Got the Mango Peach Green Tea with mango jelly and enjoyed every sip. The mango jelly had a nice texture to it and the flavor was nice and refreshing. I like that you can use the kiosk and adjust your level of ice and sweetness. Only downside is they don't have AC so it can get a little warm while you wait. read more

It was our first time here today. After asking about recommendations, we settled on a brown sugar milk tea, mango yakult, and a jasmine milk tea. The drinks were just okay. Came here after bowling. I'm glad they're open late hours. When we walked it we were greeted right away. The gentleman that helped us, I think he was the owner or manager, was very helpful. My cousin was asking for different drink options and he was able to help her out and make a suggestion for what she was looking for. I ordered an oolong milk tea with boba. The only down side is you can't adjust the level of sweetness here. But when I got my drink it wasn't too sweet. My niece and nephew wanted water and they were able to give water cups with a sealed lid which was really helpful because my nephew ended up dropping his drink. I love Ding Tea since their overall tea quality is good, yet I think this particular place can improve their tea making/customer service skills. Employees here are friendly but it seemed that they don't really know how to make drinks properly and how to deal with customers. I had to wait about 20 mins to get my two drinks, there weren't many people and there wasn't anyone who ordered before me... I just assumed that they are running out of one of the ingredients, well, they could explain me and ask me to wait, but didn't explain or say anything. There are so many Ding Teas and not all are equal since they are all franchised with different owners. I have been to multiple locations and consistency is always lacking. It was my cousin's birthday and she lives in Rancho Cucamonga, so I placed an online order to prevent mistakes with a large order and so I don't have to wait for my drinks to be made... epic fail because mistakes were made and I ended up waiting around. All of my drinks were 50% ice and 75% sweet. My order consisted of the following drinks: - large honey green tea with lychee jelly ($5.25) - large kiwi green tea ($4.70) - large red guava green tea ($4.70) - 2 large green teas with sea cream ($4.70/each) - 4 large grapefruit green teas ($4.70/each) I requested a 12:20pm pick up time even though I knew I would be later because it was important to me that I got my drinks right away. Who cares if the ice melts if I run late? I don't need my tea to be fresh but I had fresh sushi in the car that I wanted to get to my family as fresh as possible... Guess what... I walked in around 12:40-12-45pm and said pick up for Van and all the staff just looked confused ?!?!?! One guy even asked me if I ordered at the right Ding Tea location. I pulled up my receipt to show him... yes... Ding Tea Rancho Cucamonga! Then of course they scramble to make my drinks but basically I have to wait around for 9 drinks to be made now. I frequently buy boba in bulk and a $40+ boba order is pretty normal but this Ding Tea will no longer have my business. I hate hate hate waiting around. There are plenty of other boba shops for me to go to. This 3 star is like the most pity pandemic 3 star because I feel like it should be a 2 star. The business can take this as a lesson learned and seek process improvement for future customers but I am not interested in no free tea to come back. Previously the name of this Bubble tea store was "Ding Tea". At that time, we came to this place a couple of times. We used to like their Brown Sugar Milk Tea, Taro Milk Tea, and Mango Yakult. Today was our first visit to this place after they change their bubble tea store name to "Happy Brew Tea and Boba". The inside of this place is still well decorated just like before except the name of the place. They have sufficient seating arrangement for the customers, and they also have gaming arrangements (board games, arcade video game console etc.) for the kids. We ordered Mango Yakult through Kiosk. Their service was prompt, we got our drinks within 5 minutes. Their drinks' price is the same as other bubble tea stores in Rancho Cucamonga. However, the quality of their drinks has gone down a lot. Previously Mango Yakult tasted like Mango Lassi, and it was so good. But today the Mango Yakult we got was below average. It was more like watery Mango Slush. The boba wasn't soft enough. So, our overall experience was disappointing. Hopefully, they will work on to regain the quality of their drinks like before. read more

This Ding Tea location in Rancho Cucamonga is fantastic as well, drinks are delicious and the atmosphere inside is welcoming with board games and an arcade machine. This was a lucky find. After getting my nails done my friend and I walked in to see what kind of tea they had. They had boba and a selection of teas as well as other deliciousness like boba and jellies to put in the drink. I tried the green tea. I was able to tailor the sweetness which I really liked because I don't like sweet tea. I added honey boba and coconut jelly. Delicious!! I'm a regular here and I did an online order this past week. I tip EVERY time I come. I ordered a monster boba latte with crème brulee foam and received a text stating the foam was extra. Upon arrival, I noticed a sign stating drinks were buy one get one 20% and that promotion was not applied to my total yet they insisted on charging me an extra 20 cents for foam???? Was the 20 cents really that necessary? My card was not working because my card could not recognize such a small charge. Eventually my card was able to be charged but I had to wait for my drinks even though I ordered well in advance. I'm not upset for 20 cents but it's the principle that you're insisting on charging a loyal, TIPPING customer 20 cents? Very tacky. read more

They have quality flavors not just syrups that taste artificial. honestly every drink I've gotten has been delicious ! I was on my way home from work and was craving boba so I decided to stop by ding tea! I got this drink and really enjoyed how refreshing it was after a hot and busy day at work. The jelly were really crunchy and fruity! The lychee peach green tea itself was a bit watered down and bland in my opinion, but it still cooled me down on my drive home from work. It was super easy to navigate and order on their website for pick up. Got the signature milk tea with black boba and cheese cream foam. Holy boba -- it was soooo good! The drink wasn't overly sweet, the cheese cream complimented the milk tea, and the boba was pure perfection. It was super soft and chewy, almost melt in your mouth, with a touch of sweetness. (I want another one as I write this!) My brother got the matcha tea latte and said it was the best he'd ever had. It's located in a kind of ghost town shopping center, so there is plenty of parking. The decor is super cute inside with places to sit socially distanced while waiting for your order. The staff is super friendly and efficient.
