Store is located in the Americana side of the Glendale mall. The interior was spacious with lots of tables for seating. I noticed there were outlets for charging. On Wednesday they offer 10% discount for members. Staff was friendly to answer all my questions when I was deciding what to order. I downloaded the app and was offered 15% discount. I ordered the amber oolong tea latte and ceylon tea latte. Both half sweet and I really enjoyed the drinks.

I was intrigued by their extracted teas. As someone who doesn't really like espresso, I thought this was a great way to enjoy an even more concentrated flavor of tea. Their menu is pretty small, which makes it easy to decide what to get. I got the Amber Oolong as a latte because it's one of my favorite black teas, and this was one of the richest oolong teas I've had. I like that the sugar is minimal so that you can fully appreciate the richness of the tea. Yeah, it's pricy for what it is and for how much you get, so it's definitely a once in a while thing for me.

From my understanding this is the newest location out in SoCal and it's absolutely beautiful. It fits in with the rest of the Galleria and I'm glad I got to come not once but twice. The first time was simple to try it and I've been hooked ever since. After having a shitty version in the Bay Area. This place was QUALITY. The cashier was really nice and even helped us since it was our first time. She recommended the BOYA and we've been hooked ever since. The last visit was to go back to the bay and I picked up a Black Roasted Milk Latte and it was good on its first sip but I grew to miss the BOYA. So I recommend getting a Large BOYA and small size of whatever you're curious about trying. Sadly I picked up a cup for a friend and the workers gave us the wrong one so I'm not sure I can exchange it or even return it. But it's still a nice cup

CHAGEE is aesthetically pleasing and the marketing is on point. You would think maybe all style no substance? The Boya Milk Tea is so fragrant and tasty and the Jasmine Tea is just as good. Served hot or cold your way depending on the weather, I am impressed with CHAGEE. They had a grand opening that had lines for days and I can see why. The merchandise right down to the to go bags, CHAGEE is a vibe.

I stopped by Chagee and ordered the Peach Oolong Lemon Tea and the Amber Oolong Tea Latte. We customized the Peach Oolong Lemon Tea with less sugar, and it turned out great. The peach flavor was bold and refreshing, with subtle citrus notes that complemented the tea really well. The Amber Oolong Tea Latte was ordered with no sweetness and whole milk. As someone who prefers drinks that aren't overly sweet, I really appreciated being able to taste the oolong itself. The tea flavor came through clearly and paired nicely with the creaminess of the milk. We ordered ahead through the app, and our drinks were ready within just a couple of minutes. The service was quick and friendly, and we were greeted as soon as we walked up to the pickup area. Overall, Chagee is a great spot for tea and a caffeine boost, especially if you're looking for something different from the usual coffee shop experience. I'll definitely be back to try more of their menu.

A good friend of mine introduced me to Chagee a few months ago at the century city location. And I have been hooked ever since. So glad a Glendale location opened up. My favorite during this heat is the Chagee Daydream, a frozen tea frappe. It's on the sweet side as well. But I love that you really taste the tea in it. I also love their peach oolong tea latte. Excited to try more off their menu. Service here is super friendly and professional. The location is not as big as the century city location, but there's still plenty of seating inside and outside

Grand Opening Swag: Paper Flower Thermal Hand-held Cup (Blue B Version) 04-10-2026
    Alana M.

This cool teahouse is located at Americana at Brand Shopping Center. It's nearest to S. Brand Ave. & Caruso Ave. I parked on the street at a meter on E. Colorado St. and walked the short way to the shop. I came for their first Grand Opening Day in hopes of scoring a Paper Flower Thermal Hand-held Cup (given to the first 200 in line) and a Blind Box Plushie (I got the one I really wanted, too!). I barely made it, but thankfully, I was around the 175th person in line. A staff person was placing a stamp on hands as people lined up. I ordered the Peach Oolong Tea Latte (Lg. $6.45) and the Boya Jasmine Green Tea Latte (Lg. $6.45). I've had these before and they remain my favorites. Each one is unique in flavor and so refreshing! It's really sleek and has an adequate amount of seating. I could have relaxed here for a bit but seating was all taken up due to being the Grand Opening. Service is efficient and polite. I also appreciate that this is a store and not just a kiosk type of store like at my local mall. Chagee Modern Tea House has fancy designs on cups, straw wrappers, and to-go bags for your drinks. The artwork makes it seem like an upscale store. They have three different types of straws, so choose wisely! LOL! A Tri-Sip Straw for Lattes & Pure Tea, a Classic Straw for Lemon Tea, and a Classic+ Straw for Frappes. The Tri-Sip Straw really slows down my sipping! I guess it aids in allowing you to savor your drink a little longer! I'm not sure I'll be back to this Chagee since it is a good distance from where I live, but I will return to the one at the mall near me!

