Such a great company to get your car issues fixed at. Eveyone at the shop was so nice and easy to work with.

I was involved in a collision in January and was referred to Olsen's because they supposedly…read moreoffered loaner vehicles. My car became undrivable before their loaner was available, so I had to bring it in early. At drop-off, I spoke with Mary Jean, who agreed over the phone that I could pay the repair balance in installments since I needed to use my savings to purchase a temporary beater car. Based on that agreement, I went ahead and bought an inexpensive vehicle and waited for the repairs. Once the work was completed, the entire agreement was suddenly denied. I was then contacted by Deb, who immediately began pressuring me to either pay the full balance upfront or sell my car to them at an extremely low and unrealistic price. When I refused, she informed me they would start charging $100 per month just to keep my repaired vehicle on the lot--something never disclosed in advance. She repeatedly referenced a supposed "normal" rate of $100 per day as if it were a threat, even though none of this was part of the original conversation with Mary Jean. The behavior felt strategic and manipulative, designed to corner me into selling them my car. When I arrived with the $2,000 I had borrowed from a friend, the visible shock on Deb's face said everything--she clearly expected I'd have no choice but to give in. The entire situation made me feel like they were taking advantage of someone they assumed couldn't push back. The store manager refused to speak with me by phone and insisted on email only, adding to the frustration. Throughout the ordeal, I received dismissive remarks, including being told I "couldn't be trusted" to pay--even though their last-minute changes were the only reason the situation escalated. I genuinely cannot understand how a business operates this way and stays open. Between the shifting terms, undisclosed fees, pressure tactics, and lack of basic professionalism, this was one of the worst experiences I've had with any repair shop. I would strongly advise others to avoid Olsen's entirely.

When I was first looking to purchase a car, I contacted this dealership and I was stuck with an uneducated and non-communicative salesman named Shane Grove, who was incredibly useless. Do not go to Shane, he does not have people or customer service skills. Once I told Shane that I would be financing the vehicle through my credit union he was helping me less and less when it came to looking for a vehicle. I had to demand I get a new salesman due to being treated so poorly (especially after spending 26k on a car). Also, when I went to pick up the car I was told how the title was not in for the vehicle and no one at the dealership even bothered to keep me informed I was having to messaged and call them constantly just to get an update on my title because I am currently driving around with the dealerships plate instead of my own. This dealership sullied my car buying experience and I will never go back nor will I be recommending people to shop here. -10/10 car buying experience.

Five days before I was set to move to California I hit a deer in my brand new (old) envoy. The car…read morewas just totally mangled and honestly, I wasn't sure if it was even worth fixing as I only had PLPD insurance. AAA had my car towed over to Totten's late that night and I was told to contact them in the morning when the business was open. After speaking with aaa and learning they do absolutely nothing for plpd coverage, I headed to Totten's to find out the damage. Andy was the guy who greeted me and I believe also worked on my car. He was super friendly and clearly knowledgeable about the car and explained everything to me in a way I could understand (I'm mechanically impaired). He told me that I had a nice car and it wasn't a total loss and was worth fixing. The initial quote he gave me was much more than I could afford but as soon as I told him I'd be paying out of pocket with no help from my insurance company he rewrote the estimate and gave me two options - bare minimum but driveable or pre-deer condition (roughly $4,000 and $3,500 respectively) and Given I was working with a budget, as I was planning a huge cross country move, I told him to just make it driveable. To my surprise said he could have it all ready for me by my departure date but I told him I would not be able to pay for it for a month when I got a settlement I'd been expecting. He told me it was no problem and he wouldn't charge me storage, to keep in touch and let me know when I was able to pay. I flew out to California and after three loooong months and checking in once a month or so to let them know I was still fully intending to pay for my car, I finally got my settlement and called them up to pay over the phone. The lady told me it came to a grand total of $3,050. $500 less than the original quote!!!! Yay. I picked it up about two weeks later when I flew home. The car looked almost exactly the way it did before the deer(which was no small feat), it was clean and shiny and just far exceeded my expectations. I was expecting much less considering I'd opted out of the extra body work and aesthetic stuff but I'm pretty sure that he did a lot of extra stuff for me just as a favor since I had to pay so much out of pocket. I appreciated everything they did sooo much so thank you again for everything and I had no problems whatsoever driving to California. I made it and the car runs great!
