FYI, no dining area. They have these crates you can use as tables and there is a little sitting area off to the side, against the wall. Besides that, the 10 won and tea is good. Ordered the Peach Mango and Strawberry Mango Tea at 50% sweetness. I'm not a big sweets person, so I probably could've gone down to 40% sweetness. Ordered the 10 won with Nutella and another one with cheese. And once you walk in, they have this fun camera located to the immediate right. Came here to try their viral corn coffee and wow it did not disappoint. The coffee was strong, and corn flavor was there but not overpowering. Highly recommend it. We also loved the Dubai croffle. I first tried the passion fruit tea but have recently changed my to-go drink to oolong milk tea. Now, I'm a regular customer and I come here every week. When I first bought the oolong milk tea with double boba, the boba was filled to the edge of the sticker on the cup. Recently, it's been less (even though I order double boba) and I noticed this in the last 1 1/2 months or so. Sometimes, this drink is a hit and miss too - I usually order it with 0% sugar but there was always a 1% slight hint of sweetness, which I love. There are days where it's just bland and nothing. Came here on a Sunday afternoon around dinner time. The store does not have any seating, and the line was almost to the door. It seems like it's a popular place, and with so many good restaurants next to it, I imagine it's a popular dessert spot. I wanted something unique, so I ordered the Milky, which I can best describe as a thick, sweet whipped cream-like drink and added black sticky rice as a topping. I've only had black sticky rice once as a topping before, and I think it works really well in this drink. It's not mushy. The grains are separate and my brother drinking it as an "Asian Oreo" looking drink. An added bonus was that there's no caffeine, since I was drinking it late in the day. Definitely turn down the sweetness. Mine was 50% and it was great. It seemed like the cashier recommended lowering it too. Service was extremely friendly. Went to Cha cha cha craving a taro milk tea and it definitely hit the spot. There wasn't too long of a wait and the employees were friendly and patient. I've tried the nutty einspanner & corn einspanner and both are very good. The Dubai chocolate & corn croffles are also recommended especially if you have a sweet tooth. However, the reason for the low review is that we had a bad experience service wise & getting all the items in our order took over an hour. We got there right before the store opened at 11 am because we saw it popping up all over social media and didn't know if it was going to be crowded. Luckily there we not that many people there. We were able to order drinks but were told we couldn't order croffles yet because they needed around 20 minutes to "defrost". 15 minutes later, as we went up to get our drinks another worker walked in. The initial worker then told us we could now order the croffles because "the only person who could make them" was now in and mentioned it would be about 15-20 minutes to make the 6 croffles that we wanted. At that point we decided to order them since we already made the drive out so we went back in line and placed our order. It then took 35 minutes for the food to come out even though only 1 group ordered after we did. Honestly, the food & drinks are worth getting and we would get them again. Came here to try their snacks. Got the 10 Wong Ppang, which is Korean Coin Bread. I tried various fillings such as corn cheese, Nutella, mung bean, Biscoff. It's a little too sweet for my taste. For drinks - I tried their Hojicha Latte (hot drink), Jasmine Green Milk Tea with boba, Matcha Oreo Puff with boba, Nutty Brown Ein Spanner, Sesame Ein Spanner, and Taro Strawberry with boba. For dessert - I tried their Lotus Caramel Croffle, 10 Won Ppang with Mozzarella, and 10 Won Ppang with Mozzarella & Bacon. My favorite drinks were definitely their Hojicha Latte and Matcha Oreo Puff with boba and I really enjoyed their 10 Won Ppang with Mozzarella as well. I shared with family and they enjoyed the Taro Strawberry with boba, Lotus Caramel Croffle, and 10 Won Ppang with Mozzarella the best. I usually do not like hot drinks, but their Hojicha Latte was warm and creamy, which I enjoyed. The jasmine milk tea was on the creamier side, but well sweeten. I came here on 02/06/2021 after shopping at Manna Oriental Market nearby. The shop was quiet when I walked in at around 11:25 am. The lone attendant greeted me. A quick glance revealed a clean but cluttered interior. There were social distance markers on the floor. A large piece of plexiglass was installed at the counter to prevent droplet transmission. A large bottle of hand sanitizer was available for customer use. Their menu was vast and easy to follow. I decided on the Panda Toffee Caramel Milk Tea ($4.75), with a 30% ice and 30% sweet customization. Payment was contactless. The attendant went to work right away after receiving my order. My drink was ready in no time. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. It was creamy with strong tea taste. The caramel taste was noticeable but not overly sweet. after seeing so many videos on my instagram about this place, i finally decided to make the drive up to fremont to try it out! located in a plaza with a good parking lot, the interior is fun & minimalistic. there's not much seating inside, so i do think it's a good place to grab & go. i really wanted to try their einspanner, and saw they had a black sesame flavor! this was one of the best einspanners i've ever tried, comparable to the cafes in koreatown LA. the sesame cream on top was perfectly sweetened, and even though it had a grainy texture i loved it. my brother got their 3 brothers milk tea, which was also perfectly sweet! the roasted flavor of the milk tea is prominent, and service was quick ordering from a self-service kiosk. eager to come back to try their 10 yen coin and more milk teas! read more

This location is such a roller coaster ride. When I was last here it was 99 Tea House. It is now branded ChaChaCha. Hubby's dalgona puff cream with boba was nice and strong. But my sesame puff cream with tiger boba left much to be desired for both the drink and the boba. However, the 10 won ppang with red bean was excellent. Not a lot of places stay open later on Fridays and thankfully 99% Tea House does! This plaza used to be so packed but after the pandemic and everyone ordering togo, it has been pretty empty. So parking isn't hard to find. When we arrived, there was no lines and we looked at the menu outside. So many choices! The only downside was that they do not have milk alternative like soy or oat milk. I got the sesame puff milky and my husband got the mango smoothie. At 50% sweet for the milky, it was still pretty sweet. For those more sensitive, I recommend 30%. Overall the drinks weren't bad and we would definitely come back.
