I had was that I ordered a large and my cousin ordered a small. I was even charged for a large as well but they both came out the same size. I didn't realize this til much later though. $20 for 2 small sized drinks is a lot!

With the weather getting hotter and hotter, I was looking for a refreshing drink to help cool down. This place is quite small inside. It feels more like a grab and go place rather than a sit down and talk/study since there's not much room. While the drink definitely helped cool down, it definitely was not a very impressive drink. I got the mango mango and there definitely was ~mango~. There were many chunks that were too big to go up the bit straw, which made it so there was just a lot of giant mango chunks at the bottom. I was it was a bit more of a cohesive drink or at least smaller chunks. Other than that, the service was fast as there wasn't many people, but I don't think I would come back again.

I believe this used to be the location of Tiger Tea - so we were initially disappointed when we learned that the store changed. We gave it a try anyway... I ordered the Blueberry Oat Milk Matcha - it didn't sound like those things would go well together but the hint of blueberry blended well with the matcha. I would order it again. There was no wait on a Friday afternoon, and it was conveniently located next to Quarters where we had lunch. We took our time and enjoyed our drinks at the long communal table, and browsed through their delicate selection of tea merchandise. The place itself is a tiny, but there are plenty of seating outside. I don't know if I would come here just for the drink, but I would definitely grab a drink if I happen to dine nearby.

They DESERVE their 10s for this one! I ordered a Chia seed, beet juice, passionfruit seed jasmine green tea. LIKE WHAT??? Y'all this was so good it didn't even make it to the car toooo good. I'm going to need them to make this as an IV drip and give it to STRAIGHT! Little Harry Potter nook of a shop with some nice customer service :)

Craved some milk tea so I tried their da hong pao chappuccino in regular size with no ice and 25% sugar and it was delicious. A perfect blend of tea and whole creamy milk. Surprisingly really sweet too already. I tried my friend's refreshing peach tea and it was delicious as well also at 25% sugar. There wasn't really any service since you order yourself on the kiosk and I don't even think they called my number when my drink was ready so it was sitting there for quite a while as I wondered what was taking so long. The inside was clean with plenty of seating and just overall nice vibes to grab drinks and catch up with friends or chat. The drink was a bit on the pricier side for $7 with no toppings being just milk and tea, but it did taste refreshing and nicely earthy. They have a large selection of drinks available from their milk teas, to non caffeinated, to fruity teas, and their specials like rice lychee drinks. Would recommend stopping by here for a good "hits the spot" milk tea if you don't mind the higher price!

Love their Matcha and Hojicha drinks! It is hard to find shops that carry hojicha drinks so I love that Cha Redefine sells 3 types of hojicha drinks. My favorite is Cha Cha Hojicha. Also love the Matcha Matcha. Shop is small but has an ample amount of seating both inside and outside. Staff is super friendly and quick.

I was in the area and found this boba spot on Yelp, so I decided to give it a try. The girl working Saturday morning was incredibly sweet and took the time to patiently explain each drink. I kept it simple and ordered the iced Sri Lanka Ceylon latte with boba and no roasted pecan (cause I hate pecans). The drink was smooth and well-balanced, with no overpowering flavors, and the boba added a fun touch. I'd definitely come back if I'm ever in the area again.

    |[ h m m ]| Tried the highly praised Sri Lanka cha latte w soy milk and tea jelly (no sugar) and sadly wasn't up to par with any strong tea taste to me 3/5. IMO good milk tea does not need to be drowned out in sugar to be "good", in fact, it should be amazing because of the tea aroma. The tea flavor was too light for me and tasted like tea flavored water. The nutty topping and tea jelly in the drink was good though! Tbh - I think the high reviews are mostly due to the high cream and sugar/sweetness rather than the tea quality, which is fine, but I'm just rly picky about tea and don't like anything to be super sweet lol. |[ n o t e s ]| They initially made the drink wrong (it had sugar when I asked for none) so we had to go back, and parking is HARD-- it's a small lot w valet but luckily they let us park to run in to have the order corrected. Busy tea shop I think where tiger sugar used to be. Ambiance was usual ktown busy. Open to trying again if they improve the flavors without relying on sugar more, or maybe I'll try a different drink if I come back.

Even though I received the wrong order, I decided to just try the one they had already made for me. It was a good choice made. I drank the strawberry green tea. It came in blended ice. It was refreshing and definitely had the perfect amount of flavor to not over power the actual tea (: Side note: parking is hard to find at this small plaza.

Got drinks from the Hojicha series and it was pretty mid imo. Hojicha had no depth, and it just tasted like milk. Wouldn't get again. Around closing on a Thursday, there was also this sewage stench inside that was nearly unbearable... Thankfully there are plenty of tables outside to enjoy or drinks. Would probably give this place another try for other drinks.

I'm so happy to see a Cha Redefine has a location in Ktown as the one in Pasadena unfortunately closed. The interior with the gradient wall is so fun and appealing! A small shop where tiger sugar used to be. The staff was friendly and drinks came out quickly and very pretty! I love black sesame so had to try one of those drinks and it did not dissapoint. The black sesame mochi drink was a really nice sweet treat. I also got the matcha which was strong and a great flavor! I would absolutely order again when back in Ktown!

This place rocks!!! Located in the same plaza as several KBBQ places, this new boba shop is poppin. I love how vast the menu is, and that they also carry a wide variety of non milk tea options. Everyone will find something they like here! I got their Black Sesame mochi smoothie and it was one of the best drinks I've ever had. It was also probably like 1000 calories lol. But the little white mochi balls in the drink were reminscent of boba, but a million times better. I think I got it at 50 or 75% sweetness and it was SO good, dialing back the sweetness let the natural fragrance of the black sesame shine. Service was fast and good! There's some outdoor seating area right in front, and also inside. I think about this drink all the time. I must go back!!

This cafe is located in a plaza with plenty of parking spots which was free, which is a plus for Ktown. I went on a weekend at around 2:30 pm and it as mildly busy; it was moderately loud as it seemed like a spot people go to and talk. I stayed there for roughly an hour and it wasn't busy by the time that I left. There were a decent amount of seats inside and limited spots outside. Noteworthy to mention that their A/C unit felt mild on that hot day. In the very back shelf, there was an option to have your drink from their selection of mugs; this is something I'd consider for next time. There was also an illustration of AI cats and dogs holding Onescape mugs; cats seem to be less favored lol. On one of their menus, I saw they had a corn latte so this convinced me to get it. While the service was quick, the drink fell short of my expectations. The corn flavor was a bit lacking in the drink. Overall, I'd probably be interested in coming back to try their nutty twist since it's a signature item. WiFi is also available so it makes for a decent place to get work done. It's a very cute and cozy coffee shop and there was no line when we arrived. The menu had a huge selection of different coffee and tea drinks and also a seasonal menu. The staff were very kind and patient and swiftly prepared the Vienna Latte and Hojicha Latte we ordered. The Vienna Latte is so visually stunning, the layers of white milk, brown espresso, thick white cream, brown cocoa powder and Biscoff layered on top of each other against the dark green logo was so aesthetic. Having a sip before mixing the Vienna latter was incredible, the sweet cream followed with the nutty strong espresso flavour then getting a refreshing splash of milk made a great combo with the Biscoff. I actually liked the drink less after its all mixed because it was too creamy for my taste. (I normally like my coffee black) My hojicha latte was great, but it was also too milky for me. So I went up and asked if it would taste good dirty, with an espresso shot in it, and the barista said yes. I ordered an espresso shot and instead of charging me full price, they only charged me the add on espresso shot for the drink!
