Once I was able to fill the pool and get the pump working I was looking at what looked like a green swamp. However, the very knowledgeable Lisa in the water testing department recommended a 3 day regimen of chemicals which, remarkably, had the pool more or less clean in three days. Honestly, I would never have believed it. She understands the chemistry and was spot on with the solution. As a result, when I tried to use the pool, the pool was not functioning and the incorrect part damaged my pool. When I contacted them to fix the pool, they denied that it was them that caused the damage. I told them that I was willing to accept the fact that the pool is damaged; I just wanted them to fix it, and I was willing to pay them to fix it. However, they refused to return to my house to fix the pool. I strongly recommend that you do not use this company. If I had the option to give them zero stars, I would have done so, however, the only option is to give them one star.
