I love coming here for their coffee and food! I have gotten many different coffee drinks iced and hot both are delicious. The fawn iced or the chai hot has been two of my favorites. This is one of my favorite coffee shops! It is such a breath of fresh air in a world inundated with Starbucks and other franchise coffee shops. I have been coming here for quite awhile and am always treated with a friendly smile. Their Sunrise Sandwich or Wakey Eggs and Bakey are excellent. Me and my boyfriend use to LOVE coming here, we get our usual the berry toast and the sunrise bagel. We don't visit as often now, and when we do visit we mainly get food items (we both have tried many drinks here and haven't found one we loved) well we were craving the bagel and toast so made the trip out up here. Needless to say, i am extremely disappointed and doubt we will return again. First, we ordered our items and the total came out to about $24, which is no biggie! We waited over 30 minutes for a bagel and toast when there was only one other person in the cafe. 30 MINUTES!!!! I had to walk up the counter and make eye contact with one of the baristas in order for her to say "oh they are finishing up the order!" by then i was over it :( unfortunately asked for the order to go now since it took so long. Then eating the food i was EXTREMELY disappointed... the bagel sandwich was cold... and sadly wrapped in foil. i believe our order was done and they forgot about it until i walked over there. Not to mention all the workers in the back were on their phones. extremely disappointed in this service. no urgency or care for their customers. will unfortunately not be returning. read more

I LOVE this place. The coffee is great, the teas are great, the lemonades are great. The bagel sandwiches ARE GREAT. I get the Farmers Market on a cheddar bagel and they always make it perfect. The only thing I will say I go here on my lunch break and it does take a little while for them to make the sandwiches sometimes but I don't care because it's always perfect they NEVER forget anything special I ask for like extra this or none of that which is awesome. Treated very poorly upon ordering. I ordered a vanilla iced latte and a blueberry muffin. Muffin was cold and mushy. Didn't even ask if I'd like it warmed up. She finished my latte and tossed it up on the counter, called my name, and then proceeded to walk right by my table. She couldn't have brought it to my table? I normally go to another coffee spot but love to try new places. I'll definitely have to add Chai Coffee Co. to my regular rotation; they've got great staff, comfortable ambiance, and delicious drinks. The dog-friendly atmosphere is a major plus as well, not to mention their adorable handmade merch! Chai was great. Surprisingly close to the one I had in Sedona. The breakfast will satisfy. I hoped that there will be a chain someday so I can get my Chai Mandala fix ( I think they add Peprika for extra spice). I recommend a must try for this joint (Berry toast is awesome). read more

The number one reason we came here was because of doggies! Due to covid-19 seating area is closed and masks are required. The whole shop is super cute filled with faux plant walls and merchandise like shirts and stickers and mugs. The menu included coffees, teas and chai. They also have a pretty good food menu and veggie friendly options! I ordered the fawn, a cinnamon latte and the dog house on a cheddar bagel! The cinnamon latte was just the right amount of sweet and a pretty good size. The bagel sandwich was one of the biggest breakfast sandwiches I've bough! Packed with fresh veggies and cheesy. After reading great reviews, I decided to stop in while in Yucaipa as this is not near where I live. I went in hoping to have a light lunch with my favorite Latte. There were only two customers seated which I guess is no biggie considering it was Sunday. I arrived about 1:30 PM, prior to entering I checked hours and saw they were open until 3PM. I waited at the counter and looked around seeing no one working behind the counter I just started wandering around and looking at miscellaneous items for sale as well as reviewing the menu. I decided upon my order and waited at the counter again when a frazzled young lady appeared and asked for my order. I began by ordering the vegetarian sandwich from the menu only to be told the kitchen closed earlier.... hmmm??? I mentioned the sign outside read open until 3 and she replied "yeah we're open but the kitchen is closed". Ok...so I ordered a vanilla latte with almond milk and since the kitchen was closed I just ordered a slice of lemon cake. Both items were very good but dang...I wanted a sandwich!!! Cute place , the music a bit loud for my liking if trying to study or read. Board games are out and available to play. Someone inside with a dog and I did not see any service animal or emotional support animal tags but I was ok with it, some people might not be. Poor inattentive service, menu items unavailable at an hour and a half before closing time. Not in my area, probably won't go back. Oh well...gave it a shot read more

My favorite local coffee shop hands down! I'm a resident of Yucaipa but I would still make an effort to stop by this spot even if I didn't. Love coming here. Staff are awesome and friendly. Coffee is delicious! Love their Fawn Latte (favorite drink) and the food is really great too! I love getting their California St. breakfast bagel!! . It's a great spot to get some work done or for study session...I usually stay here for few to several hours and work remote. Also today I finally brought my dog Coco.
