Texted and met up with them, food was still piping hot. The whole process was very smooth. I chose a meat, a seafood, and a vegetarian for my entrees but I'd never worked with them so I was unsure of their quality. I asked if I could do a tasting and they were more than happy to accommodate. They allowed me to pick a couple entrees and some sides to try out and I picked it up and brought it home to test. After all that, they kept in close communication to discuss my needs for things like rentals of chafing dishes, tables, etc. On the day of the event, they arrived 90 mins prior and set everything up. Since it was a "drop off" catering, they had everything sealed with plastic wrap, lit all the sternos, then left it for us to unwrap when ready. We chose the chicken teriyaki, salmon teriyaki, and the eggplant green curry (vegetarian and G/F).