I've seen people talk about Chagee and I'm so glad they opened one in the Americana! I tried their Peach Oolong Latte and it was so refreshing. Not too sweet and a great balance of flavors. The peach flavor was outstanding yet didn't overpower the oolong; it still tasted like a tea. I had gotten it as a latte and it made the drink so smooth and rich. Service was great , orders were taken fast and drinks came out relatively quick. They also give you an insulated bag for your drinks which is nice. Ambiance is amazing. It's in the Americana so it has a standard to live up to and it does. Very clean interior that's nicely decorated. Overall , would love to come back again and try their other drinks!

Tried Chagee on a random Tuesday afternoon and it was as you would expect. They get a solid 3.6 from me. The location is in the Americana itself which has a nice and expensive ambience. I happened to park in a lot that costed money but it is a very close walk from the Galleria which has free parking. Next time, I would just walk across the street. The interior was very modern and had a nice ambience that reminded me of the stores in China. There's a smell of the tea as you enter and the station where the tea is made looked nice. The menu was actually quite small and I was unsure of what to get, but the cashier explained the differences between the different drinks on the menu clearly. I ended up with the Ceylon black tea which is a tea infused milk tea. I unfortunately forgot to take a photo of the drink but I was a little sad they didn't give me the signature blue cup as those are super cute. They did give a bag upon request which was nice. I also like their 3 tubed straw which was always a fun perk of chagee. The Ceylon black tea itself was enjoyable and refreshing. It was a little sweet but good nonetheless. I was a little full that day from eating Kura at the Galleria but I finished the drink quickly. At first sip, there's a strong taste of just tea but after mixing, it tasted more like Ceylon infused milk tea which was nice and subtle. It was a refreshing drink for a nice day and the custom service was excellent. I would definitely try another flavored drink, just the parking situation isn't ideal as I don't love going to the Americana.

If you are looking for real tea that is not overly sweet or sugary, this is the place to go. The drinks feel authentic and well balanced. The cups are aesthetically pleasing, and the ambiance is calm and relaxing. Their merchandise is also really cute. The staff was very kind, and I loved that they were giving out samples. That is actually what drew me in. I highly recommend the white peach oolong latte.

1st time trying their signature Chagee Daydream & will not be my last. The aftertaste keeps you reaching for your 2nd sip. The staff was very helpful, positive, & made sure I felt confident in my selection. Jonathan at the register explained the loyalty sign up procedure encouraging it would be best if i ended up enjoying the tea, I loved it. 2026 Go-To Summer Tea Spot

So excited that this Chagee is now open! I saw the "coming soon" sign a while ago and I've been waiting (impatiently) for this day. They are currently in the soft opening phase with the grand opening planned for April 10. I was worried that there might be long lines since it just opened, but it was not busy when I went. I think they're keeping the advertising lowkey during soft opening, and it'll probably get crazy like I expected during the grand opening weekend. I got my favorite drink, the Boya Jasmine Milk Tea, and it was delicious as always! As good as I remember from their Century City location and from the locations I visited in China :) Chagee has consistently been my favorite spot for tea and the quality is great, especially considering the price ($6.50-$8 range). Very pretty interior with some seating, but it's not a huge space. Definitely more of a grab-and-go establishment in my opinion. There are a lot of tea/beverage spots in the area, but Chagee stands out for their consistency and high quality tea.

Stumbled upon this place randomly since my 3 yr old son and I were in Americana for a casual outing. And apparently this place was opened! With excitement, we went inside and noticed how busy they were. However, they had so many staff members to meet everyone's need. I only had to spend less than 1 min to order and less than 7 mins to get my two drinks-- boya green tea latte and peach oolong tea latte. The drinks were pretty good. They both had light yet bold tea flavors. However, they made an accident and added ice in my drinks when I requested not to add ice. Maybe they were too busy? It was too late to bring the drinks back to the store since I got them to-go and didn't try them until I got home. So make sure you check your drinks before you leave the store. Their prices were pretty reasonable ~$6.50 per drink. And staffs were very friendly. I would definitely go back to try different drinks.

Unfortunately, the experience has been consistently disappointing. Walking into a coffee shop should feel welcoming. Instead, most visits feel cold and uncomfortable. There is rarely a hello, welcome, smile, or thank you from the staff. The overall attitude often feels bothered or uninterested, almost like customers are an inconvenience rather than appreciated guests. The coffee itself is decent at times, inconsistent at others, but customer service is what keeps people coming back. I truly hope the owner and management take this feedback seriously and focus on creating a more welcoming environment. A simple greeting, smile, and positive attitude go a long way. There are many coffee shops people can choose from, and feeling appreciated matters just as much as the product itself. I wanted to support this business, but after many visits and the same experience over and over again, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This was also my very first time at this location, and I must say it was quite a treat! The coffee shop is conveniently located right across from the Americana, so you can easily street park or park at the mall and walk over. My sweet tooth was in effect and I opted for the Tiramisu latte with oat milk and was asked if sweet was ok! I thought it was so cool how you're able to customize the drink as you please and bonus points for no charge for nondairy milk. It was very affordable at $6.85. My latte came out pretty quickly and I marveled at the cocoa powdered topping. It truly tasted like a dessert and was so rich and indulgent yet somehow I didn't feel gross after drinking it.
